35 Chapter 34

"So there is a lot that happens in the club that Jay doesn't know," Daru walks behind Luke and says, startling Luke.

"Daru! Please don't say this to my parents…" Luke panics.

Daru smiles, putting his arm around Luke's shoulder; Daru pulls him as he walks.

"Hmm, I mean should after all your parents trust me too," Daru couldn't hold back his laughter as he saw the swirls of panic in Luke's eyes, "Haha, it's alright, I will not talk about this."

"Really." Luke looks at him with bright puppy eyes.

'Not gonna work on me kid.' Daru gave him his saint smile, "Absolutely," Luke smiled with a genuine expression, "Thank you, Daru."

"You still have to do something for me though," maintaining the smile, Daru continued.

"For sure, whatever you need."

"You know Eric, right,"

"Yes, Grandpa's old partner."

"I need to know everything about him, you just get me that information."

It didn't take long for Daru to convince Luke to get him all the information.

"And you know what you do this for me, and I will teach you a thing or two about women."

Luke acted much more enthusiastic now; he was not unaware of the eyes his sisters gave Daru, but he chalked it away, thinking that nothing will happen between them.

Oh, if he knew how wrong he was.

Daru was only patient because he was still occupied with William and his men.

And today was the first day that he will put a serious dent in them.

Daru goes to his warehouse and waits; he didn't go to check on the others because today he has a clear goal.

Today he is gonna hunt one of the main chain links on which William has made his empire.

He has already informed that he might not be coming home tonight to Gloria.

When the sky darkens, Daru walks out and leaves for his destination.

It is in a suburb area, near some row apartments that his target lives.

He walks up to the door and knocks.

When the door opens, he points the gun.

"Turn around and walk in."

Daru checks around but surprisingly no bugs.

Then after some beatdown, the guy started to sing like a bird.

'Not a tough bone, I see.'

"So, Gil, how do I find the drugs that you produce."

"Please just let me go, I really don't know anything…"

A punch to the gut then only increases his pain after already having spilled all its contents…

"Ahh, I am telling you all I know. I only know that all produce is shipped in barrels with a pink bee, I know nothing other than this."

"Then I guess you are of no use."

"Plea…"

Daru shot Gil not even hearing anything from him.

Now he knows where the drugs are and how to locate them.

'Have to be quick before it changes hands to Tuco's men.'

Just when Daru went out of the apartment, a blaring bell sound rings in his head.

Then a blue screen comes in front of him, with simple text as reward, and then at the bottom, accept.

When his eyes landed on the accept button, it automatically gets clicked.

"This bugging system…"

An influx of images and information is pushed into his mind.

He staggers and keeps moving with a strong headache, knowing he can't stay here for long.

He doesn't know how, in his daze if even he accomplished the task or was he only dreaming of looting all the current shipment stash of the drugs.

And neither does he know if it him making the decision or some other entity that he drove his car to an abandoned building.

And there like strings cut loose, he collapsed unconscious to his side.

Ahh, man, I ain't gonna write this no more, here is my compromise. I will give you quality main chapters and an explanation of how it came out to be. Let's be honest, most of the allure to this story is the smut with the Modern Family.

I will for sure do even better planning for the next project. But you gotta admit this is way better executed than most of the monsterverse fanfic, and hopefully, the one after this is even better.
