Chapter Twenty _five : Positive change
Xavier got busy with work and didn't fail to continue digging deep into the rape and murder case that he was accused of. Raymond offered to assist him in finding out the people behind it.
A week passed and Xavier didnt return home , for no reason that Becca could a phantom , she missed Xavier. She knew she shouldn't miss the man who deflowered her and made her sign a sex slave contract but she just missed his presence. Today Xavier would come , she felt some how excited to see him. She made some changes in the room and made dinner by her self.
" Miss , the master has arrived" She heard a maid say. " Don't worry , let me take care of this ...I've told you he won't do anything to you" Becca said as she wrapped up the sausage rolls that she prepared for dessert.
Xavier entered with a dark aura , he was disappointed in not getting any hint about the useless bastards that set him up. Just as he wanted to ignore every one and go to his room , he perceived a very pleasing aroma from the kitchen." Who's cooking dinner ?" Xavier asked with his cold look that made Mia shiver. " Miss Quin offered to make dinner today sir....she hasn't been cooking , it's just for today" Mia said trying hard to secure her job.
Becca was unaware of the bantering going on outside the kitchen , she was setting up the oven for the remaining sussage rolls when she felt familiar hands wrap her tiny waist. ' ohhh, this feels good ' she mused inwardly as she could inhale that familiar scent. For a few seconds they stood like that. " Welcome " Becca finally mustered the courage to say. " Hmm....seems like my baby missed me " Xavier said as he swiftly swired her around to meet his face. Becca blushed and bowed her head bashfully . She couldn't look him in the eye yet.
Some how she felt stupid for even missing him but yet , she couldn't help but want more of his warmth.
She snuggled in his embrace and he sniffed her neck.
He missed her sweet and pure scent , he soft and innocent body was silently rejoicing to his touch.
Realising that they were being too touchy and that Mia has also seen them , she pushed him gently.
" Go freshen up first , I'd set dinner before you arrive " Becca said .
" Okay" Xavier said , with a hint of annoyance
he knew that she must have sighted someone or felt someone starting so she became embarrassed.
Was it really embarrassing being with him?.
He just shook his head and went upstairs to freshen up , he'd deal with the issue later
Mia assisted Becca in setting up the dinner in the dining room . Becca also cooked for the remaining staffs so she asked Mia to deliver their dinner to them .
" Wow , they're so yummy Mia " Fred and Donlad said as she munched every meal served in the staff dinning room. Mia blushed and then said " It was actually Master Xavier's mistress that prepared this "
They were baffled. " It means she's a good cook, I bet the master would fall for her soon if she continues cooking like this " Donlad said.

Azuka and Azuka were taking their final examinations that would determine if they would enter the university.
Mrs Quin had succeeded in buying a new duplex with some green pastures that she used in making a mini farm and the remaining part was used as garden. Jeremy was happy with the positive changes their family was experiencing.
The remaining money was used to set up a small bakery and restaurant that the husband and wife managed. Rohee had suggested they use it to start up the business so as not to depend on Becca too much.
She missed her daughter but she was grateful for all that Becca had done. Very soon , Azula and Azuka would go to the university . She and her husband would be left in each other's company , at least they could now have some privacy from their prying children.
