19 Huntsmen

Doxin woke up in some time of room with grey walls which had a table of many doctor tools. Doxin got up and found himself with a vest only—which was quite surprising to him.

"What in the world happened?" he asked as he rubbed his head. Jini and the french detective appeared in his eyes. "Well, how was your five-day sleep?" Jini asked, as she crossed her arms jokingly.

The detective rubbed his head for it throbbed silently. "Where's Owen's Dad?" he asked. Jacque sighed. "He was captured in the fire. Colonel Strong and his forces and surprisingly her—although she dyed her hair black.

"The place was on fire—most people died but Colonel Strong, Owen's dad, and Arthur are captured. By Mr. Scam." Doxin scoffed as if it was no surprise—but he knew deep inside that there was a problem. "So what are we gonna do."

"We believe they might have two forts saved for them—so one of them is keeping our friends. And the other, is perhaps where Mr. Scam is," Jini said, as she brought out a tablet. "We have two suspicions buildings that are entirely popular. The Empire State Building, and the World Trade Center."

Doxin seemed to be impressed by the studies—but worried about the situation they were currently about to go into. "Why those places?" he asked. "We don't know, but we'll certainly find out."

Doxin looked around if there was any suit around for him—which he was very fond of. He would like to go into crime with style at the least. "Wear this—no one will notice you," Jini articulated, passing off a black jacket, with high collars which stretched to the earlobe. "Are you sure this doesn't look like a vampire's clothing?" he asked, as he put the jacket on carefully. "No, because those are shiny purple and black, merveilleux," Detective Jacques complimented with a sign of a tad jealousy.

"Come on, let's move," Det. Doxin said. He put his foot on the floor softly. He grunted in pain and collapsed partially. Jini rushed and held him before his whole body rested on the floor. "You're still hurt from the backbone bend to your legs. You just need to walk carefully."

Doxin nodded, quickly taking generous consideration to her word. In store for them was a luxury vehicle—beneficial to staying down and relaxing. But, it was only just something to speed on. Jini took the wheel—with fierce eyes that faced the road. Det. Jacques daggered into the passenger seat, and the detective fell down—taking all the three seat places there at the back. Jini pushed the pedal much softly and the car vroomed away.

Roads were crowded instantly with cars as they got farther into the city. Jini sped through—even if it meant almost killing them. She turned the wheel and the car jerked to the right. "So where are we going right now?" Det. Doxin asked as he dragged himself to sit like a human being.

"To the Empire State Building," Jini answered as her eyes gazed at the crowded road. "Might as well take him out before getting our friends. "Seems kind of dumb for the smarts he has," Doxin jested with a silent smirk. Det. Jacques and Jini stared at him—which he knew was appealing.

The road started growing as they farther into the city. The cities started to have an illusion of spearing into them. "Well, isn't this a bit too far?" Doxin asked viewing outside the door. "No, because our target is here," Jini said with a silent smile.

"Bien si tu regardes ça," Det. Jaques exclaimed. They got out of the car. "No, detective," she said with her hand stopping out. "You're injured, just patrol the area if there are any enemies. There should be a SMB gun at the trunk."

She looked at the back and studied all over the car with a certain gaze. "Yeah, come on," she ordered Jacques. They disappeared somewhere as a car went by them fastly. Where did they go, Doxin asked curiously. Inside was a wall of brown bricks which had a dirty rust to the sides. The floor was tiled with many little rhombuses which made sense for a warming welcome.

But this was a welcome—nor was it warming.

Jacques sneakily waisted to the wall. *Click—Click* Guards. Jini peeked over—two guards with heavy armor glaring. She looked at Jacques which seemed to have the same effect on the view. They both faced their guns at their heads, knowing this is the only vulnerable part.

*Boom—click*

Jini looked at the french detective in horror. "You didn't." The guard slammed to the wall and fell deadly. "Shoot!" the other guard yelled. He slammed in his ammo and shot at the only possible place that he was shot at. Expressed fire came from both sides—very fast and inaccurate. "Shoot, I'm outta ammo!" he shouted. He threw a grenade as it surpassed into the entrance.

"Grenade!" Det. Jacques shouted. They leaped from their position.

*Boom*

They leaped to the floor in front of the guard as he chuckled. "Oh, you guys. Glad you guys came," he smirked. Other guards came in from the report of his partner down. "Holy heavens!" one of them gasped as they looked at the bloodied body.

A man with a four buttoned suit with purple insides looked at them. "Oh, my son hated you," Sr. Mane said, as he chuckled with pleasure. Det. Jacques sighed as they were dragged with handcuffs. "C'était une douleur." Sr. Mane smacked him with his buff hands as he cringed.

"C'était une douleur," he weeped. "Take them with the rest—I'll be here with you guys in fact. So no other man is killed," Sr. Mane ordered politely.

The guards clenched on their arms, as they moved them towards the prison. Jini looked around if there was any hope. She couldn't call Det. Doxin—or anyone else.

*Grrrrrr* A guard screamed as he fell to the floor. He clutched his leg and screamed in pain. "What the h—" "Get down!" a guard shouted. *Boom* The smoke came from someone which was not reachable. Detective Doxin. "I just finally noticed there are such things as machine guns," he said as he put in new ammo.

"Get him!" Sr. Mane shouted.

Three guards went towards him as fast indeed. Doxin ran and slid which caused maximum pain and weakly got up. "Ah, yes. Mon amie!" Det. Jacques praised. Doxin smashed onto the handcuffs many times. "Run!" he shouted—although it was persistent that it was never easy or possible to break handcuffs.

Bullets vaped to the floor as they missed the targets—although some were very close.

Doxin glanced back at them and quickly shot his pistol. *Tak—tak* "You're losing them!" Sr. Mane shouted. "Grenade!" Jini shouted.

*Boom*

The three were separated into two sections. Jacques and Doxin crashed through the window as pain burned into the bodies. "Ahh, God." Jini bashed her head on the wall and rolled on the floor. Blood fled from her head as she sighed. "Oh lord," Doxin exclaimed as he saw himself in the other tall building by the Empire State Building.

It was glowing with a shine of yellow in the dusky sunset. "Well, I guess you have good observation from here." Then, cruisers began arriving at the front door, many officers with pistols and assault rifles. "Whoever is invading the place—get out the room.

"Oh, boy," Doxin said. The wind howled as their jackets began swaying with the wind. *Shatter—Crash* A guard came lunging in on them. "Whoa!" Jacques shouted as he slid by the side of the building. Doxin thumped the guard—giving a kick to the chest. The guard swung his leg and blew out the detective.

Jacques fired his gun which had a successful—but not planned—startle to the guard. He vibrated backwards and fell on his back.

Detective Jacques leaped up from the edge of the building and kicked the air. With a sudden miss, the man pushed down his leg and wellied him. Jacques rolled and drifted far away from Doxin.

*Wak—ta*

Doxin met him with a swing at his face. The guard rolled and punched him in the face. Doxin grabbed his arm and elbowed him directly in the chest—causing a dizzy reaction to the guard. He wobbly punted him at the chest as Doxin reacted with a slanted wobble. He ducked as he kicked and blocked a light attack. He waved his arm and missed but held the other arm.

*Smack—Kta*

The consociate fell over the building and reached his hands on to the tip of the building. "Help!" the guard shouted horrifiedly. Doxin walked over to him—the guard's eyes were horrified and scared. "Where are the prisoners?" he asked as he looked directly in his eye. "I'll never tell you!" he shouted. "I belong to SEOT!"

Doxin raised his pistol and faced it at his hand. "No, no please!" the guard shouted with plee. "They are at the 90th floor!"

"Okay, thank you."

*Boom*

The man fell from the high building—which was reflected by the Empire State Building.

"Impitoyable," Det. Jacques said with certain fright. "Shush up."

Jini:

Jini stood by the wall as she faced the place where many guards were standing by. "How's those people doing?" Sr. Mane said as he roughed himself. Men with suits sat down poisely. "Also Sr. Mane, we got some guards to track down those people. They'll be in your custody at any time," the man said. He had black hair which spiked forward with a slicked face. Sr. Mane nodded.

The room was gray and big, and had a big round glass table which was added by SEOT themselves recently.

Many men with the same structure and some who were black with big beards. "We got a call from Mr. Scam," the man who notified St. Mane said. "We got 15 billion dollars added to our account, that's the good news."

People started clapping with happiness and joy.

"Yes, that is the sixty percent that came in. They sent a new manager to cover in for HannahStay Retails which means the business is still going. We are trying to take the twenty percent of every growth which will still leave sometime of it being the highest retail store of a revenue of 1 trillion."

Jini muttered silently. "No wonder they wanted all that money." *Clack* She hid behind a tree by the so-called meeting room. "Bad news," the man continued. Everyone became very silent. "Mrs. Davis is still alive and is definitely fighting back for her family."

Everyone gasped. "So you guys didn't eliminate her?" a black man with dark hair with a grey and black suit with a striped tipe.

"She stood hidden beneath us—we still don't know how," the man confirmed. "Foolishness!" a pale plumb man with a striped suit shouted as he slammed his fist. Everyone started yelling in frustration. "Order!" Sr. Mane shouted. "Mr. Scam is dealing with her. We just have to focus on keeping the bank account safe—now please get your papers."

The men got out their papers—which were ripped and not perhaps folded.

"10BS6ST."

Jini repeated the note in her head as she looked around.

She ran out of the room as she kept repeating the words in her head.

Det. Jacques faced his pistol cautiously around. "I don't see a particular sign of a guard here, if I'm not correct," he said, as he raised his weapon down. They rushed to the next corner and checked the area. No one. "All right, let's go," he rushed.

Soon enough they came by the elevator place, which had the soft floor of black—with a dull ceiling. Elevators were glassed and had windows which shelved by the side of it.

*Thump—Clank*

Doxin pushed back Jacques by the corner, as the footsteps became much more hearable. Just happened to be running people from inside the building. Officers and SWAT people were leading hundreds of people to the stairs. "Well, that means something bad is going—"

*Tak-tak*

Guards started shooting at the detectives—making the citizens much more frightened which causes more noise. Doxin shot his pistol as he fled around the corner. Jacques leaped and rolled—dodging the bullets or most likely a miss.

Enemies flipped backwards as the detectives kept shooting. "Come on, now!" Jacques shouted. "We're overpowered with rifles, tristement!"

The detectives ran for it, as they fled between the crowd. "They're following the crowd go, go!" the colleague shouted. Men started breaking up to the front.

"Code Red, detectives in the building on your right."

Doxin rushed through the crowd as he rushed out the window. Jacques followed, undeniably confused and frustrated. Guards shoved the citizens with their MG42 guns as they faced the detectives.

Through the window the firearms raged. "Bullets coming at—"

"I got that!" Det. Doxin shouted as he looked back with a feeling of an obvious move. With very close shots the bullets missed. "We're gonna die!" Det. Jacques shouted as they raced across the small houses.

Jacques was worried most unlikely for his life that he tripped over a very small border of the house. He fell over—hitting the back of his head—with a turned backflip. *Crash*

The wails of the police cars began to distort as the cars began to blend into a different shape—which was, of course, not very appealing. Doxin looked below silently of the worry of Det. Jacques injuries. Officers held out pistols which faced Jacques which happened to have a funny and misunderstood thought.

"Oh, Detective Jacques I suppose. Who attacked you?" the police chief apologized curiously. Det. Jacques sorely strained from the car and responded, "I just tripped but, Doxin is soon in trouble."

And foretold he was right. "Turn around and put your arms around your head!" someone shouted from behind Doxin. Confederates of SEOT faced their defenses towards him. Det. Doxin randomly chuckled with a harassing smile. "You know—you don't have the right to say that. I should be saying that to you."

*Click*

He laughed even more but it was much more nervous than the last. "So, I'm the criminal and you're the nominally-called police. Well, I got one message." Det. Doxin tipped his Fedora. "See ya." He leaned backwards—making the same attempt as Det. Jacques.

But this was justificated.
