Flames of Rage

Shujin teleported away. Shino teleported Kai away—back to the school. Shino recognizes Ablaze's mana wavelength. He recognizes it very well. It was similar to his own wavelength.

"Come with me, I'd like a chat." Ablaze invited

"What?"

"Come on, Shino."

Shino followed suspiciously. He was already odd. He let him save Kai and now he wants to talk. They entered a building that broke in half.

They were at the top floor, the roof was gone, the half of the building collapsed to its side.

"Do you remember me, Shino?" He asked, taking off his neon orange mask.

"Michael?"

"Oh, you do."

"Wha– How?" Memories of the past rushed through his mind

"I couldn't have killed myself. Not without burning them to ash."

"Why?"

"You know why. They abused me. Physically, mentally, sexually. The least I could do is burn them to ash. Would you help me?"

"No, I won't. I'm not going to help you kill them. I thought you said you wanted use your power for good!"

"I am. I'm punishing the evil. They call me a devil, so I became their devil."

"You can't be serious about this."

"Thank you for being there by my side, Shino. I mean it."

"True Manifestation: Hell's Devil, Final Stage" he was enveloped by molten rocks that glowed red inside. His arms, his legs, his chest, his back, his head. Completely covered in hellstone. He grew horns on the top of his forehead. His surroundings melted, even Shino felt the extreme heat. Surpassing seven thousand degrees Celcius. "You might wanna dodge."

Shino dashed outside the building and the entire building exploded with a millisecond difference. Michael was in the air and he created a meteor. It was descending from the atmosphere. Seventy-one kilometers a second. It reached Shino within a few seconds. Michael learned "Meteor" from Shino but he could do it at a completely different level, a far higher caliber.

"True Manifestation: Time Freeze". It's impossible for a sorcerer to have two True Manifestations, but because of Shino's abnormality of two core elements he is able to possess two. Time Freeze is as literal as it gets. Shino froze time, but there's a heavy risk. Too long inside the Time Freeze state he begins to freeze internally. He covers this weakness by using Abyss Flames but outside the time frozen state. Inside the Time Freeze state, he only has two minutes of imaginary time.

After he casts "...Time Freeze" he swiped his hand up and froze the entire meteor in place. It tooke forty seconds. He was half frozen, shivering for dear life. He dispelled it and used "...Abyss Flames."

"Amazing as ever, Shino." He yelled as he dropped to the ground. He landed on his feet. As his feet touched the ground, the floor ignited. Flames burst and set everythinf around ablaze. There was no actual spell, just a secondary effect of Hell's Devil.

"Do I really have to put him down?" He remembered the day he met Michael. He was crying alone in a secluded place in the Varr house. Shino just happened to find him. They were the same age. Shino comforted him, he helped him out of a dark place. Michael was on the verge to commit suicide, he was like that everyday. Shino helped Michael become the sorcerer he is today.

"Turn up the heat, that's your forte." Shino told Michael. That was the best advice he could give him at the time.

"I'll always turn up the heat, that's my forte!" He condensed mana incredibly within his entire body. Flames raged on. He pounds the ground with his hellstone enveloped arm and ignites a big blast. From ten kilometers outside of Bright, all they can is a small mushroom cloud. Michael's fire power can reach the power of an atom bomb. Shine-A was mostly destroyed now.

Ri had escaped to Shine-B, there he met the Twelve Moons.
