Chapter 24 Old-Fashioned Love Letter

The little study corner wasn't very little at all. The floor-to-ceiling windows welcomed the afternoon sun, and the translucent white curtains swayed in the warm breeze.

Two pots of bonsai plants invited life into the room, and they stood out beautifully from their spot near the windows. There were bookshelves on both sides of the wall, resembling a beehive in its design. The bookshelves touched the ceiling and were filled to the brim with books.

There was a photo of three people on the wall—Luis, Frankie, and Elsie. They were siblings and looked like each other. Their beauty couldn't be compared.
