(T/N Wuling refers to the auspicious animals in chinese folklore: phoenix, turtle, tiger, dragon. Sometimes these animals are tied to certain colors to represent elemental capabilities i.e. blue dragon, white tiger, red phoenix, black turtle, purple dragon etc.

A qilin/Kirin is sometimes included among these and is thought to be a good omen. Usually the animal is depicted with the body by fire.

It is one of the spiritual five.
