Chapter 49 No Escape

Frankie smiled coldly after he finished speaking and pulled Kaylin up with great strength.

Kaylin was pulled into his embrace before she could react. Frankie didn't seem to be angry, so why was he so forceful?

"Frankie," Kaylin mumbled. He had hurt her.

Frankie didn't give her a chance to speak. He pressed his hand against her forehead and said, "Darling, I remember that you like Italian cuisine. There's an Italian restaurant near the place where Glen passed away. Shall we head over for a meal?"

Amaya grew alert when she heard Glen's name. She could hear the threat in Frankie's voice and turned away from them.

"I don't like that place, Frankie," Kaylin replied. The hair on her neck stood up when she was reminded of how Frankie had chopped Glen's arms off. Frankie's hauntingly beautiful smile as he killed Glen had terrified her that night.
