999,999th Incarnation

<p>(Trigger Warning, mentions things related to genocide and suicide)<br/><br/>By Lucian's 999,999th incarnation he had lived many lives accomplishing a wide array of things from genocide to solving world hunger issues, he even helped scientific worlds in harnessing the energy of their suns.<br/><br/>Granted the result of trying to harness the energy of the sun was far greater than he expected, but an accidental genocide or 2 was what prompted immense gains in his souls growth.<br/><br/>It's often thought that people can taint their souls by committing egregious or vile acts but that was quite the contrary. This was where souls acted like stat sheets where each kill would give his soul experience.<br/><br/>It wasn't just exp for his soul to become stronger in his next life but also experience in the form of intuitive understandings on how things work and how planets with life and stars played a role in the ecosystem of space allowing him to progress in his next lives and achieve greater feats.<br/><br/>However Lucian considered his 999,999th incarnation to be his zenith in the mortal realms, his soul had gained so much experience through his lives that in this life in the mortal realm there were few beings who could come face to face with him without feeling overwhelming pressure on their soul. It was like being in the presence of God, and that's the legend he left behind upon his death.<br/><br/>At his birth the doctor that delivered him fainted after coming into contact with the young child, luckily he fell in a direction where his mother snatched him from the doctors arms as to not let him fall along with him.<br/><br/>Lucian could have said to notice the increasing distance he felt between him and the mortal world, it started maybe a few thousand incarnations before this one when he incarnated into a mortal world filled with cultivators.<br/><br/>In this world Lucian learned that some people are able to directly ascend into the immortal realms with enough diligent cultivation, however being the lazy person he was he decided it wasn't worth it to try ascending manually. He would just go with the flow and handle whatever came his way.<br/><br/>In the cultivation world he achieved great accomplishments once again only following his passions. Ever since his 6th incarnation light darkness time and space were his favorite subjects so it was only right in his eyes if he searched the cultivation world for things that pertained to those things.<br/><br/>He acquired many things and used them to create greater things becoming world famous before his death at the age of 616.<br/><br/>The things he found were incredible to say the least and his creations pushed him beyond what any mortal thought possible. He created a technique to integrate his soul and physical body into a body or pure light. This allowed him to explore and research space far more efficiently than anyone thought possible.<br/><br/>He also could use the technique to phase into other peoples bodies and control or simply implode from him rematerialiding himself within them making him a force not to be reckoned with. The greatest gift of all was when he did this it was like a requirement had been met in personalizing his soul as the heavens opened up in an attempt to let him ascend manually.<br/><br/>Lucian turned his back on this opportunity thinking if he ascended he might just be a cattle being sent to the slaughter house. So he stayed until he died and when he died he restricted his soul with a technique he created early on in his reincarnation path.<br/><br/>It was a complicated process but seeing other souls being created in his first incarnation helped him grasp what he needed to do.<br/><br/>By his 999,999th incarnation he could no longer restrict his soul to a mortal level as it had grown far to out of proportion with a mortals soul. He lived through this incarnation like a monk rarely seen by any living creatures because he didn't want to damage their souls with his overwhelming pressure.<br/><br/>"I guess it's time for me to leave the worlds of mortals." Lucian said as he took in a deep breath of air so deep he caused his own lungs to collapse killing himself on the spot.</p>
