1 Whispers in the air..

<p>It was dark. The silence was being broken by hauling of air. There was something mesmerising in the forest. Unknowingly , Christie was being pulled by that magic. There was a cave coming to her sight. As she was moving forward like a puppet,there comes snapping of fingers right in front of her face and she was awaken from the unknown magic pull.<br/> It was Rancho,her best buddy. Christie looked around her. Where was she? What was she doing here? She clearly remembered that she was enjoying picnic with her friends. They were celebrating her sweet seventeen birthday. Suddenly she felt severe headache resulting in her being unconscious... <br/>Christie felt some sweet smell attacking her nostrils. She opened her eyes and found that she was in her room. Peter was standing there and he pulled food trolley. Before Christie could ask anything,Peter comforted her not to stress herself. The food in trolley was her favourite dishes.. She got up and sat on the side chair to have her dinner. It was getting dark outside and clock struck eight. <br/>Peter was their butler who nurtured her since she was 6 years old after divorce of her parents. Her father brought her up with much affection and care. It was his traits of gentleness and love that instead of being daughter of a millionaire,she was down to the earth.The trait that makes her different from other heiress of her generation. She still remembers the way her father and Peter pampered and taught her the way to live.<br/>Coming back to reality,she collected her thoughts of what happened today during their outing.. She clearly remembered that they were having fun when from nowhere fog arose and engulfed them all. She felt as if there were Whispers in the air. Some strong unkonwn pull was there and she moved to that direction. After that was the instance when she was brought back to reality by Rancho. what happened in between,she was unable to recollect. She tried to find her mobile to ask her friends but that was not there. Soon sleep over powered her and she slept.<br/>In the morning, when she got up,she was welcomed by her father who was sitting beside her bed. It was her birthday.. n her father wishes her birthday kissing her forehead and what was there on the table.. she got up from the bed and opened the wrapper of the box. She was damn excited to see papers inside the box. It was her enrollment to most prestigious university,The lanshire University. It was her dream to get admission there. Her father was happy to see the smile on her face. Since last week ,after that incident,Christie seemed to be lost. but the surprise was enough to enlight her mood. <br/>Mr. goldfinch was not happy earlier when Christie told him that she wanted to join lanshire and he plainly said 'no'. but he hadn't heart to say no to her beloved daughter. she was her life line. The only fear he had was that he didn't want history to repeat itself as he had memories related to that university .. But who knows fate always plays its card.. and you never know what it is..<br/>And the day comes when she had to left for the university for higher studies. Her father and Peter were standing there at the gate of the mansion. She had clearly stated that she wanted to be low key in the university. So she will go their alone. Her father sent his chauffeur alongwith her to get her settle in the university. Christie wanted to go via train but her father refused and sent her in the car. But as father as daughter. She had tricked him to let her stay in the hostel and not in the villa he had bought in lanshire.. With gloomy face , both men bade her good bye. Mr. goldfinch had his doubts in his mind but nothing values more than Christie's happiness for him. And from there,starts new chapter of Christie's life.</p>
