Imperial City in Louis and Seren's apartment at early dawn,

Louis didn't let her go and said, " I definitely warned you but you ignored me. That is why you should've listened obediently to your caring husband".

He carried the stubborn fierce cat to the bedroom and then gently placed her on the bed. Seren was shocked and surprised at the same time. She didn't know why suddenly Louis was behaving like this but she could say no more in front of him cause she thought that debating with him is the most useless way. Every time Seren opposed him, Louis would definitely have his way and he had point in no matter what he said. Somehow it made sense even though it was non sensible to Seren.

After placing Seren on the bed, he strode towards the other side of bed and then prepared to lay down too. Seren was staring at the ceiling as she thought, " After some time when this quack falls asleep, I can just get up and continue with my work".

Louis thought, " Why is she listening to me so obediently? Why didn't she resist today?".

He found it suspicious that she didn't say a word cause every time she used to oppose him. Louis turned to face her and supported his head with other hand as he looked at her and said, " Dear Wifey don't you dare think that after I fall asleep you can just get up and I won't even know".

Seren thought, " How the hell did he know? Is this quack a mind reader?" and glanced at him to make sure.

But Louis looked straight at her and replied, " Something similar like that. I can read what you're thinking by just looking into your eyes so don't you dare lie to me".

Seren thought, " What the fuck?".

Louis commented, " Wifey don't curse me in your mind. I'll get hurt".

Seren closed her eyes immediately and turned to opposite side of Louis so that he could not see her face. Louis noticed her actions and chuckled lightly.

He patted her head and said, " Rest well".

Seren thought, " Why is he always touching my head? Am I an 5yr old kid to pat me? I just don't understand why does he keep ordering me around? Who does he think he is? Ahhhhh....I'm going crazy because of this quack. I need to show him his place. I am not an push over who will listen to each and every word he says. I need to make this crystal clear right now otherwise he will take me for granted".

Seren turned to face Louis to talk out things but suddenly a hand grabbed her waist and hugged her. Seren was more of a furious now as she reacted, " Mr. Edward can you please.....".

Before she could continue, she looked at him to meet his eyes but he was already asleep. She was speechless. Louis was now closer to Seren as he hugged her by his arm around her waist in deep sleep. His sleeping habits were surely something that can make a woman go crazy in his arms. He was tall, handsome, had well built body. Which woman can sit quiet when such an art-piece was beside her?

Seren thought, " Here he goes again with his weird sleeping habits. Does he had to hug me while sleeping? Can't he just be quiet and keep a distance from me? Is he a small kid? Yeah this quack is 25 so i guess he is a kid".

She tried to get out from his hold by removing his hand but his grip on her was strong. Seren thought, "What is he? Iron man? Superman? Hulk? Why is he so strong? Even his arm is heavy. Ahhhhh....why am I always getting tangled up with this quack? Why is he so annoying? Earlier he didn't even used to bother me but now he is always buzzing around me like an irritating mosquito".

She looked at him again only to find him sleeping peacefully like a baby. Seren was helpless as she thought, " He must've been tired working all night doing office work. I'll just let him off this time. Quack, you should be grateful that I'm being generous to you. If it was someone else then he would've lost his arm by now".

Soon they both fell asleep as they both were tired and hence took a small nap.

at 8:oo am in morning,

Louis who just took the parcel came inside and said to Seren who was in the kitchen, "Wifey let's have breakfast".

They both sat on the dinning table as Seren served the food for both of them. Today Seren didn't cook anything as Louis insisted on ordering take-out even when Seren said that she would make it but this man was not someone who will listen to anyone.

They both had their breakfast together and Seren went to get ready to go for work. Louis was in the hall talking to Alex to notify him about his leave when he noticed Seren coming out of bedroom changing her clothes to go outside.

He disconnected the call and asked her, " Are you going somewhere?".

Seren replied as she nodded, " Work".

Louis asked, " Why are you going to work? Last night weren't you at the hospital all time?".

Seren replied as she sighed, " Last night I was there only for child. I stayed at hospital as the guardian of the patient and not as a doctor so I need to follow my schedule as it is".

Louis said as he was a little disappointed, " Now what to do? I thought that you were having your day off so I took one too cause we need to prepare for the child's stuff".

Seren asked, " Huh? Lucas's stuff?".

Louis said, " He'll be coming home today and will be living with us so won't he need his things too. We also need to buy him clothes then there is his school. There is many much to prepare".

Seren replied, " About his school...for now let's think about it later. He won't be able to attend school because he just went through surgery. And about his stuff....we can just buy him later".

Louis suddenly called her and said, "Ah...about his room....I've prepared it already".

Seren was completely confused. Was there even an empty room in their apartment? Louis asked Seren to follow him and they both strode towards the room beside their bedroom. Louis stopped in front of a door which was near Seren's study room.

He opened the door and they both entered inside. The room was painted in bright colors like blue, yellow, green, white. The room was in same size as compared to Louis and Seren's bedroom as it had a bed and a small book shelf. There was even a kid's study table in the room.

Louis explained, " I changed this room to a kid's room. How is it? What do you think? Will he like it? I consulted my mother for this cause she and my aunt were always the ones who used to renovate our rooms".

Seren asked, " So we had a room beside the bedroom all this while? Then why are we both sleeping in the same room when we already had another empty room?".
