TEC# 10¹° is a teenager of asian descent with black eyes and black hair named Ian John Light.

He was one of the ******* and was safely kept by the foundation and was adopted by Dr. Mary Light.

[A once Middle Class now High Class personnel in the Radix Foundation after 20 years.]

He was kept contained in a simple home in Baguio, Philippines.

TEC#10¹° was studied and observe every month for traces of supernatural and anomalous phenomena.

The Surrogate Mother was also thoroughly observed for anomalous traces.

You must know that the world we are leaving in has many dark areas which are unknown even with our High intelligence and area coverage that spans the world and each adjacent texture in it. Such is the reason why we take in brilliant minds that gives fresh ideas that will help the Foundation in containing different threats to humanity. We are gratified to know that many Organizational interest are also in line with our goal or even close to it.

Dr. Light was the one I vouch for she has one of the brilliant minds during this era.

At the same time she is determined to whatever she set her sights to be. One of the important characteristic that we are interested in a Researcher in this bleak World we live in.

I feel that she has more things set in her life in the future, be it good or bad."

Dr. Light has been rewarded for her continued assistance in the foundation after 20 years of her services and has now Risen into a high Class personnel. After which she proposed to the Foundation to adopt TEC#1-10 which is put in a Cryogenic Sleep. After countless paper did the Higher Ups of the Foundation accept. Reasons for this is that Dr. Light has been the one taking care of the child after 'That' Event.

The child was then given birth and adoption papers now under the name Ian John Light.

Though Dr. Light was given the mission to observe and give care to the child, the Foundation institute insisted to send surveillance cameras and nanobots to surround the child. To which Dr. Light agreed.

Addendum II

" I am happy for Dr.Light and for the Child. Its expected to happen as she has been taking care of that boy after the Reality shifting event. Though something feel eerie about the child itself, thorough observations has been made that the child is harmless, a black sheep among its brothers and sisters that are now gone.

Still, we must be vigilant as that childs abilities are still "UNKNOWN" to the Foundation. We will never know when it will awaken but something is certain. If its sibling are capable of manipulating certain parts of reality. Then it should have it too. Theres also that event and its "UNKNOWN" cause.

The child is like a ticking time bomb waiting to explode. I just hope that Dr.Light will be safe when that happen."

John Light has also been monitored and interviewed by Foundation Researchers which are well acquanted with Dr.Light.

They are to act as his Uncles or at least be close enough to question him with the exception of private matters.

The interview was recorded by a nanobot near John Light.

Interview I

Ian John T. Light: Ohh its you Uncle James.

The Child smiled like that of the Sun.

James repeated the child and smiled as well

Ian John T. Light: Where is Mom?

Uncle James: Your mother is busy in her work. How about we play some snake n' ladders.

James then took a board with two dice and a black circular object use to measure the point.

Ian John T. Light: Cool.

Both then started playing the game.

Uncle James: John, what do you think of this game?

John wondered for a bit and answered.

Ian John T. Light: I think its funny that we use a dice to determine our placement in the board.

Uncle James: Why? Do you think its fair that we use dice for this.

Ian John T. Light: Fairness? Luck? Remember that the World is Impartial. Existence Ventures into the Darkness with its self made light. Luck and destiny are simply what we use to explain the effect of the "UNKNOWN".

Uncle James: You sound like an old man.

Ian John T. Light: But you ask.

Uncle James: Yeah,Fair enough.

Only the sounds of dice can be heard during the next 7 minutes.

Ian John T. Light: Yey! I won.

Uncle James: Ughh.

James almost won but his Luck has run out at the end of the Game and always getting ones in the roll. He then looks into his watch and heard Johns Voice.

Ian John T. Light: "It was decided"

James didnt understand what he meant and shrugged it off and thought it was the child bragging.

Uncle James: I will win next time.

Ian John T. Light: "That 'next' time was already decided"

The recording was then stop and John started doing his housechores again after James left.

Our monitoring has observe that John Light has a very unique sense of humor. As if it doesnt come from this time.

words that are recorded from his mouth are the following

•Rizz

•Amogus

•Skibidi

We speculate that some of them are words use for swearing. Where he get these words are "UNKNOWN".

John Light was also observed to Blank out and stare at "NOTHING".

The Nanobot Camera is one of the highest MPx made by the Foundation in making sure to determine and observe supernatural events or phenomena very clearly while maintaining a safe distance and stealth. After All, you cannot notice something that is microscopic in a normal manner. With it making interference field that makes it even harder to notice by those of the moonlit world.

One of the Videos recorded has been thoroughly observe due to the Camera Malfunction, which is strictly speaking, has very small chance to happen.

Video Tape I

It was a steady video of the Living Room of The Light Family.

A sound in the door of the kitchen was heard.

"John!! Dinner is ready"

It was a voice of a female, Presumably Dr.Light.

"Yeah!" Another voice was heard. And then a repeated thump was heard as a young man was going down the stairs.

"Did you sleep late again? I can see the bags in your eyes young man." Dr. Light reprimanded the boy who we know as Ian John Light.

She then asked another question."Did you draw those things again? I told you to stop scribbling those."

"Sorry" John looked down into the floor.

Dr. Light then puts her bag in her shoulders.

"Make sure to go to school today," We can infer from these words that the child doesnt seem to like school.

"But Mom! I already know how to do calculus. I dont want to waste my time on Multiplication." John whined.

"School is not just for learning, try to make friends John, its for your own good." Dr. Light convince his son to go to school after leaving their home.

It was somewhat effective.

John sigh "Fine"

The Video then becomes static for 10 seconds before returning.

John was then seen laying on the ground clutching his head and then it becomes static again for another 10 seconds.

The Video returned and John was nowhere to be seen.

One of the Monitors of the Foundation started steering the Nanobots in the house but the Subject is lost and not seen. The Nanobots then moves toward the School and Found John in one of the Desk in the Classroom.

These all happens in the span of 30 Seconds.

Video tape ends.

Dr. Light was then informed at this event. leading to her explaining about her own experience to the other researchers.

Addendum II

Dr. Light was reviewing the Video tape slowly pausing it and even monitoring the timeframe. One of the researchers then told her that it all happens in the span of 30 seconds.

"But thats impossible. I clearly saw my son Changing his clothes into school ones and then going to school." Dr. Light defended herself.

"But the timeframe doesnt make sense" one of the researchers argued back.

"I even brought him to school. Both of us rode the same taxi" Dr. Light said.

"That-" everyone was silent.

John was then continously monitored the next upcoming days and found no supernatural trace.

Was it a coincidence that it happen. A time dilation?

But time dilation leaves traces of gravitational waves and a lensing effect when it happens.

Everyone was left wondering about this anomalous event

The monitoring then return back into the Monthly observation as supposed to day-to-day observation.

A NIGHTMARE that ripped me anew.

But there are no Shadows

Shadows I am fond of.

So I HOWLED.

My Anguish was felt by EXISTENCE.

It too howled like I did.

Not of Anguish but of RAGE.

It was COLD.

Until I saw LIGHT.

I feel WARMTH again.
