Nightwing just said that the enemy has called for backup!" said Robin, he and the rest of the team were running towards the escape zone they agreed upon "Trust In Brother Raiden, Tim, as long as he's here, we've won this battle" replied Carry, having already lost her power, and not having time to charge her battery, she decided to just run on her legs, after all, she was still a Tamarian, her physical stats were much better than that of a human
"We've arrived, looks like Megan and Beastboy are already here, come on, get on the ship" said Connor as he commanded the rest to get on the Martian Ship, they secretly docked it near the Reach's ship due to its special invisibility, that way, they'd have a viable escape route
"Welcome back, is everyone out ?" asked Nightwing, Cassie looked around and said "No, We're still awaiting for Impulse and Blue beetle" AS soon as she said that a yellow and red dash entered the ship
"THAT WAS SO CRASH! WOOOHOOO" screamed Bart, to which blue Beetle said "I agree Esee, that was fun, but it's still not good man, they almost removed my scarab"
"We'll talk about that later, Nightwing, what should we do ? it's almost three minutes" said Batgirl, Nightwing looked around and said "Since everyone is here, we'll get away, fly us far, about 5km away, Since Raiden's here, there's no need to worry"
"5KM! are we leaving him !" said Batgirl, to which bumblebee said "Hey, that handsome guy helped us out and saved our life, we can't just leave him!"
The entire new team came to an agreement that they couldn't just leave him, but then Cassie said "Why are you guys worried ? that's Raiden we're talking about, since when did he need you to worry about him" hearing that, Connor looked around and said "If Raiden were to hear you all, he's be insulted, we're talking about a God-Slayer here"
"God-Slayer haha, He'd absolutely like that name, don't call him that, ever!" Said Nightwing as he joked With Connor, "God Slayer ? seriously, is this the time for jokes" said Batgirl, but Dick and Connor said Nothing as Cassie said "It's not a joke, when I was a kid, Raiden Killed the God of War Ares to save me, he and Aunt Diana teamed up to kill it, but even when I asked her about it, she said if not for Raiden it wouldn't have been possible"
"HEY HEY LOOK WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!" said Impulse as he got the attention of everyone, "Is that Raiden ? he's flying" said Cassie, "fire is swirling around him ? is he crazy, we're in the middle of the ocean!" said Robin, "Uh oh, Shit, Megan, fly us further, Raiden said he's going to do something destructive" screamed Connor
Then as they watched, a bright light covered the entire area, all of them hid their eyes with their hands and arms, it was so bright that they couldn't see anything, then as the light dimmed, they saw it, absolute destruction, a feat no one in the league was capable of ever approaching
"Holy crap, that's a hole in the middle of the ocean" said Bumbleebee, then to her right Robin who had his eyes wide open said "I now understand why he's our Superman 2.0" and lastly, Batgirl said "Glad he wasn't here, or else, we really would have looked like a bunch of children insulting him"
"That's why you never doubt my brother, Especially when tyrannical rulers are experimenting with people, whenever he sees something like that, the result is always a similar massive destruction wave, he hates scientist who experiment on people" said Carry as she puffed he chest proud of her Brother
"He went a bit too much though, we could've caught one or two for investigation, Well, it's good, at least we saved the people, and got Intel and our invaders" said Nightwing

In the middle of the ocean, one man had been flying above it, bit by bit, calling him a man wasn't exactly accurate either, as he wore an armor that looked like a beetle, the armor was half scorched and the man's exposed left side was burnt, he was desperately escaping the destruction he's seen 'DAMN MEAT! How did the humans get someone that powerful on their side! This entire operation is in jeopardy'
A bit by bit, he arrived at one of the last ships that were coming for backup, this one wasn't caught by the blast, so he managed to hide inside of it, the ship then turned around and left, when it arrived, Black beetle got up and looked, a fleet of hundreds of ships awaited, their hidden Army

Raiden, flew towards the ship, as the door opened, he got inside, and two hugs came rushing in, one from Carry and one from Cassie "looks like you guys are safe" after returning the hugs he turned to Dick, Dick looked at him and said "What are you doing here ?"
"What ARE you doing here ?" asked Raiden in response, to which Dick sighed and said "We got tracked a trafficking ring with the help of Aquaman and managed to get our guys in, the mission was important, since we needed to save our people, but what about you ? how did you get here ? we can't keep relying on you or the team will never progress, coming to save us each time isn't that good"
"I didn't come here to save you, in fact, we are in a similar situation, I Actually infiltrated as a random person as well, I just happened to see you guys, I wasn't going to help either, after all I went to find their important figure, a Scientist, she told me about a lot of things, unfortunately, I had to go fight that Black beetle due to him being also important, chances are, he escaped, I couldn't kill him without going all out" spoke Raiden, he then went on to tell them about what the scientist has said, about how they've been trying to find a way to awaken the Meta-Gene and push for the human evolution with the light's help
After saying all that, beast boy was the one to reveal a very important information, however the only three that knew how bad the situation was, are Megan, Raiden and Nightwing, According to beast boy, the duo if Megan and him met up with Kaldur in the ship, and the former, fried his brain, attacking him on sight, due to her believing he had killed Artemis, of course when attacking him, she realized that it was a mistake, and that he was a spy for the team, and the worst part, was that whenever she fried someone's brain, she didn't know how to fix it
This has led to Megan being depressed and apprehensive about using her powers

In the League watch tower, after everyone returned, Nightwing and Raiden agreed to meet up and speak about some important things
"THIS All on you! She has destroyed his brain, he may never return from that, the worst part is, no one knows that what she did is a bad thing, they're praising her for almost killing her ally! This is why I told you it was dangerous" said Raiden, angered by the reckless actions taken by Nightwing "Artemis is with him, they'll manage somehow, Kaldur isn't so weak to be defeated by mental attacks"
"THIS IS MEGAN! She's a fucking White Martian that has mastered mental attacks! Even batman could be endangered ! for fuck sake Dick, this mission is getting to you! .....Look, I understand your intentions, but hiding things like these, they are dangerous, at least tell Connor, he's the only one that can help her now, she's too depressed to even fight anyone! As for Kaldur, I'll find a way to monitor him and help him" replied Raiden, he was frustrated that Dick was prioritizing the mission over his friends, even though Raiden agreed with his intentions, the way he went about it, wasn't ideal
"Fine, I understand, I'll tell Connor and Lagoon boy, her Ex and her current boyfriend could help her deal with it" explained Nightwing, but he then asked "What about you, Why did you let that Black beetle Guy escape?"
Raiden Raised an eyebrow and said "Escape ? no I was just no able to go all out and defeat him" to which Nightwing narrowed his eyes saying "Raiden, I know you, that guy wouldn't be able to escape from you, no matter what, you allowed him to escape"
"Tsk Fine" said Raiden as he clicked his tongue, before Adding "Since you're eager to know, I didn't kill him because, had I done so the Reach would have escaped, and left the planet, with him alive, they'll push for their plan to conquer earth, you don't know how things work in space, so I'll explain, The Reach will Lay claim to earth before invading it, essentially speaking, no other Race will come, since they know Reach has earth, but, If we destroy the Reach and kick them Away, BOOM, every race in the universe will know, that Earth isn't to mess with"
Hearing Raiden's explanation Nightwing asked "how will Reach lay claim to our planet?" to which Raiden turned on the Tv and said "Just like this"
In the TV footage of a giant Alien ship floating in sky was shown, as the UN Secretary general was speaking to the Alien Ambassador of the Reach, Establishing friendly relationship with the Reach and the start of a great partnership!
"Or at least that's what humans believe, in reality by doing this, The Reach has eliminated the Green Lantern Corps threat and laid claim to Planet earth" Said Raiden before he added, "What a great opportunity, now all we have to do is, Kick them out, and place our name in the universe, as Great civilization, Earth won't be fucked with, Again"
