CHAPTER 011: COMPLICATED

TYRON'S POV

"Oppa" Shelby called me with her calm tone.

"Hmm?" I hum, trying not to sound nervous. I wonder what she's going to say right now.

"Do you... like Stella unnie?" her sudden question made me froze, while my heart is beating so fast. Do I really like her? It's just a tiny crush, I guess. "Based on how you looked at her, I know you have feelings for her. Your eyes were sparkling, Oppa," she said and I just stared at her. She looks happy right now while looking at the starry sky. "Have you ever thought of courting her?"

I do. But how? You're the one she likes. Her smile is not fading.

I can't answer her. She still doesn't know that Stella and I are the ones behind the gifts that she receives every month. I bow my head. Just thinking of that makes me feel sad and sorry for myself. I can't even confess what I feel for her. What a coward I am. But, I still believe that these feelings will fade soon since it's just a little attraction. I'm just infatuated. "You really do like her," she chuckles. What's with this girl? Why is she telling me such things? "Jaydie Oppa," she paused as her voice suddenly turned serious. "I know that he likes her. You should hurry before he'll take her away from you" what she added made me look at her with my eyes widen. She just nodded as she looked directly into my eyes, sign that she's telling the truth. "But don't worry, Stella unnie doesn't like him," she assured. I know that because she only likes you.

"I know."

"Then good! Anyway," she hesitates to continue so I signaled her to say what she wants. "I know that Stella unnie is the one who gave me gifts for the past few months," my eyes went wide.

"W-what?" How come she knew it?

"Don't act like you don't know anything. You helped her, right? It just made me confirm that you really like her. You can't even say no." She let out a chuckle as I gave her a confused look. How did she know? "Clyde-Oppa told me earlier. Don't get mad at him. In fact, you should thank him." why would I? What if Stell will get mad at me? What if she'll avoid me and act as if she never knew me? "He told me that I should tell her what I actually feel. To be honest, I like her too," and I realize that I fcked up. "I like her as a good friend. She's my guardian angel since we were in middle school." She let out a chuckle. "She's so cool, but I never thought that she likes girls," so, only her friends and I indeed know that she's a lesbian. "And it's just so impossible that I'll like her back, like how she feels for me. In fact... Jaeson and I..." I waited for her to continue. "we're dating already since last week. You already know that he's been courting me six months ago right? You should have just stopped Stella unnie." she hits me on my arms repeatedly making me groan because of pain. Why girls are so strong? "You just hurt yourself"

She's right. I just hurt myself.. and things got more complicated. Stella skipped classes today, as what I heard from Jade. I saw the post earlier that made me think of what changed her mind. Just last day, she kept telling stories about Shelby. And now, she's dating that Jaydie guy. It made me lose hope even more.

"Mr. Choi, please pay attention," and then I realize that I've been staring outside while our professor is explaining in front.

'What's happening to me?' I think I'm going crazy.
