18 Chapter 18 - Weapon Testing

"Where is he?" Olga said as she walked through through the corridors of Chaldea.

She had finished the last of her paperwork and is now trying to find Felix to talk to. She has also gotten a bit more comfortable with Mash due to them working together. She was afraid that the girl would hold a grudge against her due to her father but she was pleasantly surprised to learn that she didn't have any ill intentions for her.

"I guess Felix wanted me to ease up with Mash considering the fact that he is the one who made the two of us work together. Though I guess I am thankful for him for that." Olga said as she fiddled with her watch.

"What is it director?" Roman asked as he appeared on the screen.

"Where is Felix?" Olga asked as she gave no attention to his black eye.

"He's in the simulation room." Roman said to her with a smile.

"Okay. Keep on working." Olga said as she closed the screen.

She then went to the simulation room and opened it and walked inside and looked further ahead... and found an open field simulation being run in the part of the room. Though there were skeletons in the room which she didn't mind much as she only raised an eyebrow at the choice of enemies. She then looked at the console and find Da Vinci, Mash, and Medea near the controls as she walked to them.

The women heard her as they looked at her and smiled, though Medea only gave a small smile. Olga gave a nod of acknowledgement before she looked at the simulation.

As for the skeletons, well there were 10 in number but two were promptly destroyed by a Gandr to the heads, each. Olga was surprised at the sudden attack and looked towards the source and her eyes widened when she saw Felix fire another Gandr spell using his gun which hit the enemy.

"Felix?" Olga said surprised as she saw him.

"Surprised? He is testing his new mystic code." Da Vinci said to her with a smile.

"New mystic code? When did you make that?" Olga asked as she was surprised at the words of the genius.

"He had made a request for it so I made it for him. I have to say that it is an ingenious design, of course since it is created by a genius such as myself." Da Vinci said to her with a smile.

Olga was surprised at her words as she looked at Felix who changed the spell into a fire one and shot fire bullets which expanded and exploded on impact. After that he shot ice, wind, electric, plasma as he took care of the skeletons with his gun.

"How is it able to do that?" Olga asked shocked at the utility of the gun.

"I can explain that. The guns works like this,..." Da Vinci said before she explained it's functions to her.

Olga was surprised when she heard that as she looked at Felix who has a satisfied smile on his face. He then stopped as more enemies spawned as he looked at Medusa beside him.

"Let's see if you're mystic code works." Felix said to her with a smile.

"Yes Master." Medusa said to him with a smile.

She walked in front of him and removed her blindfold and put on the glasses and to the pleasant surprise of the people watching the skeletons didn't turn to stone. To check, Medusa remover the glasses and the next second the skeletons turned to stone in front of them.

"It works." Felix said with a smile when he saw that.

"I told you guys it would work." Da Vinci said through the mike to them.

"I guess it does." Medusa said with a smile as she put on the glasses.

She slowly turned and looked at her Master and to her surprise and comfort he didn't seem to be affected by her eyes at all as she let out a sigh of relief. Felix meanwhile smiled as he looked at her as she walked and stood beside him. He then shot the rest of the skeletons and destroyed them.

"Now try using the bullets." Da Vinci said to him as he nodded to her.

He took out the bullets on his person and loaded them on the gun after opening the top. New enemies spawned as he aimed his gun at them and then pulled the trigger. He felt the recoil as noise was also created as the bullet shot and hit the skeleton greatly damaging it before it disappeared.

He also shot the other enemies as he smiled at the efficiency before he looked at his hand.

'I need to get used to the recoil.' Felix thought to himself as he looked at his hand.

After that he tried it out some more before he exited the room and found the others there.

"Hey director, done with your work?" Felix asked her with a smile.

"Yes. I'm done." Olga said as she blushed a bit.

"That's good to hear. Da Vinci here made me a new mystic code and I am loving it. Want to give it a try?" Felix said as he showed her his gun.

"No need." Olga said as she looked at the gun.

'Father had a gun we well.' Olga thought to herself as she shook the thought away.

"I guess you liked my invention." Da Vinci said to him with a smile.

"Yep. This will help me nicely in the singularities." Felix said to her as he looked at the gun.

"Glad to hear it. And your mystic code is good as well right." Da Vinci said as she looked at Medusa.

"Yes. It allows me to see with my eyes without accidentally turning anything to stone. I'm glad about it." Medusa said to her with a smile.

"That's good that's good. Now then—" Da Vinci said with a smile before she was interrupted by the ringing of Felix and Olga's watch.

The group looker at the two Master's as screens appeared from them with Roman on it.

"Why does he have a black eye?" Medusa asked confused as she blinked.

Felix, Roman and Mash chuckled nervously at her words while Olga just hugged. The man then coughed into his fist before looking at them with a smile.

"Well, sorry to interrupt you guys but I wanted to tell you that the summoning room has been fully repaired. We can do Servant summoning now." Roman said to them with a smile.

"Well, that's good." Felix said with a smile.

"That means we can summon more Servants. I just hope that they would be cooperative." Olga said as she sighed.

"I'm sure it will be fine." Mash said to her with a small smile.

"Indeed. Besides, the five of us are here." Medea said to her Master with a nod.

"That's right. Don't worry director, I can atleast help you escape." Da Vinci said with a smile.

"In the case of an unruly Servant I can just use my eyes on them." Medusa said seriously as she looked at them.

"See? There's nothing to worry about director. I'll be in the summoning room so please make your way there." Roman said before he cut the transmission.

"Well, let's go. The sooner we do this the faster we can gain more allies. I don't want to go unprepared." Felix said to the people around him.

"Alright fine. I'm trusting you." Olga said as she looked at the Servants as they nodded.

The group then went to the summoning room.

Small Time skip

"Not fine! This is not fine!" Olga screamed in fear as she ducked as a pair of chain shot over them.

Another pair of chains then wrapped around them and revealed the second pair to belong to Medusa. The first pair belonging to... Medusa Alter.

"Well, the director is spooked." Felix said as he looked at the scene with a sweatdrop alongside Mash and Medea.

"I'm so dead." Roman said as he cried at the sight of the Servant.

"I think you'll be fine." Artoria Alter said to him.

"ROMANIIII!" Olga shouted in anger as she glared at him as the man gulped in fear.
