19 Clear Minded

As the time passed night arrived, allowing Kathleen to sleep after the exhaustion she felt from the tiger fight.

The morning sun rised over the horizons, bringing the world into the light again, just like yesterday.

In Kathleen's room, she was sleeping as the sun rays directly fell on her face, because her body was upside down on her bed.

Slowly opening her eyes, she yawned and rubbed her eyes. She was in her night shirt and was wearing a short, Her black hair was all messy and the morning sun rays which are falling on her face were accentuating her Rosy lips and giving her a sexy look.

She got up from the bed and went into her bathroom. After an hour or so, she came out wrapped up herself in a white towel.

After taking her usual blue uniform, she put them on as she stood infront of the mirror.

"Hmm, all ready."

She said looking at her own reflection on the mirror. Her looks are really beautiful, maybe more than even author described in the novel.

Even though make-up and stuff do exist in the aurora world, most of the noble women in the empire won't use it. Their bodies being purified through the mana, a lot of women really looked like naturally heroines of the films from the earth.

"My figure was also perfectly shaped." She turned around, looking herself in the mirror in all the angles.

"My height will be 165 to 170 I think, and my breasts, it looks like they are E cup, damn, they are bigger than my past life cough- change of the topic." She said to herself in the mirror.

However, looking herself in the mirror, a lot of questions started appearing in her mind which she always avoided from the moment she got into this world, the reason being she don't want to face them or she don't know if she can face them.

Questions like, did she not feel any guilty for stealing someone life? How will she act when she face the original Kathleen's parents? She told herself she wanted to live a life of freedom, but being tangled up with someone like the main character of the story, would she able to achieve her goals? Are they even possible?

Such questions always kept swirling around in her mind, but it was really hard for her to face them.

But suddenly, her brows furrowed as she looked at her reflection.

"Why? Why do I have to feel guilty? I never did anything wrong to anyone, even being transferred into this body was not at my wil, it may be selfish for me to think about living a free life in this girl's body. However, my past life taught me a lot, I lamented that there was no soul that cared about my existence on the earth.

Sometimes I even went into a existential crisis, questioning myself what my life even worth for. But now I have a new life, while it was true that those guilty feelings won't go away, it doesn't change the fact that I am the current owner of this body, all I have to do is stop questioning myself and just follow my heart.

Maybe, I might even find the secrets behind my transmigration in the future. As for Kathleen's family, I will think about that when the time comes, for now I just need to accept myself."

She spoke to herself as she felt a refreshing wave wash through her mind. Maybe, she just needed to accept herself to fully become Kathleen or Maybe she just needed to face herself, but whatever it is, it worked.

In fact, she was actually able to notice that, many changes were occured in her mind and soul after her conversation with herself.

She felt her magic and strength Control over her body increase. Not only that, she also stopped having the feeling of looking at someone else when she looked at Kathleen's photos or reflections. She felt that she was looking at herself, which indicates she really accepted herself and become one with Kathleen.

Kathleen walked in the corridor making her way towards the canteen. She entered the canteen and walked towards the ordering place.

However, when she seen the points needed for the food that she ordered, she couldn't help but slap her own head with her hand.

'Last time, Sophie paid for me because I don't have the contribution points, I forgot that and ordered too many.' Just as she thinking that, a beeping sound was heard which made Kathleen turn around to see the location where she was supposed to pay.

Sophie put her badge back into her space ring after paying for Kathleen.

"You forget that you didn't have contribution points. Why did you came here alone without informing me, didn't you say we are friends yesterday." Sophie said with a smile on her face as she looked at Kathleen.

"Haa, I don't know your wake-up time so I didn't inform you. But didn't you say you don't have many contribution points, why did you spent so much, we could've lessened a one or two dishes." Kathleen said as she felt quite sweet inside her, Since sophie actually remember she don't have any contribution points for her meals.

"Don't worry, I have some saved ones, so I spent them."

"If they're supposed be saved once, why are you spending them." They talked as they walked towards a table.

After sitting there, they started eating as their orders arrived shortly. Since Kathleen already thought of what she was going to do today, she immediately proposed it to Sophie.

"Sophie, did you remember that you asked me about, completing missions together. As you can see, I don't have many contribution points, so how about we go to the missions hall and select a few Missions to complete." Kathleen said, while looking towards Sophie.

"Well, I was also thinking the same, but with our strength we can't go too deep into the forest, so we have to select our missions carefully." Sophie replied back immediately.

After finishing their breakfasts, they moved towards the missions hall, where all the missions are posted, and also the place where students exchange their contribution points or buy something with them.
