I Know I Don’t Have Much Time Left (2)

"Ok! I will tell you, I was just thinking about that girl Nurse Stacy talked about." This time Vivian answered her father honestly and told him what she thinking about earlier.

Mr. Quick frowned and said, "Why that girl though?"

But Vivian didn't answer her father when he asked that question but instead said. "Dad, Mom I know everything."

Mr. Swift panicked and asked, "Yo-you know everything... what?"

Mrs. Swift nodded at her daughter with an expression saying she agreed with what her father just asked about what Vivian knows.

Taking a deep breath while facing both her parents Vivian answered them. "I know I don't have much time left anymore and might leave you, guys any moment from now."

Moving closer to her daughter and while holding her hand Mrs. Swift said "Oh My goodness dear!"

With a very sad expression, she spoke again "We are sorry dear we couldn't do anything to save you please forgive us dear please." While crying.

Squeezing her mother's hands with hers with her watery eyes Vivian said. "C'mon Mom I know there was nothing you guys could do that's why or else you guys would have done everything in your power to save me also who knows how much you both love me better than me myself huh Mom?" And those tears that were threatening to fall earlier finally fell and Mrs. Swift hugs her daughter while they both cry in each other's arms.

Mr. Swift who was silent since earlier finally speaks. "So this means when your mom and I were talking earlier yo-you were awake from the start."

The mother and daughter dual break their hug and Vivian answer her dad.

"Yes Dad, you are right I was awake from the start."

Mr. Swift moves closer to the mother and daughter and hugs Vivian while saying. "Dear? Please! Please! Forgive us like your mother said we couldn't save you despite all the wealth we have".

Hugging her father back Vivian said. "Dad like I said to Mom earlier I know, no one loves me like you both do because I know am all you both have in this world so please don't apologize to me, this is my destiny and you are the ones who always use to tell me that no one can escape or hide from their destiny right?"

The Swift family stayed in each other's embrace and keep hugging each other for some time until Mrs. Swift broke the silence and said.

"You know we love you very much right dear? And yo-you are our whole world always remember that always dear no matter where you are."

"Yes Mom I know," Vivian replied.

"Always remember what your mom just said dear." Mr. Swift who was silent finally said.

"I-I know Dad you both love m-me very v-very much," Vivian said while choking in between her tears.
