Belliot, Val Belliot is my name and my first encounter.

I'm 15 years old soon-to-be adventurer Val Belliot who wants to become a Grandmaster, like my father. He is the best Grandmaster on the east, his name is Hugh Belliot. He is Fraser Bulark's personal guard. 3 years ago, someone planned an assassination on Fraser. My father was a Royal Knight on patrol that night. Fraser was running away from the assassins. My father fought 10 of them and won without a scratch, since then, Fraser appointed my father as his personal guard and that's why Fraser trust his life in my father's hand. Also, Fraser gave our family a Baron title. My mother Cevil Belliot and my aunt Micca Anslard is an Arch Wizards, they're a teacher in Bulark's and Averyne's Kingdom Academy Schools. They both are famous for their skills and for defeating a raging Dragon in Averyne's Kingdom a year ago. They called them The Anslard's Sisters. I have younger twin sisters, their names are Hildegarde and Maldegarde Belliot. They are a year younger than me, and they are currently living with my parents in Bulark's Kingdom. Everyone called them a prodigy. Since both of them are geniuses with magic, they could beat my mother and auntie and take the Anslard's Sisters title from them. Anslard is mother and auntie's family name, but mother changed her family name to Belliot since she's marrying my father. Anslard family is one of the most talented mages in Asertia.

Father and mother often visit Crude to see the Village growths and help the villager. That's the story of why I came to Crude Village out of curiosity and wanting to be a great adventurer, making lots of friends, and become a guild member. My main goal is to be stronger than my parents and my aunt, and go on an adventure and see all the places in Asertia with my own eyes. I'll not use my family name to create an easy path for my goal. When I arrived at the Crude Village, I immediately go to the adventurer guild, it's called Gyne. I saw a lot of people with shiny armors, big swords, laughing and drinking a beer, talking about the quest they just did. I hope I'll be able to experience that with other adventurers. When I'm at the receptionist to register myself as an adventurer, the lady asks me,

"I never saw your face before. A dark brown hair kid with beautiful gold eyes. You're not from around here, aren't you? Are you going to register yourself as an adventurer? Oh excuse me, I haven't introduced myself. My name is Leen, Margaret Leen. You can call me Marie. I'm the receptionist also the leader of this guild."

A woman around 30 years old, tall and slender body, with purple hair and purple eyes, with a big beautiful smile on her face. I reply,

"Hi, yeah I just arrived here, and yes I want to register myself as an adventurer. My name is Belliot, Val Belliot."

Marie was surprised and panicked at the same time when she heard Belliot name, but I calmed her down, even though it took a while. Marie apologized and asked me to show my hand. Turns out she can predict what class is good for me. Surprisingly she knows what I want to become, a Swordsman. Even though I can do magic, my main focus is becoming a Swordsman. Speaking of classes there are 12 classes and each class has 4-5 tiers.

Swordsman class is focusing only on swordplay, defending, attacking, counter-attacking, blocking, and disabling. All of those are using just a sword. There is more than 30 style of swordplay excluding the secret styles, honestly, the swordsman is the best class for close combat, and you can mix with all other classes, and it called hybrid.

The Swordsman Tiers are:

Knight class is focusing on high defense, with full plate armor and healing magic with the mastering of all types of weapons.

The Knight Tiers are:

Thief class is focusing on agility, evading, poisoning, hiding, and good at making a fatal wound, which is a single stealth hit that can take down an enemy or even kill. The downside is you can't fight against many enemies, so you run away and hide. A hybrid with this class is pretty scary.

The Thief Tiers are:

1. Thief

2. Rogue

3. Assassin

4. Slayer

5. Shadow

Mage class is focusing on diligence, intelligence, imagination, spiritual body. This class count as rare. Not so many people can learn magic unless their ancestors were Magicians. Casting magic is like solving a piece of a puzzle, and the higher the class of the spell, the harder it will be to cast the spell. Casting magic without a core weapon is bad, it will affect their lifespan because it will consume their Mana inside their bodies. For the past 500 years, nobody can reach tier 5 of this class. So Tier 4 can also be called Master for mage class.

The Mage Tiers are:

5. Elementalist

Hunter class is focusing on precision, patience, passion, and instinct. This class can track any kind of information, situation, and position from the enemy. One of the difficult classes there is. You can count on your fingers how many Hunter in each City.

The Hunter Tiers are:

2. Bounty Hunter

3. Tracker

4. Chaser

Priest class is focusing on support magic, including curing, healing, protecting, strengthen, purification, and also reviving which is a legend. People with strong faith can become a priest.

The Priest Tiers are:

1. Priest

2. High Priest

3. Bishop

4. Arch Bishop

5. Cardinal

Bard class is focusing on intelligence, skilled hands, beautiful voice, and good hearing. It sounds useless, but the truth is, a bard is the most wanted class in the adventurer guild. Bard can enhance anything for their allies and disable the enemy and most importantly is detection.

The Bard Tiers are:

1. Bard

2. Minstrel

3. Joker

4. Jester

Fighter class is focusing on body strength, mind, and spiritual growth. As you know, a fighter is a bare fist and foot class. They hit everything with their own body. They can be a fighter but doesn't mean they can graduate. Their training is the hardest of all classes.

The Fighter Tiers are:

1. Fighter

2. Warrior

3. Iron Fist

4. Combo Master

5. Champion

Warlock or Witch class is focusing on the spiritual body, sensing, mind, and emotions. This class is the hardest of all classes. To become a witch, they need a very high level of intelligence similar to Brainier's class.

The Warlock and Witch Tiers are:

2. Raiser

3. Necromancer

4. Monarch

Brainier class is focusing on intelligence, perception, diligence. The second most wanted class in the adventurer guild. They can make potion/bombs/poison/elixir/spell scroll and any other chemicals.

The Brainier Tiers are:

1. Brainier

2. Geniuses

3. Professor

4. Alchemist

The last 2 are exclusive for Beast Kin and Elves because they are the only ones that can do it. But half Elves and half Beast Kin can also do it, as long as their ancestors were Beast Kin and Elves.

Beast Master can call all kinds of beast-like. Even mythical beasts if you mastered the class like Wyverns and Dragons, also can shape-shift into a mythical beast. There's no advanced class for this one.

Naturer can speak and listen to nature like Trees, Plants, Rocks, Waters, Rivers, Seas, Winds, Clouds, or even Earth if you mastered the class. There's no advanced class for this one either.

Last is Hybrid Classes when you mastered one class, they are allowed to get another class. If they haven't mastered their main class they are forbidden to get a new class. There is an option if they want to become Hybrid faster. Which is to join the academy and graduated there and then took a different class while they are also an adventurer and do a quest for class change, but to join an academy, they need a lot of money. There are many variants of the Hybrid class and only a noble family can become a Hybrid class faster. It is a fact that most of the Hybrids are from noble families while the rest are gained from blood and sweat. These are not all the Hybrid classes. Some are unnamed because they haven't been registered.

After that, Marie registered me as an adventurer. Now I'm looking for an inn since I'll be staying here from now on. I could ask Marie, but I want to look around the village on my own, I still have a couple of hours and spend the rest of the evening remembering the village and talking with the villager. When I'm outside of Gyne, there is a girl with a bunch of guys surrounding her. Does she look like an Elf or maybe a half-elf? Anyway, she seems in trouble so I'm rushing to help her. Turns out, they're a party of Swordmaster, Rogue, and a Bounty Hunter, and they want her to join their party but it seems she doesn't want to join them. Then they want her gold instead. I can't beat those guys so I offer all my money and the sword that my father gave me, it worth a lot if they sell it. Then they left us alone. The bright brown hair with yellow eyes Elf girl says with her sad face while bowing down,

"I'M SORRY SIR!! AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!! I WILL PAY FOR IT, I PROMISE....!! But I don't have any money with me right now, because I gave all my money as well to those guys... I was planning to register myself as an adventurer with that gold, and find an inn to rent."

I reply,

"It's okay. I can get some silver and copper from the quest at the guild. That should be enough for a day or two, oh maybe we can ask Marie the guild leader about what happened."

She nodded but she is still sad about it. When we arrived at Gyne, I told Marie everything then she laughed so hard that she almost cried herself from the story. But she was willing to help her and registered her as an adventurer. She registered as a Priest. She also just arrived like me. She had bad luck I supposed. Then she approaches me and the elf girl says,

"Thank you very much!! I don't know how to repay you for all the things you did for me. My name is Leyhem, Viviette Leyhem, and you can call me Vivi. As you can see, I'm a half-elf. My mom is an elf and my dad is human."

I reply,

"It's okay you can pay me back later. I just wanted to help you out, that's all. I'm Belliot, Val Belliot. Nice to meet you, Vivi! Oh, how about we go find a quest to get some silver and copper?"

She nodded with her cute smile. I haven't asked her age. Even though she's cute I think she's 30 or 40 years old. She's a half-elf after all. I think her lifespan still longer than us humans. She is staring at me with confusion. Then she says,

"Are you thinking how old I am? I've seen that kind of expression before. I'm still 15 years old, even though I'm half-elf. My lifespan is not that different from human."

She is smiling. I surprised and reply,

"Oh, I'm 15 as well! And yes, I was thinking about it hahaha…"

She smiled and laughed with me. When we were about to grab a quest from the guild's board, Marie approached us,

"Are you going to take a quest from the board? Before you do so, how about you go upstairs and meet a guy there. I told him your story and he has a request for you both."

Marie is grinning and then she leaves to her desk. Vivi and I are looking at each other confused with what Marie said, but we believe Marie, so we go upstairs. In there we see a man, drinking his beer. Around 20-25 years old, black hair with dark red eyes. White long sleeve shirt and wearing black gloves, black pants, and black boots.
