A woman's heart is a deep ocean of secrets. Thats what my mother told me. I never expected to hold on to a saying so tightly. It is what kept my wit when I felt unsafe. When I lost everything only to gain something far more valuable.

Name- Iris Chisholm

Age 21

Long curls of chocolate brown hair, blue eyes, pail skin, 5ft9,135lb.

She is often in a floral dress.

Iris made some honest mistakes in her life. (Who hasn't?) But without those miss steps she wouldn't have her boys. The fathers cheated on her and left them with her. Aaron, Ainsley,Alasdair. All look up to and love her. She has been the only constant in their lives since they were young.

Iris is a calm and patient person, well that is till you mess with the well being of her boys.

Its the year 2020 and my boys and I are stuck in Scotland. I had to enroll them in school here so they wouldn't fall behind. Aaron red curls tan skin blue eyes is the eldest sixteen years old. His father ran off with a actress in Los Vagas. He doesn't remember much thankfully. I get money every now and then. I put it in his college fund. Ainsley and Alasdair are twins and practical jokers. They are fourteen brown hair pail skin green eyes. They remember the day their father left. It was the day they met their mother for the first time. I get money every month for them. I also put that money in a college fund for them. I am grateful because we don't have a lot of money, but we have a lot of what counts love. "Mom can we go see the dace tonight. One of the girls in school said at midnight on till morning, a group of druids dance around the stone of creg na dun." Aaron said sitting at the table. This followed by his brothers. I was against it but with us being stuck in this inn all the time. It would be nice for a change. "Ok but bring your masks with ya." I said making them high five. I shake my head chuckling. "You three are going to be the death of me." I said walking to the kitchen.

Time skip

Hidden in the tall grass, the boys and I watched this dance. It was breath taking watching the graceful movements.I couldn't pull my eyes away nor could they. "Hey mom isn't that the inn keeper?" Alasdair points to a middle aged woman. "Hey I think he's right mom." Ainsley said agreeing with his twin. Aaron chuckles "Then ye best be on your best behavior. We don't need you being turned into frogs." I giggle because I was about to say that. "Oh come off it Aaron." They said in unison. Soon the son was seen on the center stone. The dancers pointed ther torches to it. The ladies walked away laughing and chatting amongst themselves. We also left when we were sure they would not see us.

Later that day while the boys were in class, the inn keeper pulled me aside. "Did you and your young lads enjoy the show?" She asked with a warm smile. "It was beautiful and the boys enjoyed it too." I said blushing she chuckles "I could tell you were more mesmerized then they were. Lass why dont you join us next time. Your not leaving anytime soon come have a bit of fun." She said I nod accepting the offer. "Good the girls will be excited to have a new member." I helped her tend to the Inn while the boys finished up their work. Later the boys and I walked back to the stone circle. When we stepped inside, I felt a colf rush of wind and heard a buzzing sound. The next thing I  know I woke up my boys unconscious. "Aaron, Ainsley, Alasdair wake up!" I yell shaking them to consciousness. "Come on lets go can you stand.?" They nod and got up. We tried making our way to the road but were stopped by some Scottish men on horses.
