Divinity

Divine beings are among us everyday, we just don't know it. They try as hard as they can to blend in with humans, animals and even plants. Every divine being has a purpose be it making sure the flowers bloom to herding animals but one diving being has the job that no one ever wanted. The one who punishes the ones deemed sinners even if they had no choice, a sin is always a sin even in the worst scenarios. What would happen if a sinner who had no other options meets the one who was meant to punish their very being. This is their story and a tale of how not every sinner is bad and not all innocence is good.

Seconds became minutes and minutes turned to hours the clock consistently ticked away as they days passed by and while the days passed so did the years.

Sophia always watched the clock as is something new would happen. As she sat at her desk at the police station, her co workers were in the corner trying to figure out why she did this. "She's doing it again it's weird how can someone just stare at the clocks like that" "She's the best homicide detective we have in the force even if she's a little odd, just pay attention to your own workload." Sophia could hear the Captain and others talking about her but she could care less about that.

"Time keeps moving forward but I'm still here stuck" thought Sophia to herself while staring at the clocks hands. Suddenly the Captain walked over and interrupted her stare off with the face of the clock. "Soph please try to keep the stare off to a minimum" Captain Walker said to her. She just mumbled that she would try with a short glance over. Captain Walker walked away shaking his head wondering why someone so beautiful and talented had to be this odd.

Sophia was devastatingly beautiful she had short golden brown hair that came to her shoulders with golden round eyes. Her skin was pale but sometimes it seemed as if her skin glowed but people believed it was just the sun. Her lips were the color of cherry blossoms and her lashes were long enough to flutter when she blinked. People thought her beauty was a mesh of perfection and a hint of gods love. Little did they know that as a divine being it was all thanks to gods love for her beauty.
