The silly family

Ryu was sitting at home with Aino in his arms as she giggled and pressed on his face with her little hands.

He felt an extremely happy feeling in his body. It was so nice.

Aino hugged Ryu's neck and climbed to his shoulders with great difficulty, sitting there and letting out a breath as she said "I made it!"

Ryu held her legs and walked out, humming "Dango-time~" Aino cheered "Dango-time! Yaaay!" Ryu smiled happily and walked out of the street. He passed by the Uchiha Clan compound and saw Izumi shouting at Itachi loudly, crying and screaming like a mental case.

Itachi just stood there, dumbfounded, unable to reply.

Ryu and Aino watched as Izumi punched Itachi in the stomach and dragged him into her house, slamming the door.

The other Uchihas looked at each other and covered their mouths before running away quickly as Izumi opened the door and shouted at them, shaking her fist.

Ryu and Aino didn't hear what she was saying but she seemed to really be angry so they ran away too!

A while later

Ryu and Aino were eating Dango on a bench as Jiraiya walked by with Tsunade, seemingly on a date?

Ryu was stunned and watched as they walked by as though they were the only ones in the world.

You have to know, Jiraiya, Ryu, and Itachi only got back to the village after everyone heard about Jiraiya and Itachi's deaths.

Naruto went to Mount Myoboku for Sage Mode training, looking to combine Toad and Sun Sage modes together since he couldn't figure out Sun at all.

A few hours after that, while everyone was grieving, Jiraiya and Itachi returned with Ryu.

Then Jiraiya got beat up by Tsunade and she dragged him away.

The same with Itachi.

Only Ryu was standing there with nothing to do so he went home like usual.

He sat around the village now really doing anything, just waiting for Pain to show up. He was slightly skeptical if Pain could even break the barrier to the village itself…

But anyway, even if he could, he wouldn't be able to do anything before Ryu would send him away.

Are you joking? It took so long to progress the village this far, do you know how much money it takes to build a village?

Not to mention, the precious Senzu Beans are in limited Supply!

Ryu took 5 with him from the previous harvest and used all five already!

The rest were replanted as the growing area expanded.

If those beans are destroyed, Tsunade would lose her mind.

At any rate, Tsunade didn't have any qualms about letting Itachi back into the village. He never really did anything to begin with. Plus, Danzo and the rest are watching from the Pure Land so they couldn't say anything against it either.

In fact, they were probably so angry, they died again.

Ryu couldn't even imagine it. They tried so hard to control the village and yet in one day, everything they did was destroyed, the Uchiha came back and the Senju clan is growing as well.

Honestly, Ryu wanted to laugh at those 4 clowns.

What a bunch of trash, even their brainwashing was gone.

At any rate, Hinata, Hanabi, and Neji came by for training and Ryu decided to train them again, this time Aino watched on the side.

Something to note was that the little cutie already had 2 Tomoe!

At this rate, she'll have Mangekyou at 10-12 and maybe even Eternal Mangekyou at 17!

This is a Genius!

Ryu was the proudest person in the village. He even went to show off Aino to his various friends…

Which were only, like, 2-3 people.

But still!

They were annoyed, which was the main point.

A week flashed by just like that

Ryu was walking home when a woman with black sticks in her face and orange hair fell to the ground in front of him.

Aino held Ryu's head and said "Waaah! Daddy! A lady fell from the sky!" Ryu flashed and grabbed the girl by the neck saying, "Well, we should help her, right?" Aino cheered "Right!" before pointing to the sky, "To the Stratosphere, lady!"

Ryu cocked his arm and whipped forward, blasting the Animal Path Pain flying out of the village, passing through the barrier and disappearing into the sky.

Aino waved her fists and cheered "Another day another saved person! You're the best, Daddy!" Ryu rubbed his nose and smiled with closed eyes, "What can I say? I'm just a part-time hero."

Meanwhile, outside the barrier…

The 5 other Pains looked at each other with confusion as the Deva Pain said "What just happened?"

Nagato, hiding a bit away, was also confused and the blue haired lady next to him said "It seems that Animal Path was thrown out of Konoha."

Nagato was dumbfounded, saying "That can happen?!" The blue haired lady was also quite speechless, replying "I guess so!"

Nagato frowned and said "Then we'll send another…"

Ryu and Aino were walking to the Dango shop as celebration for saving people, when a man with long orange hair and black stick in his face, landed in front of them.

Aino gasped and pointed at the man, shouting "That lady's brother came to look for her! Big brother, big sister went back home!" as she waved at the man.

Ryu sighed and said "I think he might be deaf, Aino." Aino pouted and said "Darn! Won't he be sad if he doesn't see his sister?" Ryu nodded and replied "You're right. Daddy will let them reunite."

As he threw Human Path Pain flying in the same direction as Animal Path Pain.

Aino clapped and cheered "Yay!" Ryu reached up and scratched her cute little nose, smiling "We should get more Dango to celebrate." Aino hugged his head and wiped her mouth with her shoulder, "Hehe~ Daddy's so smart… Go save more people so we can buy more!"

Just as she finished speaking…

Another man with slicked back hair and black sticks fell.

Aino slapped her forehead and said in shock "This family isn't too smart." Ryu burst out laughing and threw Preta Path Pain as well.

Suddenly!

Aino punched her palm and gasped in realization. Ryu looked at her and she said with excitement "If their entire family comes, how many Dango can we get?!"

Ryu frowned and rubbed his chin as he continued walking to the Dango store, "Probably… A couple bags, right?" Aino frowned and bit her finger in worry, "Mommy will be mad again…"

Ryu snorted and patted his chest saying "Don't worry. She only gets mad at daddy!" Aino changed tune and kissed his face, giggling "Thank you, daddy~" Ryu froze and said angrily "You're supposed to say 'But Daddy how can I let Mommy only be angry at you? I love you more than Mommy~!'"

Aino covered her mouth and giggled, looking at him cutely "You're so silly! Mommy is much scarier than you." Ryu's mouth twitched and he grumbled "I guess so…"

And so, the next Asura Path was kicked instead.

After Aino chided him for being mean to the silly family, he gently threw the Naraka Path flying instead.
