"WHO ARE YOU?!" alex screams. {Everything the voice said made him feel like this answer would give him a idea of what type of being he'd talk with. Would it be like fanfics with robs or systems controlling all the multiverse}

{OK so a standard system that gives systems I can work with that. But what's with all the blanks and it said something about souls?} "system what was that about souls? And how much soul do I have And the effects?" Asks alex

[this is just alex rambling you can skip it] {OK I have the choice to pick the lottery...I'm guessing he'll gather all my missing soul fragments and make me whole...that's bad...it could be that all that I'm missing is intact and I'll only get 1 disadvantage or advantage...OR I'll hive shit luck and end up with all my missing soul ending up horribly with every .1% of my soul mixing up with different gods. 4 things could happen. 1. I get one advantage 2. One disadvantage 3 1- infinite advantages mixes with bad 4. I'm screwed and get infinite disadvantages}

[if anyone reads this I'm gonna wait for awhile for ideas of some advantages. I'm gonna give him like 3 good and 3 bad.theyll be like passives max and if it's a active skill it'll start at lvl 1. Keep in mind fallout related skills keep it somewhat fallout friendly

This'll just be a fallout novel don't expect anything better then average
