"Yes, I'm just a traveller from a faraway place and just reached the Capital today." she lied.

"Whoa! A traveller, that's so cool! I also wanted to go out to Capital someday and travel to different places." he said with admiration in his eyes.

They kept on talking and talking when a 3 man wearing black suit came to their stall. "Old man come out! You haven't paid your rent for this place this month. If you don't pay today, we will wreck this place!" one of the guys threatened.

An old guy with white hair and beard came out from the stall and bowed to the guys in black suits. "Please have mercy, I don't have enough money yet. I will pay you right away when I have the money." the old man pleaded.

Magus also stood up and went to the old man's side. He glared at them and bellowed, "We were not able to pay for only a few days! Why can't you wait, we will pay you immediately?!"

"Ha! Excuses, we already gave you enough time to pay up and since you are not willing to pay, just pack up and empty this place!" he then waved his hand and signaled his colleague to wreck the place.

The men in a black suits started to demolish the place and the poor old man tried to stop them but he was pushed aside. The old man was out of balance and his head fell on a sharp rock.

Due to the old man's age and weak body, he died on the spot. When Magus saw the old man on the ground, he then reached out to him to help him stand but when he touched his head there's a sticky liquid that he felt.

He looked at his hand to know what it was and he found out that it was blood. Lila saw that the old man's head was bleeding, she also reached out to the old man to check his breath.

Realizing that the old man was no longer breathing, she had the old man lying on his back. Interlocking her fingers, she positioned her hands at the center of the old man's chest and started a chest compression.

She tried to do it several times but the old man's never revived. She looked at the frozen young man at her side and shook her head, indicating that the old man was already dead.

Knowing that the old man was dead, Magus broke down and lost his sanity. An orange glow flows out on his body and there's a spark like lightning sparkling all around him. He then clenched his fist and attacked one of the guys with a punch.

The black suit man was punched on his side but aside from the pain because of the punch, the man felt that he was struck by lightning. The man passed out and fell to the ground.

"Ahhhhhh!!! I'm going to kill you!!! You killed my old man!!!!" Magus shouted.

The remaining two guys stopped what they were doing and were shocked when they saw the young man's power.

"Mid-stage of Orange spirit power!!!" they cry.

They then looked at each other and attacked Magus, they striked using swords. Magus evaded their attack and strike with a punch when he had a chance. Magus was quite skilled in martial arts, and he was fast at executing his moves.

Again, another man was knocked down and the other guy fled away from their place. Because of the commotion, a lot of stalls ended their business in fear of being implicated.

Lila watched Magus who's now kneeling beside the old man, sobbing as he was so heart broken with the old man's sudden death.

He knows that his old man used the money that was supposed to be a payment for this month's rent to buy a pill that helped him break through to Primary level Mid-stage of Orange spirit power.

Though he tried to convince his old man to return it back, the old man just neglected it and forced him to take the pill. His old man was so happy for his grandson who's progressing that's why his old man wanted him to advance with his strength.

Never thought that because of that, he would leave him for good.

Lila helped him bury his old man's corpse, they also tied the two unconscious guys with a rope. After praying, they intended to leave. Magus planned to exit the Capital and find his fate outside the city.

Also Lila wanted to continue to wander the city and maybe try to catch up and watch the play tonight since Yanhe will not be able to recognize her anyway.

Then suddenly, a group of guards surrounded them. "Damn! They're so fast. Lel, I'm sorry to drag you into this mess. You're really such a great guy. No worries, I will help you escape." Magus said to Lila.

"No one's going to escape tonight." a man's voice fell. Lila was stunned because the voice sounds very familiar.

Yanhe showed up with an ugly face, anyone can tell that he's really not in a good mood. "You guys really ruined my night, I still have some arrangements to make but here I am fixing this mess." he said coldly.
