Chapter 11: Is she alright?

After 15 minutes, a brave soul finally gathered enough courage to approach Hikaru, who was standing in the midst of the island behind Zekrom and Reshiram who just looked at the approaching soldier calmly, he wasn't a threat after all.

"Are you alright? Any injuries?" The soldier asked Hikaru, standing just a few feet away from Hikaru and the two guardian pokemon who were observing every move of the soldier.

"..."

"No response, negative. Secondary check."

"..."

"Can you hear me? Respond in any way you can if you can hear me."

"I am alright." Hikaru said, barely loud enough for the soldier to hear.

"Affirmative, Please follow us to the Helicopter for a routine inspection from where you will be relocated to one of the marine headquarters in Tokyo for questioning." The soldier said without any hesitation, even if it meant getting killed by the two giant pokemon in front of him, he had to do his duty.

"Can't. Let me call someone."

"Negative. This is not permitted in an emergency situation and further enquiry on this subject will break the standard protocol.

"I want to talk with Kazama Harunobu." Hikaru said as he stared at the soldier.

"..."

"I am coming, you can come back." A voice was heard from the communicator.

"Affirmative." The soldiers said as he headed back towards the helicopter which just landed as another man walked out of it escorted by two other soldiers.

"What do you want from me?" Kazama Harunobu said, also known as the Commander-in-Chief of the 101 Independent Magic-Equipped Battalion. [E/N- I was just editing, but at this paragraph I realized, isn't this a character from The Irregular in Magic High School? I asked the author, it's confirmed guys! We are gonna have The Irregular in Magic High School in this fic!]

"Call Seven. Akiyama Seven." Hikaru said, shocking Kazuma a little.

"You will be permitted to only one call after which you will have to come with us alright?"

"Yes."

"Call AY-07 registered on the phone directory." Kazuma said to the soldier behind him.

"Affirmative."

"The call has been connected."

"What business may the 101 Independent Magic-Equipped Battalion have with the Akiyama Family?" Seven's calm voice could be heard from the communicator.

"We had something to enqu-" Kazuma started saying, but was cut-off by Hikaru in between.

"Seven. It's me. Come to the coordinates immediately." Hikaru said calmly.

"...yes milord." Saven said before the call got disconnected.

"Now what?" Kazuma asked Hikaru.

"Now we wait."

"You both have done a great job, you can rest now." Hikaru said while putting back both Zekrom and Reshiram into their respective Ultra Balls.

"So, were there any casualties?"

"...no. There were 0 casualties." Kazuma said while signalling the soldiers behind him. If he was correct, then they may need Ooguro Ryuuya on standby in case things go wrong.

"Good to know."

"I am curious as to why the infamous Commander-in-Chief of the 101 Independent Magic-Equipped Battalion is here though. I don't think whatever transpired here was something worthy of your attention." Hikaru said as he was genuinely confused about this, and it was justified because, on the surface, it was only the drastic change in the weather that warranted attention from the authorities and influencing the weather, although quite an achievement doesn't require the whole 101 Independent Magic-Equipped Battalion to be mobilized which are basically the nations trump card against rogue magicians and other magical threats.

"..." Kazuma just stared at Hikaru without saying anything, seemingly trying to discern Hikaru's magical prowess.

"Hmm, alright." Hikaru said as he sat on the sand, he was still on the small island after all.

After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, the sound of a helicopter could be heard on the horizon, grabbing Kazuma's and Hikaru's attention.

As the Helicopter landed on the small island, an old man walked out of it, it was Seven followed by some other individuals in service of the Akiyama Family.

"Greeting milord, we met again sooner than expected." Seven said as he bowed to Hikaru.

"Indeed, though that's a good thing right?"

"It certainly is."

"Now Commander-in-Chief Kazama Harunobu, how may I help you?"

"We would like to take the individual behind you for questioning, though I think that may no longer be possible."

"Indeed, you can't simply take the Heir of Akiyama for questioning after all." Seven said calmly.

"The Akiyama family will provide an explanation for this in due time. I hope that explains it. Though the incident in itself has got nothing to do with us and we won't be responsible for the destruction caused due to this." Seven said to which Kazuma just nodded before leaving the island.

"Now, what should we say to the government milord?" Seven asked Hikaru.

"A raging Thundurus appeared in the perimeter of the Advanced Nurturing Highschool and the heir of Akiyama, Hikaru Akiyama who was made aware of the presence of the Thundurus by his pokemon engaged it in order to protect his fellow students and minimize the damage sustained by the island."

"Finding it difficult to fight in the confined space of the forest, Hikaru Akiyama left the island and flew towards a smaller inhabited island where he battled with the raging Thundurus and gradually overcoming it in combat, though at its last moment, the raging Thundurus suddenly glowed before unleashing a hyper beam which split the sea and the air while also annihilating in a 10km radius."

"Shocked by the sudden change of events, Hikaru Akiyama went into a momentary comatose status before regaining his senses with the help of his pokemon, therefore explaining as to why he wasn't responding to the Self-Defence Forces before."

"Use this as a cover story." Hikaru said while looking at Seven.

"This will do milord, any more instructions?"

"Tell father that I am ready to remove the seal."

"...yes. Anything else?"

"Is she alright? How is she?"

"Milord. Forget about her."

"I am asking something."

"...she is alright and is perfectly healthy. She is currently with her guardian in an independent house in Tokyo."

"Is that so, thank you Seven for telling me this."

"...please forget about her milord. It's for your own good and you chose this as well."

"I did, but I don't regret that decision of mine." Hikaru said as he walked into the helicopter.

The cover story will be addressed to the government and the Advanced Nurturing Highschool is essentially run by the government, so Hikaru won't need to provide an explanation to the school as Seven will take care of that.
