The relationship between the Freedom Federation and Tower Canon had always been vague. In fact, this went for the relationships between the Freedom Federation and most of the factions in the world.

Yet, at the same time, there was enmity between them.

These confusing relationships arose because of the personal vendettas of the Freedom Federation's members of royalty.

Every member of royalty could become close to a faction for the sake of their own merits. However, the relationship only involved themselves and not the entire Freedom Federation.

For example, while the Goddess of Mercy had a grudge against Tower Canon, the two other members of the Freedom Federation's royalty, who were known as gods, and Li Yang enjoyed close ties with Tower Canon.
