2 2.Time flies

You can see a boy with a man standing beside him in front of a grave.

'It's been 11 years since my birth in this world

after getting used to the fact that I have to pretend to be a child to some extent...

It didn't go so well when my parents saw that I could walk and speak fluently at the age of 10 months.

They were hit by a drunk driver...

When I heard about it, I started crying for the first time in this world.

After a few days spent with my godfather Lucas we attended the funeral.

I nodded and we walked towards the car.

I was adopted by Lucas, and now I'm 15 years old.

We sold my parents' house because it held too many memories.

After their death, I started skipping classes again.

Lucas also enrolled me in self-defense lessons, and with my memory and learning speed, I quickly switched to Krav Maga, and then MMA.

I participated in several competitions, and in my age group, no one stood a chance against me.

In my free time using Lucas's computer, I began learning programming.

Time passed quickly at that pace.

Another 5 years have passed i'm 17 years old.

I'm starting college.

In the past few years, a lot has happened.

I won the national MMA championship in my age group, just like a few years ago, no one could compete with me.

Two years ago, I managed to buy a 1974 Pontiac Firebird [image].

I started fixing it, and I'm just finishing it now.

I'm 18 years old now and I've started participating in street races.

I'm quite good at it and have won a few races.

Three years have passed. I have a degree in criminology, psychology, and law.

Two months after receiving my diplomas, Lucas passed away. He was old that is normal... To not dwell on it, I joined the army. After a year and a half, my commander recommended me for special forces. With my previous life experience, I had no problem adapting and quickly rose to the top of the unit's ranks. I broke many records and earned numerous awards .

On the bed, you can see Kai lying with a laptop.

"It's time, huh?"

'So, the action of the movie is about to begin.'

Looking at the date [xx/xx/2001], Kai opens his email and checks the confirmation of his earlier resignation from the army. He heads towards the armory, returns his weapons and equipment, and then makes his way to the commander's office. He knocks on the door.

After a moment, he hears,

"Come in."

From behind the door, Kai opens it, salutes, and before he can speak, the commander asks,

"Why did you resign?"

Kai replies,

"During my time in the army, I invested everything I earned and what my family left me, so I won't run out of money. However, I still want to settle down."

The commander chuckles and says,

"Settle down... I can already see it from you"

Kai smirks in head 'yeah me too'

Commander approaches Kai and extends his hand.

"Good luck in the future, Kai."

Kai smiles, salutes, and leaves. He grabs his bags, calls a taxi from the base's gate, and heads to the airport.
