Fix Me Phantom (2)

Sam and I stayed there for a bit and I showed him what I could do. Later I turned invisible and left. Phantoms don't sleep. Since I didn't have a home I watched Sam sleep. I walked outside and made myself visible.

My mouth was covered with someone's hand and I was stuffed into a van. "Help someone help me", I shouted. "Calm down Mackenzie", a man told me. "We want to recruit you". "To be a part of something greater".

"Recruit me for what"! "To be an assassin". "Are you crazy"? I got up and tried to open the van door. "Go ahead and use your abilities, I have seen what you can do".

I tore the van door off. "But before you jump out… just know that you have made an enemy". I jumped out of the car. As I realized the reality of what happened I ran to school. As I walked in I started to look for Sam.

I found him near his locker. "Sam I have something to tell you", I said touching his shoulder and turning us both invisible. "I didn't know you could do that", me either. I took us behind the school. "Someone..kidnapped me".

"Who"! "Shhh". "I don't know who they are but they said they wanted to make me an assassin". "Did you say yes"? "Of course not"!

"Shhh". "I told them no and they told me that I was now their enemy". "What are we going to do". "I don't know but I don't want you to get caught up in this". "Well too bad".

I let out a sigh. "Look it's gonna be okay we will get rid of them". I looked at him. "Not that type of getting rid of", he shouted. I laughed.

"Come on let's go to class". We snuck into class and sat in our seats. I turned back and so did Sam. No one noticed. We looked at each other with the same smirk.

Later that day I started to wonder what I could do. I never really used my powers so I didn't know all the powers I had. I put my foot on a wall. I took a deep breath and then put my other foot on the wall. I opened my eyes to see I was standing on the wall.

I started to walk. I could walk on walls! I did a backflip off the wall. I wanted to try something else. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes.

The ground started to shake. Cracks formed in the ground. Everything stopped. I sighed. "I can't do it", I thought.
