Just a Day

Penny drove in her own car that was left at the pizzeria when she went to the hospital. Jeremy drove behind her, and sometimes went in front of her when she started going a bit over the limit. It was a bit scary for him because she went fast and slow, like a messed up pattern.

Eventually, Penny got pulled over, and Jeremy followed. "Ma'am? Why were you driving like that on the road? Are you drunk?" The police officer asked. Penny yawned and took off her nightguard badge.

"I am a night guard at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. I am the girl who got jump scared by Foxy and hit her head but took the shift anyway. I am tired and Jeremy, behind me, is trying to help me get around to my house." Penny pinned on her badge again. "Just give me the ticket and let's be on our way." She reached her hand out.

"Alright, Ma'am. Get better soon." The officer wrote her ticket and gave it to Penny. She thanked him and Jeremy led her to her home.

"Yawn... thanks, Jeremy. Imma head to bed, see you later today or something?" Penny locked her car while getting out, Jeremy waves and nods.

"I will be at the Pizzeria by lunchtime!" Jeremy gives the peace sign and drives off. Penny chuckles and enters her house.

"Ugh, should I even go today? I need rest." Penny closed and locked her door, wobbling up her stairs, yawning. "Eh... I will just stay home." She started to change into pajamas. Of course, she began to think of Foxy's scream and jump scare. It sent chills down her spine.

As Jeremy was driving home, he thought of Chica, how her personality was a lot different than the others. How she pushed Bonnie to fess up. Oh, how he missed his niece. And how sad it was that she doesn't remember him.

Susie and Jeremy were the best of friends. Susie lived with Jeremy because her father was abusive, and her mother was dead, but even the mother smoked. Susie had just turned eight the day she was missing and then murdered.

Jeremy doesn't remember the other four who were at the birthday party with Susie, as he wasn't paying attention, which was a big mistake... Jeremy got out of his car as soon as he got home. He went inside his house and immediately got ready for bed.

(Time skip to around two in the afternoon, Jeremy is at work in the office, and Penny is now waking up.)

Penny woke up, startled from the pain in her head. She had a massive headache. "Ugh." She groaned. She got up from her bed and walked downstairs for ibuprofen and water.

As she walked to the kitchen, her phone began to ring. Penny walked to the phone and picked up. "Hello?" She answered.

"Hello! I am Vanessa, the monthly caretaker of the animatronics at Fazbear's. I was just informed about your incident with Foxy, could you tell me what happened that triggered him?"

"Uhm... well, I was setting up the animatronics after something had happened, I am sure you already know; anyway, I walked to Foxy's cove to power him on, turned out he was already on and I think he saw me as something bad...? So he attacked me." Penny responded, she took a deep breath and walked to the kitchen with the phone at her ear, collecting water and ibuprofen.

"Alright, I can't think of anything that could make Foxy be like that right now, sorry for wasting your time, Miss Poppins." Vanessa hung up. Penny shoved the pill in her mouth and took a drink of water, then put away the phone.

"Okay then." She whispered. Penny walked back upstairs and into her bed.
