9 Chapter 9 - Making of a Plan

"Alright, so this is our rough plan." Felix said as he sat on the couch in the living room.

The group decided to go sit in the living room and discuss further plans as they came up with a rough one. Felix and Olga sighed as they rubbed their foreheads as they knew that despite all their planning, there's no guarantee that it will work the way they want.

"What are the chances of the plan working doctor?" Mash asked Roman who has a serious face.

"Frankly, it's hard to say, we have no idea how powerful King Arthur is so making an estimate is not going to help." Roman said as he sighed.

"Assuming that every single one of his legends are true. What are the chances that he has high levels of magic resistance?" Olga asked the head of medical staff.

"You bet she has." Cu said to her as he appeared followed by Medea.

"You two got your materials?" Felix asked them as he looked at them.

"Well, the manor has some fair amount of materials that we can use. Though it isn't much." Cu said to him with a grin.

"So, have you come up with a plan?" Medea asked them as she looked at them.

"Sort of. With us being Masters we can see your info and well, we can see that Cu and Medusa have offensive Noble Phantasms." Felix said to her as he looked at her as her body froze a bit.

The Greek Caster looked at Mash and Olga who were looking at her with suspicion and fear, while she saw the doctor also looking at her with suspicious and cautious eyes. She couldn't see Medusa's eyes and Cu just looked at her. The only one who didn't seem to have suspicion on her was Felix who is just looking at her cautiously.

"So, you know about my Noble Phantasm then." Medea said to them with a serious tone.

"As a matter of fact, we do." Felix said to her without any hesitation.

"And what are you going to do about it?" Medea asked him as she tightened her grip on her staff.

"Move forward with the plan and fight against King Arthur and correct the singularity." Felix said to her seriously.

"What?" Medea, Olga, Mash and Roman said at once.

Felix also heard a collection of faint"What" coming from Roman's hologram which he presumed as being the other staff. Medusa just looked at her Master silently not saying anything.

"Oh? So you trust her?" Cu asked him with a raised eyebrow.

"I guess. She may be known as the Witch of Betrayal but she hasn't given me a reason to not trust her. Not to mention, she decided to answer our call for help so I'm willing to give her a chance." Felix said to him as he looked at the Caster Servant.

Medea's mouth was open when she heard that as she looked at Felix alongside the rest of the room who were surprised at his words as they looked at him.

"A-Are you sure?" Olga asked him as she looked at him.

"Yeah. As Roman said, King Arthur is a top class Servant and we need every bit of help to defeat her. I don't think excluding a mage as powerful as her is a good idea." Felix said to her as he looked at her seriously.

"Well... If that is what senpai wishes then I will follow you." Mash said to him as she looked at him.

"Me too. I will follow whatever my Master says." Medusa said with a nod of her own.

Olga looked at Roman at hearing them who could only shrug his shoulders helplessly. She looked at Felix who has a serious face before she sighed as she held her head.

"Fine. I can't actually refute your words as they do make sense. But I'm blaming you if anything happens to me." Olga said to him as she pointed at him.

"Don't worry. I'll take full responsibility for it." Felix said to her with a nod.

Olga spared at glance at Medea to see her reaction as the Caster didn't make any distinctive movements or sounds as she stood at her place. The room was silent as they looked at the Caster who was the reason the entire conversation had started.

"Medea?" Felix called out to her.

"Yes?" Medea replied immediately as she focused on him.

"You were paying attention to our conversation weren't you?" Felix asked him for confirmation.

"Yes." Medea answered truthfully.

"Then you should know that I'm willing to put my trust in you as well." Felix said to her seriously.

"I am aware." Medea said to him with a nod.

"Then please come here so that we can discuss our plan." Felix asked her as he looked at her.

"Fine by me." Medea said to him as she walked and stood a few feet away from him.

"I'll make myself comfortable." Cu said as he walked forward and plopped down on Olga's couch getting an irritated grunt from the director.

Felix looked at Medea before he took a silent breath and let it out. An action which was noticed by the Servants due to their heightened senses as they have their focus on him.

"Alright, so this is the plan, if you have any points you want to change then you must tell it." Felix said as he looked around the room.

The others in the room gave him words of agreement as they agreed to his condition before he started to tell their plan to the people present. After he was done with it, the plan had some significant changes due to output from both Medea and Cu alongside Medusa who was coerced by Felix to speak her mind.

After that was done Olga went to the Matou library followed by Cu as the director had asked for him to be beside her for the time being to which the man had accepted as he went with her. Meanwhile Felix is at the second floor looking at the burning city as Mash, Medusa and Medea are in the room alongside him.

'Now that I think about it, all three of them have their names start with M.' Felix thought to himself as he looked at them.

Medea and placed a bounded field alongside Cu's, around the manor to make sure that Archer would not be able to snipe them and kill them. After that he turned and looked at the three Servants in the room alongside him as he looked at Medea with a calm and serious face.
