21 A DATE?

"Where have you been, Raelle? I've been calling you!" Lyra exclaimed as soon as she saw Raelle.

"Really?"

Raelle did not know. She brought out her phone and to her surprise, Lyra had called over ten times and even sent two texts.

She met Lyra's gaze with an apologetic smile and said, "I'm sorry. I was in a tight spot but thankfully, I had an angel come save me."

When she said the word 'angel', Raelle thought of how Liam had looked at her when he stood up for her. She blushed, biting on her lower lips.

Lyra was speechless.

Did her friend just blush for no reason? Why did she feel this 'angel' was someone she knew?

Anyways...

'Good thing you're here. Director Dax has been going crazy." Lyra grabbed her and pulled her out of the crew room, leading her to the director's office. "Apparently, you sister came back to cause trouble in the early hours of the morning."

Raelle sighed.

"Don't they ever give up?"
