14 14. Codsworth

Trudy says they can if they pay 20 caps per person, so they pay up and sleep there for a night. In the morning they said thanks to Trudy and went on to Sanctuary, when it was in the afternoon they finally reached Sanctuary. The Twins think that the place is nice and just needs a little bit of work like putting up some defenses, and then they continue to go deeper into Sanctuary when they see a living Mr. Handy who seems to be cleaning the area around a house. They approached the Mr. Handy and wanted to speak to him.

Sico: "Hello excuse me, hi what's your name?."

Codsworth: "Please do not approach this place, it's a private property, Sir."

Sico: "Woah okay just want to ask your name."

Codsworth: "My name is Codsworth and I'm waiting here for my Mr and Missus with the young son."

Sico: "Well okay then, mind if I ask you if the place can be used for our base? I mean we will not touch this house but use the others like the one in front of this house."

Codsworth: "Yes it's fine as long as you stay away from this property."

Sico: "Well thanks then, let's go guys we use the house in front of this house for our base."

Jenny: "Are you sure we leave that robot alone?."

Robert: "Yeah I know that Codsworth seems nice but he can deceive us at any moment you know and kill us, don't think all robots can be friendly like our Curie here."

Curie: "Thank you Monsieur Robert for the compliment, but from my scan, I see that Codsworth is harmless and just focused on doing his job."

Sico: "It's okay guys just like Curie told us, Codsworth just focuses on his own business and I see that he doesn't care about us."

Jenny: "If you say so."

Sico: "Come on we need to unpack our supplies and resources then build some fences for our Brahmin so that they can not run away."

Robert: "Let's go then."

After that, they went to their new base or house and then unpacked all of the supplies and resources they brought from Diamond City. After that Jenny and Curie will be the ones who store them, Sico and Robert build some fences from the leftover fence from the previous era and then bring the Brahmin inside the fences. When all is done, it will be night in an hour so they bring the candle they brought and prepare to light it up while Jenny goes to the kitchen to make some food for them.

Sico tells them that tomorrow they have to make some power generator first, replace all the broken wires in the house then pluck the power generator into this house so they have electricity. After that maybe start to build a wall around the house for protection and make a water purifier for them to can drink noncontaminate water. Then Jenny brought the food to the table and ate them together, after eating the food they went to sleep while letting Curie watch the perimeter.

In the morning they wake up and go outside while preparing to make the power generator then see Codsworth fixing the house he guards and says hello to him. After that, they started making power generators, and it took a while it takes around 3 hours to make them. When the power generator is been built, they test it and it works so they continue to replace the wire in the house and fix the electricity box.

After it's done, they pluck the power generator into the electricity box and after that turn it on then the lamp inside the house turns on. When they saw that it worked they were very happy about it, then they took a break for a while to eat lunch and then continued making the wall for their protection. Then they continue making the water purifier, when it's done they bring a wire that has been plugged into the power generator and plug it into the water purifier.

When the water purifier turns on, they test it is the water that comes out from it is pure water. The water that comes out from the purifier is safe water to drink and they are happy that finally there is fresh water. After that, they make the wall when suddenly Codsworth approaches them.

Codsworth: "Hey do you need some help for it?."

Robert: "Hold on, why are you suddenly offering help to us?."

Jenny: "Yeah that's right, why is it?."

Codsworth: "Well I see that you guys are really short and making a wall around this place can make it safe when my masters are back."

Sico: "Well that's a good reason, then you can help us."

Codsworth: "Thank you, I start right now then."

Jenny: "By the way Codsworth, how many days is your master missing?."

Codsworth: "It has already been over 2 centuries but I'm sure that they will be back."

Robert: "Woah you survived the nuclear blast? That's awesome but you know they may have already died because already over 2 centuries while the human age average age is 60-80 years old."

Codsworth: "No they not!!! I'm sure they are alive and please don't say like that."

Sico: "Robert says sorry to Codsworth, it's not right for you to say that."

Robert: "Well I'm sorry. (mumble) but you know what I said is true."

Sico: "Robert stop."

Codsworth: "Apology accepted, now let's start building this wall around the place."

Then they continue to build a wall to surround the two houses then the Brahmin place and a plot of empty land for farming. The construction of the wall is finished in around 20 days and when it's done they make some guard posts around it for a better view and see if there's an enemy approaching from afar.

After finishing building the wall, Sico and the group have a little party to celebrate it and then discuss what they will do tomorrow. Sico knew that the plot would start in 10 days and they had to prepare more for it because that meant there would be a war and factions would arise like The Brotherhood of Steels, The Minuteman, The Institute, and The Railroad.

Jenny: "Hey Sico don't daydream while we discussing something important."

Sico: "Oh sorry guys, I just thought that tomorrow I would show you my latest technology blueprint and try to make it."

Robert: "What is it? Come on we want to know it now."

Sico: "Nope it's a secret and you guys will know about it tomorrow."

Robert: "Damn it you always like this."

Jenny: "It's okay Robert, we just need to wait for it and if tomorrow what he shows to us is not satisfying for us we hit him."

Robert: "Deal little sis."

Sico: "What!? Okay just you know what I show you guys tomorrow will really shock you guys."

After that, they went to their room and went to sleep. The next day, Sico shows them his new technology blueprint which is the Electric Motorcycle blueprint, and when Robert and Jenny learn its function they are amazed about it.

Sico: "Tadah! This is the blueprint I want to show you guys, It is called the Electric Motorcycle blueprint."

Robert: "Motorcycle? As it is the vehicle before a great way!?."

Jenny: "What!? That is amazing, but we don't have enough oil if we had it."

Sico: "Don't worry guys, focus on the first part electric, so its fuel will come from electricity. I use a battery as the power core and can be used for at least 12 hours if my theory is correct. Then when its fuel runs out, we can charge it to the power generator."

Jenny: "That is awesome Sico! While you recreate it from the previous era, you advance the technology too!."

Robert: "Yup, that's why you've always been called The prodigy in the classroom you know."

Sico: "Hehehe… Thanks, guys for the compliment."

Robert: "But do we have the parts to make it? I mean from the resources I bought there was almost none we can use to make this."

Jenny: "Well before we arrived at the Sanctuary, I saw a red rocket shop. You know from the book we read, that place is an oil gas station and has a garage for fixing vehicles so why don't we search for it there?."

Sico: "Nice idea Jenny! But you and Curie stay here while I and Robert go there."

Jenny: "Hey that's not fair, I am the one who proposes the idea."

Robert: "Well I agree with what Sico said because someone has to defend our base and you can not bring heavy stuff right?."

Jenny: "Fine! I keep this place safe with Curie, then go there you two stupid idiots."

Sico: "Hahaha… See ya, Jenny."

After that, Sico and Robert quickly went to the Red Rocket place to find some parts for the motorcycle. After they arrive, Sico is disappointed that there is no dog to greet him. Sico thinks that maybe dogmeat will come when the Sole Survivor is awake from his or her sleep. Then Sico and Rober went to the garage and saw that there was an intact 1 motorcycle and 2 motorcycles that had lost many of their parts but they could see that in the storage there many parts for the motorcycle and they were happy to find it.

After that they the motorcycle first to the base then went back and brought all the motorcycle parts to the base. When Jenny saw there were many parts and a fully intact motorcycle that could not turn on because the battery was soaked. After that, they went on to make the first electric motorcycle, a full 10 day pass to make it and it's finally done.

While they try to turn it on, the motorcycle can not start because there is no energy in it. They realize they forgot to charge it, so they have to wait for at least 4 hours to fully charge. They talked and laughed because they were excited about the motorcycle, they heard someone say hello to them and saw it there was a woman who was wearing vault clothes with the number 111.
