Shameless Accusations

"F**k this is bullshit!" Xiao Yi was at the brink of smashing her phone into the wall after reading all sorts of derogatory comments on the university forum.

The thread pertaining Xu Xinya issue was currently trending. More and more students were getting access to it.

Xu Xinya sighed. "You- calm down first. We would come up with a solution." She tried to placate her best friend.

Xiao Yi paused pacing up and down the restroom. "This is so wrong. Usually, you should be the one who is throwing tantrum while I try to calm you. Why is this the opposite way this time? Xu Xinya! Stop acting so maturely! You are giving me creeps!" Xiao Yi complained.

Xu Xinya shook her head helplessly. "Let's go and take our lectures. We shouldn't be late on the first day."

"But... would you be alright on your own? Students might start to target you after this post."

"Dummy! Who am I? Why has someone ever been able to bully me?" Xu Xinya laughed. In her eyes, there was a gentle warmth as she parted with Xiao Yi with a hug.

Later as she approached her class, Xiao Yi's words came true. People threw all sorts of offhand comments in Xu Xinya's direction that became increasingly derogatory as time passed.

As for Xu Xinya, she was cool.

She had already decided she wouldn't step in to defend herself as long as someone didn't directly block her path and cause problems for her.

But that actually happened as she was just a few rooms away from her classroom.

Shen Changying and Yin Yu blocked her in her way. Spiteful sneers made their way on their faces.

Xu Xinya realized they were here to cause trouble. "May I ask why these two ladies block my path?" Sarcasm manifested in her tone as she voiced out her words.

"Xu Xinya, stop trying to act so casually. First, you tried to sow discord between Shen Changying and me. I could have overlooked that. But now that everyone knows about your indecent activities, do you expect me to interfere?!" Yin Yu's voice was aloud.

Xu Xinya's indifferent eyes glanced through the situation.

It appeared to be Shen Changying planned on using Yin Yu for doing her dirty deeds. She must have filled Yin Yu's ears against Xu Xinya to provoke her into confronting Xu Xinya.

As to why Yin Yu was no longer suspicious of Shen Changying regarding her boyfriend, Xu Xinya was not surprised.

She had already guessed this outcome.

Xu Xinya knew Yin Yu from her school days. Yin Yu was naturally gullible and easily swayed by other words. A young miss from a rich family who had been shielded her whole life from the outside world. It was no surprise Yin Yu's personality was so ignorant.

Before suffering so many setbacks, Xu Xinya had also been once so; gullible and naive.

"So are you the newly elected speaker of the university students council to discipline the ruffians? Or are you sent here by the university's investigation bureau to lecture me?" Xu Xinya said with a sneer.

Yin Yu was startled.

But, Yin Yu had expected this. This Xu Xinya was someone hard to suppress. She was not the one who would yield after suffering a few insults.

Since Xu Xinya was so, Yin Yu also threw her restraint out of the window. In a loud voice, she said. "Xu Xinya, do you think common students would sit quietly while you f**k your way up in the university?!"

Xu Xinya was not enraged. Actually, she was amused. She raised her eyebrow following a low chuckle. "Even if my f**k my way to the top, what right you have to accuse me?"

At her shameless declaration, everyone was tongue-tied.
