345 Couldn't Help but Speculate

When Shu Xian thought that she was going to sleep peacefully right after having a moment and a talk with Pan An, it didn't actually happen. 

She hadn't slept a wink at all! With the sunlight passing through the curtain, she let out a sigh. She turned to her side to look at Pan An. 

Shu Xian watched him sleep peacefully. With him still under the influence of alcohol, it was understandable that he easily fell asleep. 

Shu Xian's heart still ached with the fact that Pan An, the man she fell in love with, is engaged to someone else. But judging by how Pan An didn't tell her yet the details, it would seem that even he was really unaware to whom he's engaged to. 

Shu Xian knew that even though she only met Pan An recently, he would not lie to her. That's the type of man Pan An is.
