LOUIS IS A QUACK ?

Imperial City at Newly Wed's Apartment in evening,

Seren and Louis both reached their apartment soon after driving for some time. When they reached there, they both strode towards the elevator and went to the 11th floor. As they reached 11th floor, Louis opened the door of 1107 and pinned the password.

Seren who was carrying her luggage while Louis was pinning the password said, " Seren you can change the password if you wish but just tell me when you change it. Actually I'm not really good at remembering passwords so most of the time I put my room no. with 00 at last as the password so that I can remember it easily".

Seren replied, " No I don't think there is a need to change it. We can just go with yours Mr. Kelly".

Louis and Seren entered the apartment as the door was unlocked. Louis showed Seren the house they were going to live together from now.

The apartment was good and lively. It had a study room, bedroom, dinning hall attached to the kitchen and then the hall. Louis showed Seren the study as he said, " If you want to work then you may just come here".

He showed her the bedroom and even showed her the rest of the things such as closet and dressing table in the bedroom. It was a perfect house for two as a married couple.

After showing her the apartment Louis asked, " Do you wish to freshen up first?".

Seren said, " Anything's fine with me".

Louis said, " I guess we need to talk about us. So you may take a shower first and then I'll get freshen up".

Louis exited the bedroom and went to the hall. He was thinking about how he should explain Seren about keeping his identity a secret. And the most important thing was that will she agree to pretend in front of family? He had seen how Seren wasn't interested in him at all so it was a little bit confusing that whether at least she'll pretend to be a good wife in front of his family.

Seren had a shower and came out after a few minutes. She changed herself into an over-sized grey full sleeves t-shirt and black shorts. She came out as she said to Louis, "You may go".

Louis replied, " Ah... yes".

Seren opened her luggage as she arranged her clothes in the closet. The closet was divided into two parts - one for Seren and another for Louis. Earlier only one side of the closet was occupied but now it looked somewhat full. After arranging her things she plugged up the hairdryer on the dressing table switch as she started to dry her wet hair which were earlier wrapped in a towel. After drying her hair she went to the hall and sat there where she made a call to Kevin to inquire about some hospital matters.

After a while Louis came and he wore a black t-shirt and black pants. He dried his hair but leaving them a little wet. As he came out he saw Seren talking to someone on the phone. He strode towards the hall as he sat on the couch leaving a huge space between them. He waited for Seren to complete her call. Soon after the call was done Seren said, " What do you need to tell me Mr. Kelly?".

Louis replied, " Actually my name is not Aiden Kelly. It's Louis Edward. So when we are just the two of us then you can call me Louis".

Seren asked, " So Mr. Edward please tell me what is bothering you?".

Louis replied, " Actually whatever you have heard about me is not true. I'm not an orphan and I'm not working as an intern just as my job".

Seren still composed asked, " Please speak freely so I can understand".

Louis explained his situation to Seren about what his true identity was.

After hearing Seren asked, " Then the marriage deal which you made was it fake too?".

Louis immediately replied, " Ah... no....no . It's true that it was grandma's last wish and my grandfather forced me to get married to the lady who perfectly fits the description. Actually not long ago my grandpa came with proposals to show me but as we already decided to get married so he didn't say anything. Also I want to tell you that the people that know grandma's last wish is only my grandpa, you and me. So I hope you will keep it as a secret for the sake of my family".

Seren asked, " If you just wanted to marry someone which fits the descriptions perfectly then I guess there are many unmarried women out there who are older and Virgo too. Why did you have to choose me?".

Louis replied, " As it was my grandpa who was going to find me a wife therefore I am sure that he will find a good lady and I got ready just for the sake of my grandparents. If my grandpa comes to know that I don't treat my wife good enough then he will dislike it. But you already don't wish to get married and are only doing it as this decision is in hands of Mr. Wen declared by your mother's will so I guess we both can have our ways by getting married to each other as we both have the same goal".

Seren asked, " I don't remember telling Mr. Edward that the decision of my married life was given to Mr. Wen by my mother which was written in her will? I just mentioned that my own marriage was not in my hands".

Louis replied, " I'm really sorry but I dig up some information about you. I didn't mean to invade your privacy. It's just that I wanted to know what the actual situation was and how can I work it out".

Seren thought to herself, ' Do powerful people these days love to spy on me? That Jason did same and here is this ~quack~. Am I some kind of research material? Just leave it. They are young kids after all '.

Seren sighed as she said, " So you want me to pretend to be a good wife in front of your family and friends? ".

Louis replied, " I would love if you agree to it. You can do whatever you love to but please just let's atleast pretend in front of others. I don't want them to be worried for me".

Seren said, " Fine. I'll pretend as you say Mr. Edward but please remember that I have my life too so I hope you don't interfere in it".

Louis replied, " I understand. I hope we can get along with each other as well so it will be easy for us to pretend being a lovely couple. At least can we try to be friends?".

Seren thought to herself, ' Why does this seem similar to what Jason said? Whatever ! Maybe young people these days are all into making friends".

Seren replied, " Okay ! Now can we discuss something realistic Mr. Edward ?".

Louis asked, " Sorry?".

Seren replied, " As you mentioned about getting along with each other and living together so shouldn't we discuss about our daily life?".

Louis understanding something replied, " Ah.... yes. About the housing chores I can do it".

Seren replied, " That won't do. Let's just both of us distribute the work between us".

After discussing for some time it was decided that Seren was going to do cooking and laundry and Louis was going to do dishes and cleaning. Being considerate of each other they both decided to go to the supermarket every weekend to buy things they needed together.

Even though they didn't love each other like one married couple would do but still they both were trying their best to be considerate of other one. Even though this marriage was just a deal and was only real in front of others but still they had to get along with each other well for they were going to spend two years of their life together.
