Chapter - 2: Abyss of Gacha

With a robotic, dignified voice in his head, Kazuya opened his eyes and looked at his surroundings with a bewildered look full of confusion, with a clear hint of fear in his eyes that could not be completely hidden.
"Where am I?" asked Kazuya aloud, unable to help but look at where he was at that moment in search of some useful information that might help him.
It was located in an apartment consisting of a bathroom and a kitchen adjacent to a living room. Both the kitchen and the living room had windows. The kitchen had a black door leading to the very clean and neat room, quite modern in style, with a simple bed and a desk that overlooked a small bathroom not far away.
The living room had a large armchair and two small sofas surrounding a small table and some bookshelves. The walls of this room are decorated with numerous posters of dragons. The living room later appeared to have a large television set, a stereo, and even a small chess set for chess.
"System where exactly am I at this moment?"
Finally he remembered the macabre system that had led him to that place with a really scary method of travel that would make the biggest horror movie fans shit their pants without a doubt...

Soul Eater is a manga written and illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo. In a world where evil runs rampant and drives men to madness, there is a school in the fictional city of Death City located in Death Valley, Nevada that trains young people in the use of weapons to fight against Kishin. The boys are the "Weapon Meisters", whose goal is to collect 99 human souls and the soul of a witch, but only if they are enrolled in the Shinigami registry and therefore they will be the closest and evil souls they could become the next Kishin.
Being eaten by your partner, i.e. the one who has the power to transform into "Weapon" to make it become a Death Scythe. The school's ultimate goal is to maintain the peace through the physical elimination of those who deliberately plunge into darkness or commit heinous crimes against men, and prevent the rise of a new Kishin.
The Kishin in question is the main antagonist of the Soul Eater world and a being who has fed on innocent human souls and reached a demonic stage; in the past a weapon master called Ashura transformed into a Kishin, nearly plunging the world into chaos.
The Shinigami defeated him in battle, skinning him and trapping him in a bag made from his hide, where he lay dormant, to imprison him in an underground area of Death City.
So basically quite a crazy world in the truest sense of the word luckily the Soul Eaters verse wasn't too strong so as long as he was lucky enough he could live to his satisfaction.
"System can you tell me if the plot of the world has started?" Kazuya asked, trying to remain cool and unflappable to get all the information he could at that moment.

As he heard these words he felt a sharp pain in his head as several memories flooded his head without him being able to do anything, after a few minutes the pain vanished.

Basically Kazuya's baground was an unknown prodigy, from a middle class family, he was discovered by a couple of DWMA students after channeling his raw soul into an aimed punch at a creepy Kishin egg. The teachers arranged he transfer soon after it turned out to have a strong soul.
Strong soul is a term of this world and when your soul wavelength is very powerful, but difficult to handle. You can destroy enemies with sheer force, but you may burn your weapon and it's difficult to exert precise control over your strength. It may not be a problem if you have to fight unarmed and without weapons.
"I wish I was just a secondary character, but as usual things never go right..."

Well it wasn't a big deal as long as he didn't do anything too stupid he should have gotten away without too much trouble at least before the release of the Kishin "Asura"
He was a great Ancient who used the madness of fear, he really wasn't someone I could try to fight right now. Above all, he was an adversary who not only possessed total immunity to pain and fear! But also a fucking high-speed regeneration that would put Bleach's Hollows to shame!
It will be a very stressful world for him...

Additionally chemically, it is unaffected by air, moisture and most corrosive reagents, and is therefore suitable for use in coins and jewelery and as a protective coating on other more reactive metals.
But it also had major weaknesses:

Depore, in this kind of world she was like a living cheat code, thanks to her core shapeshifting abilities…

It was a great choice to use if you were going to become some kind of monster...
