Unveiling Enigmatic Path

"On the way to the Forest of Faith, I begin free activity as something, and these forests are strange. I look at all the people around me, and no one was affected. I was full of wonder like thunder, and my heart, so I kept my mouth shut until we are in the forest. I hope down, and Lily goes after me. I look at her, any questions on my face. 'What is your quest in this place? Like most people dislike it, like you don't have to do it, you don't have to embrace all people's opinions.' She giggles, looking at me as if I am talking nonsense. 'I don't know, I just... I had to feel a bit dizzy, nothing. The condensed magic in this forest just makes me feel so weird.

Anyway, I wait for her to answer. 'So, my mission is not too much because the Shadow Kingdom is already full. So, they want me just to bring the Golden Cup frozen in the middle of the forest. People say that this water in this cup can heal any type of problem, and if anyone refills the cup, they will get the same thing. It is good for commoners who have really health issues.' I was so amazed by her answer because I didn't expect the sympathy in her voice, as if she experienced this feeling of loss. I didn't go further; instead, I pat her shoulder, full of trust, really going in her direction. I was wandering in the forest, my sword with me, already knowing how to fight, so I am not really on the bad side during my walk in the forest and began to explore.

I found some strange creatures; most of them don't attack. I found ginormous mushrooms, taller than me. It is so magical that I don't think I can see it twice in my life. I walk further until I found myself encountering a beautiful creature. It's from light, doesn't have any color, and it's like a blob but not a slime; a blob of light. So, I get closer from my curiosity. It doesn't look like it has any type of harmful ways.

I get closer, and my hesitation was getting more intense. I was scared but curious at the same time, so I won't let my fear away and get closer. When I touch this blob thing, the color changes from white to a yellowish-blue color. It starts saying some random things, and the voice was like a whisper that no one can hear. It is comfortable and a strange way. I try to go away from it, but the only thing the blob does is follow me. It has one expression, smiling and saying that I can do it, and I am strong, and all of that encouraging forces. I was happy; I begin to wander more in this forest, just wanting to explore.

But suddenly something really made me wonder if I can make any type of magic here. So, I sit in the middle of this forest and close my eyes, trying to focus, just to know if I have any type of magic. I found myself transported to another place. It was full of different types of fire. The first one all right, like anyone see; the second one on the blue, the third one green, the fourth one yellowish. In front, everyone has a cup of water, and I see our one letter.

I get closer; the fire doesn't produce any heat; the water is just water, and the letters were saying that I have to let the fire out. It is a simple task, but I was thinking, can I do it? So, I begin to distinguish every fire. None of them goes away; instead, they merge together and go to the sky. Suddenly, it was from a morning sky to the night sky. The moon was full, and I could feel some light on my skin, shivering. I look at my hand and see five different rings. Four of them have the same color as the fire, but the last ring is just white. After a second, I opened my eyes, was in a cold sweat, as if I lifted a hundred rocks with one hand.

I look around because when I close my eyes, the blob thing was around me, but now it's disappeared. I thank God because it's so annoying. But when I walk deeper, I found Sylvia, and the blob thing follows her, but so different. The color is like black or darker blue, and saying really disturbing things. Some of them really just make me shiver of my spine, so hurtful. And one of them is just ringing in my ears when the blob begins to say lies. Nevertheless, or when he says that you can disappear.

I get closer to Sofia to see what really happened, and she tried to fight this not harmful creature on top of her because he is too cute to be killed. His color returns as white, but she was so annoyed she just didn't want to talk to me. I didn't care; after all, she broke all the red lines around. I don't want to remember Eastern anymore. I don't want to trust anymore.

So, I go cheaper, and Sylvia was on the same track as me. When we get deeper, we have to put a camp. We didn't have food, so we didn't eat anything. But every person slept in the opposite way, and after that, we wake up slowly and maturely. I didn't say anything, but more I try to find any type of river, and I didn't find any. What a shame; I just want to be clean. So, I go, and the blob thing, a security creature, never wants to leave me, but this time, he doesn't talk. Not in a harmful way or in a good way; I didn't give too much attention. More I try to find Lily because she was one to find the Golden Cup.

I begin walking deeper and find some foot traces, and it is for sure from Lily. I follow it, but it is so random. I begin to focus more and follow it until I end up in a big tree that I never see in my life. It surrounded all types of creatures spiritually, and a lot of those blob things. I get close to that tree, just one to touch it. I feel so intimate by it, like something just wants me to get closer. But suddenly, Sylvia holds my hand. I look at her, so confused, and she was so concerned and serious.

'Sylvia, why you stop me? You can't see the majestic tree; it's just too beautiful. I just want to see it closer.' Sylvia didn't break any type of eye contact with the tree, for some reason, and her hand is shivering.

I get more concerning. Why? Because she is a wizard; she can do anything she wants. In one head, she can break anything; she can put people on fire if she wants. So, why she acts so pity ? I turn around to see the tree, and suddenly, everything was an illusion. Instead, the tree became a ginormous creature that looks so dangerous. His hand full of traces of blood; he has a long tail, sharp teeth, and a big body coated in fur. I take a step back just to understand what happened. Sylvia's hand still shaking. I look at her, a bit confused.

'Sylvia, the Judith about the sea creature before or anything like this?' She nods, and her body begins to shiver, trying to talk but her voice cracking. 'The creature can't die. He will attack us, and he will kill us and drain all our magic on this land.' My eyes were so shocked. I tried to hold myself because if I don't fight it, technically I am done. So, I try to understand more about this creature.

'Does the creature die from any type of spiritual damage or physical damage?' With a shaky voice, she explained it is by physical damage. But this creature needs a big amount of people to call it, and I can't defeat it alone. So, I get so annoyed. It was my full determination that I don't want to die. I let my sword out and charge to the creature, beginning to slash and damage this thing.

After a lot of dodging, he tried to capture me multiple times, but unsuccessfully. I slowly got tired. Sylvia, on the other hand, couldn't do anything. She was just shaking and wanted to cry. So, I showed from the bottom of my heart, 'Sylvia, if we don't fight together, the secret should not just kill me but kill you too.'

She looked at me and snapped to reality, as if she began to make her magical move. She tried to pull the creature on fire, but it didn't work. So, the other option she had was running away, and I was so afraid that she would do that. So, I yelled from the bottom of my heart again, and my heart raced so bad that I would shake. I began dodging more of the attacks that I had because my focus was getting low.

'Sylvia, don't be a coward, help me!' Suddenly, the creature stopped attacking me and charged at Sylvia, but not in the same way with me. He used the attack she used on him; he tried to put her on fire, but she shielded herself. So, she put another spell to just save ourselves. I tried to attack the creature, and I began to slash around his body, trying to drain him of blood and exhaust him. For now, his blood is so low.

Suddenly, Sylvia yelled from behind, casting multiple magic spells. 'Why do I have to help you if you forced me to be with you from that day, Ethan girl, and you act so weird as we are strangers?' I got so angry, slashing around the monster, trying to kill him faster.

'Do you think I trust people easily? Do you think the betrayal of Ethan was simple on my heart? How can I trust you if he betrayed me, the first person I trust in my life?' She cast a fireball and more magic spells until she drained herself from magic, yelling, 'But he is a person, and I am another person. You can't judge all other people's mistakes!'

After I stabbed the monster in the heart multiple times until he died, I looked at her, surprised, and my hand was full of blood and some splashes of blood on my face. I realized how harsh I was to all the people around me, how much in, and how much I was afraid of people around, realizing all I began to regret so many things.

I dropped the sword from my hand and slowly got closer to Sylvia and hugged her, repeating one thing, "I am so sorry, and you don't deserve this life that I make you like this. It would be better if you didn't come with me." She looked at me, so surprised. She was so nervous, not knowing how to react, but suddenly, she hugged me back, as she accepted the unexpected.

I looked at her with a bright smile, 'Sylvia, we need to find Lily, okay? She's a good friend, but if the forest is full of illusions and dangerous monsters like this, I'm scared you will die sooner or later.'
