Xu states have Peerless Sword Sect, Five Element Sect, and Ice Crown Sect.

Zhen states have Golden Dragon Sect and Holy Phoenix Sect.
There are also middle and low-level sects. Sects are divided into ranks by the number of disciples they have, the level of arts they provide, and cultivation resources.
Xia Long Fei is from the Five Elements Sect outer disciples. He is hard-working youth and also a young master of the Long clan which is also one of the eight most powerful clans in Xu state.

Spirit roots are the base for a cultivator to absorb spiritual qi. Cultivators use cultivation art to draw spiritual qi near their body and using their spirit roots they absorb qi inside the dantian.
Dantian is a mysterious space where cultivators store qi and use it while necessary. Spirit roots are located in the middle of the dantian.
Spirit roots are like tree roots but they vary in color quality, attribute, and special ability.
Color also represents the quality of spiritual roots. The lower the quality of spirit root, the slower it will absorb spirit qi around the body as well its absorption range is also very also at most 5 inches around the body. Higher the quality, its absorption speed, and range increases.
The color of spirit roots starts from low to high level i.e. it starts from color White, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Black, Orange, and finally Golden.
The highest level spirit roots mostly seen in the Zhen Qi continent are up to Blue. There are some people with Purple but they can be even counted on one hand.
Normally White spirit roots people are common people even if they entered a sect they only got a name as Trash.
Fei didn't even have Spirit root since his dantian was sealed. He couldn't even cultivate.
But he didn't give up knowing that his dantian is sealed he start training from age of 5 where normal children cry and play.
In the Zhen Qi continent, people start cultivating from the age of 10.
Fei did everything he could do to get better; he even dared to go into the forest for a hunt when he was just 7 years old. Even with all that he still knew he couldn't cultivate but everything changes when he was 8 years old hunting in the forest.

Golden Ape Fist Art and Crazy Lighting Running Art from the sect, He practices all three to great accomplishment realm.
The cultivation arts realm is divided into Beginner, Entry, Small Accomplishment, Great Accomplishment, and Perfection.
Unlike cultivation arts, martial arts have further two realms higher than perfection that are Fine and Detailed Realm and True Meaning Realm unfortunately these are something very far from Fei.
Cultivation Arts and Martial Arts are also divided into 8 ranks which also refers to their quality, higher ranks art are much more powerful than lower ranks
Ranks start from Common, Yellow, Profound, Spirit, Earth, Sky, Heaven, Saint.
Forget about Heaven, Saint, Fei hasn't even seen Earth rank.
Each rank is further divided into 5 tiers: Low, Middle, High, Top, and Peerless.
