High Tarxan Nation, Near A Tarxan Port, Near Portville, On The Ocean Of The Country Of High Tarxan.

First Year Of God, First Day, First Five Days, First Month.

Waves were pounding through the hull. The sails were moving back and forth. The magi-engines were struggling to move the entire vessel as the magicians were all but exhausted in purifying the magi-crystals. With each magician that became exhausted, another magician replace it. The wind roars through the broadside of the ironclads as it nearly capsizes through the sheer strength of the wind. Flickers of light from the barrels of muskets lights up the deck of the ship.

"Magicians! Wind Barrier!" a man on the deck said.

"Reserves! Back up, the Magicians below in purifying the magi-crystals!" Another man said.

On the side was a line of Elven infantry facing towards the broadside of the ship, with an Elven male at their side. The Elven male raised his sword, to which he shouted.

"Fire! Reload the Anti-Air Flak Cannons!" shouted another Elven male

After quite a few moments, a flash from the muzzles of the anti-air flak cannons to which was followed by a thunderous blast, that reverberated through the surroundings. At the far side of the ocean, a loud whizzing sound came to which it hit a flying creature. The flying creature, upon being hit, exploded to which it's carcass littered the ocean.

Looking back at the deck of the ship, a lone Elven man was running through his wits towards another Elven male.

"Your Majesty Acheron, our fleet and the remaining ones have suffered enormous casualties,"

Acheron, on the other hand, had an immense sour with some part being distorted on his face.

"Tsk! That Melian brought us to this accursed place! She'd better be dead by now! After all, she was facing the entire force of the demons! We've only got this part of the demon forces and look at how much we've suffered!" he retorted.

'If she survived that encounter, then I fortunately had a few magicians place a spell underneath her ironclad. It would gather a massive amount of mana, and as we all know, if a massive amount of mana gathers into one place, it would cause a massive explosion in the area. It would be too late if she notices it. As I also had magicians from her ironclad to suppress the mana that leaks, thus it is immensely concentrated into one area. If ever the magicians that cast the spell died, a time limit would ensue before the mana leaks again.' Acheron thought to himself.

"Even if she notices it, there would be no point in running away! As ironclads are terribly slow in manoeuvring through the ocean, so that would mean I shall rise as the new monarch! She wouldn't have enough time! AHAHAHAHAHA!" Acheron said.

As Acheron was laughing, the surrounding Elven men were also laughing.

"All Hail, the one and true monarch of High Tarxa! Hail! Hail!" An Elven aristocrat shouted.

"Hail!" the surrounding Elven men repeated.

After hearing the sing of praise towards him, Acheron marched on to the front to command the soldiers.

"All of you! Defend your new king to the best of your abilities, even if it means your death!" an elven aristocrat said.

"Aye, aye commander!" They all simultaneously replied.

Flickers of lights surround the ship as many cannonballs and musket balls fill the surrounding skies. The deafening roar from the cannons and flak cannons reverberates through the entire sea. As time passes by, the seas were being littered by dead carcasses of demons.

"HAHAHAHA! Is that all the demons got? I expected a much harder challenge as I ascend the throne!" Acheron said.

'As should be, finding that ancient class of magic is an immensely tedious task. However, casting the magic can easily be cast by simpletons. Heh! What a perfect way to get rid of my sister! Not only that, that class of magic wouldn't invoke the ire of the Elven goddess. Thus, I have resolved the ancient curse passed down upon our families to the successors who challenge the crown prince and princesses. However, that would mean that they could also use it against my future heir! That can't be! I must silently sweep this matter under the rug. Therefore, when I return, I must dispose of the one's who knew about the ancient class of magic.' Acheron thought to himself.

Acheron was thinking all about the wealth and women he could get when he was interrupted by one of his men.

"Commander! An unknown creature has been ravaging through fleets! It is reported that it surfaces underneath the ocean, which forces the ship atop it to capsize." The soldier said.

"W-What? A monster that comes from underneath the ocean and forces a ship to capsize!? It can't be! It's a sea demon! I would personally solve the problem. However, we would have to wait for it to come here, as only advance magic would work against that blasted creature." Acheron said.

"Yes, commander!"

Acheron climb up the railing of the ironclad, and used his magic to strengthen his vision. On the far side of the ocean, a shadow lurks.

"Hah! I've found you!" Acheron said

Acheron started the magic incantations, and upon the last sentence he brought up his hands and sparks of lightning appeared on his hands. He freely formed the sparks of lightning into a bow and arrow, to which he pulled the arrow into the bow and released it.

A deafening sound was released, and a straight streak of lightning appeared before him. A line of lightning appeared as the arrow passes by, to which after it hits it target. To which, after it hit, a bloody carcass surfaces the ocean.

Behind him, cheers were being celebrated. However, one thing is for sure, his sister is dead.

At the far side of the ocean, a beam of light appeared to which was followed by an enormous explosion. He would have missed this if he wasn't strengthening his vision using magic.
