2 Dancing on the Street

LIM JAE-BEOM -JB POV

The streets of Seoul were immensely busy at this time of day. Normally, I would be inside training, but the weather is too good and I just want to wander. I need new inspiration. I walk around, my face covered with a mask, sunglasses and a hat. Sometimes it doesn't help, but I am moving fast and everyone seems to be in their own little world.

As I walk along, I turn down an alley with small stores on either side. I never stray far from JYP and this is one of my favorite places to come. There is one shop that carries stationary and old LPs. I can always find something good here. As I exit the shop with a small bag in my hand, I notice a girl coming out of another store.

She slides her headphones into her ears and a beautiful smile appears on her face. It's nice seeing people enjoy music as much as I do. I happen to be walking the same way she is. In front of me, she begins to dance. I assume with the tune caressing her ear drums. I begin to laugh as I recognize the dance moves. It's Just Right. One of GOT7's first songs. The dance moves are unmistakable. The girl stops by a window of a shop. She watches herself dance the chorus in the mirrored glass. My day has been officially made as I pass her and walk back to JYP.

Se-Ah POV

I love this song! The chorus starts and I just have to stop and do the dance. The mirrored glass is perfect to watch myself. Vanity is seeping from every pore I have. But this song is just too fun. Maybe the people inside the store can laugh at me and have a better day. GOT7 happens to be one of my favorite groups. I saw them in concert 4 times and just can't get enough of their music. I am not one to have biases or favorites though. I feel like the group isn't comprised of just one person thus I love them all. Without the whole group, I wouldn't have a dance in my feet.

I have a lot to do today and listening to music keeps me from stressing out. I found out from my teacher that one of the Entertainment managers wants to meet with me on Monday at the school. I wonder what for. I bet it had to do with the fact that I totally embarrassed Sook-ja and they want to rip me a new one. I don't feel bad for her. She is one of those that thinks she can make it with just her good looks. I can't stand people that think that way.

So, I want to buy a new outfit to wear, ya know, just in case the manager wants to say something mean. At least I will look good. I march into the store with the mirrored window and am greeted with very big smiles and laughs. One guy even gives me a thumbs up, to which I return. MY day is made. They enjoyed it. I find a new pair of jeans and a cool looking vintage sweater that has donuts on it. It reminds me of the shirt Mark wears in "Just Right". It's perfect.

I walk back to the dorm and prepare for the event that I am not to be reamed by the manager and he actually wants me to audition for something. I turn up the music and start typing a few notes to my resume. As I dance in my chair, my roommate comes into the room. Ru Yu-Jin is a music major and same age as me. She is quirky and intelligent. We have been in the same room for 3 years and plan to graduate together. She starts dancing to the music. She is very bad at dancing but her singing is beyond amazing.

" What you doing, Seee-ahhhh?" She wraps her arms around my shoulders and blows in my ear as she speaks. I shake her off and point at the screen. "Fixing my resume." "Wait, you have an interview or audition coming up?" She was extremely excited. We always boosted and encouraged each other to do the very best we could.

She ran her fingers though my long hair as I shook my head. " Not sure, the teacher said I had to come for a meeting Monday. I could be getting in trouble for the exam I took." I grabbed her hand and licked the back as I got up. She chuckled and sat down on her bed, wiping my saliva on the pillow. " That crazy girl should have gone with your idea. I so wish I could have been there to see her insane acting. She really made you look good."

"Ru, ( I called her by her last name as it reminded me of the kangaroo from Winnie the Pooh) Do you think I am actually ready to get out there. You have seen me act, am I, possibly, too crude?" "Yes, but I think that makes you stand out. You know what you want and will stop at nothing to get it without being some cringey-whiney baby." I nodded and pushed print on my resume. We spent the rest of the evening talking and then went to bed.

In the studio at JYP, J B was telling Mark and BamBam about the girl he saw dancing in the shop alley. They were waiting for the other 4 members of the group to arrive so they could start practicing. Mark and BamBam started a rap contest and J B wrote in a notebook, the inspiration had hit him for a new song.

PARK JIN-YOUNG POV

I walked into the room and sat down next to J B. "I have a chance at a new series. What should I do?" J B looks up from his notebook and tilts his head. "Take it, we can record your parts in between, or before. I have most of the lyrics and music finished. When do you start filming?" I remained silent for a minute, then wrapped my arm around my best-friend. "In a month, They have to find a few more cast members first." J B nods at him.

"That's do-able. What sort of series? Your last one was sort of a supernatural thriller." I stand up and wrap my hands around his neck. My eyes go all crazy and I try to be serious. My laughter gets louder though as BamBam and Mark stare at me like I have gone crazy. I let go of his neck and stand tall. " It's a thriller. I will play a police officer who has to help a girl find the person that is stalking her. There will be a bit of romance."

BamBam runs up behind me and gives me a back hug. "So you get to kiss her? You always get the girls, you sexy beast." He laughs just as the other members walk into the room. I tackle BamBam to the floor. They stop just inside the doorway and stare, Jackson giving his "uh huh" look. I think this may look like a compromising position, so I get up and sit on the floor. J B, Mark, BamBam, and I all start laughing.
