Chapter 6 Those with a hole in their heart. (Part 2)

Choi Young holds the shield in front of him was blocking it as his face distorted, with the amount of pain, he would feel if he used his inner energy skill to counter the attack.

It makes Choi Young wonder, 'Do you feel pain?' Yangsa grins, watching Choi Young huddle behind the foreign thing he had carried on his back and now seems to be a shield of some type that is transparent.

Hwa soo-in is releasing her kite sword that was wrapped around her waist as she sneaks up from behind Choi Young.

She has identified that it is a good time to attack him as Choi Young is defending himself from the frontal attack of Yangsa and he is vulnerable from the back.

Her tactic is to attack him from both sides just a little more, upon entering, Choi Young will get down on his knees.

At the same time, Chung Seok and other leaders were in King Gangan's study, where the top-ranked idiots had flocked in.

The King concentrates on grinding the ink by hand himself in an attempt to control his mind, with the memory of how he cried and knelt down in front of Ki-Cheol.

The King responds low and meaningfully, "Go away." Chung Seok shows his stubborn streak in front of his King with, "There must be a good reason for the captain to disobey His Majesty's orders. First, you have to save the captain to hear the reason. Isn't that true? So first, let's go…"

The King interrupts with a low commanding voice, "Chief Woodalchi. You would never disobey my command, would you?"

Chung Seok answers in voice seeking understanding, "Your Majesty, please...." Chung Seok's plea triggers the other Woodalchis to add their pleas for understanding saying in unison to their King, "Your Majesty..."

At that moment, the King screamed, "I am the King!! Do you people have ideas?! Tell me! I gave Uiseon under my command. You guys were all present, when everyone heard my command clearly. Now you are going to get Uiseon back?! You understand that it is treason for disobeying my command, which can only be repaid with death. Now the only way to save the captain is to pretend we do not know what he is doing. You knew my command, but Choi Young did not so, I cannot go help Choi Young. Now I know that I never saw Choi Young since the day before yesterday and I know that you also did not see him since the day before yesterday. I had no knowledge of where he was then, let alone knowing where he is right now."

Andochi begins to implore his King silently, 'Your Majesty, please stop. Stop thinking. Please stop thinking about harming yourself. Please stop. An image is being drawn on a piece of paper.

The horse appears to be running somewhere with mane fluttering, the ground makes dust where the hooves has made impact with the ground when they run. It is while drawing a thin bridge, the King stops, wonder if he should run to Deokseongbuwongun and admit defeat.

He wonders if he does it will it save him? What if he can save Seo Choi Young and Uiseon? Choi Young is like Buwon-gun. Will you consider me a King even when I bow my head to you? The King tries to remain cool, thinking that he is a person who will leave even if he lives. But still, the King hopes, that he will come back alive.

It has been a while since Ki-Cheol arrived here watching Choi Young's movements, with narrowed eyes, focusing on the man as not to miss a moment of the railing of the rampage.

Ki-Cheol, who was watching closely, seemed from as if he was displeased, "Was it not reported that kid can use his inner strength?"

The man could not continue, noticing how Ki-Cheol cannot control his impatience and decides to draw Yangsa's attention by taking out a medicine jar to quickly hit the railing full of energy. The stone railing at the bottom crumbles and makes a sharp sound.

Yangsa turns toward the castle tower at the sound, noticint Ki-Cheol is the standing looking like the King who has signalled his big executioner.

Yangs opens his ears, because his ears are so sensitive, that he always has to be careful what he selects to listen to.

In this case the focus is on hearing his elder brother talking in the distance, by closing his sixth ear to say, "Use your pitch. I need to know what that kid is capable of."

Yangsa believes he could easily subdue him, so why bother.... Although Yangsa has not followed through with subduing his opponent.

He has no intention of disobeying the order of being sentenced to death. Yangsa closes all the functions of his ear, to then signal to Hwa soo-in, which is the first indication to Choi Young that something wrong was going to happen in front of him, when he noticed that Yangsa was moving further away. 

It was then that he had started to feel a tremendous amount of pressure to build, making him look in front of him at Yu Qing who was putting the bamboo flute to his mouth to emit a sound that seems to be the reason for the pressure in his head.

Understanding that this is Yangsa's inner energy skill being channelled through the flute, he knows that he needs to run or find a way to stop it.

He attempts to take a step finding it really difficult to even move a single step because of the pressure the sound exerts. 

The pressure is so immense that blood starts to rush to his ears, nose and mouth to then leak blood out of all his orifices, a momentary distraction, which he manages to raise the shield to take the brunt of the pressure from the front of the body.

Unfortunately, the combination of the external attack with the suffered internal injuries within a short period of time, makes the smell of the blood is overwhelming, who feels like it is choking in his throat.

His ears hurt and I started to feel dizzy without realizing it bringing him down where he leans on the shield on one knee barely holding himself upright as he feels the blood flow out of his nose and ears tracking down his bowed head to then drop on the ground.

Choi Young manages to lift his eyes to looking around, at the soldiers that had surrounded the earlier and they also seem to be bleeding eyes and ears as they lie in paing in fetal positions to cover their ears from the sound.

The scene changes as the sound prologues its attack to these same solider than dying, where they lie in the blood that has left their body.

What are the fatality rates? Where the inner energy skill is not able to be channelled to distinguish between friends and enemies in its use.

Choi Young feels the anger build in the response to the lengths that Ki-Cheol would resort to get what he wants. The anger raises up all the true energy scattered in his body all at one to come together. 

Ki-Cheol, who was watching from a distance on the pair. He watches Yangsa, as he was concentrating on the sound, and then notices the change in Choi Young, his eyes gleam as he exclaims in excitement, "Look. Look at that kid's hands."

Yangsa could not hear him to block the effect his inner energy skill has indiscriminately is too distracted to notice the power of lightning that was gathering in both Choi Young's hands.

Ki-Cheol is buzzing with clear excitement as he put a name to the power that is on clear display, "It's a brain ball. That kid uses a brain ball."

To then noticed the moment the power of lightning gathered in Choi Young's hand was transferred to be passed through the ghost sword, he holds in the other hand to then also transfer it to the shield he holds, to create an invisible wall of energy that protects him from the energy being channelled through the sound of the bamboo flute, which becomes obvious when the two energies clash to reverberate along the solid transparent wall.

The effect takes Yangsa by surprise as the sound wave bounces of the wall to be sent directly to hit him by surprise making him more excited. Due to the reaction, Yangsa almost loses his money.

To then persist increasing the pressure of force through the sound of the bamboo flute to close the distance to approach Choi Young step by step. 

Choi Young continues to block his renewed efforts using the shield, as Yu Cheong gets closer one step at a time.

Even though Cheong raises all the true energy of Danjeon to continue with slow steps that do not stop, noticing the blood that flows out of Choi Young's ears, nose and mouth, down his face, but it his eyes that have a particular shine that Yangsa notices, which is aimed at him, which makes him get scared just looking at it.

The prolonged power of the two energies constantly clashing on the shield results in the reinforced plastic that the shield is made of cracking.

At this same time this happened Yangsa's exhalation had reached its limit, and he was about to inhale.

It was if Choi Young had been waiting, for that moment for him to attack the other man with his sword stretched out in a straight line.

Yangsa thinks that his standing far enough of the distance was still far, not accounting for the other man's long arm that extends from the hilt of the sword, to stab Yangsa's wrist is stabbed by the sword.

Yu Cheong finally manages to get out of the way by taking Daegeum/ bamboo flute out of his mouth, however, the sword energy that was extending from Choi Young's sword once again, seems to add to its length to persistently dig into the neck of Yangsa.

Yangsa attempts to escape by rolling to the ground to barely escape the sword as it is aimed at him, to look in the direction Choi Young, who had been but is not in front of him anymore and can be seen running through the door of the North gate, where Taiwan was standing pointing in a direction to indicate that it was "This Way" that Choi Young followed.

Yangsa recognises what Taiwan points to be a separate building located beyond the north gate. It is an outbuilding, which entrance is currently being guarded by three private soldiers who appear to have already been disposed of by Taiwan.

One of them had been captured and tortured by Taiwan to extract the information of where the Heavenly woman was being kept prisoner.

Choi Young quickly runs into the annex, the scale of the outbuilding was much deeper and larger on the inside that resembled a maze, completely different from the outside

It was connected to the same corridor, and Choi Young took the direction without hesitation. The way he moves is reminiscent of when he would secretly attack in the dark which was the Red Crescent's specialty and even without a standard flag, finding direction was basic.

Private soldiers who blocked the path could not slow Choi Young down, some were dealt by him, while others who escaped were dealt with by Taiwan who was following.

Choi Young wanted no one to hinder their exit when he made his way out again, as he will have the Heavenly Doctor with him.

Choi Young stopped in front of the door, taking a deep breath, before he lifts the ghost sword slowly and then lowers it to feeling sorry, he has to use Gwigeom a famous sword, which is made of brass. If it had been made of iron would have been cut in two at once, but Choi Young hesitates.

He felt so sorry for her, thinking that they said they will protect you, but they proved how ineffectual that protection was.

The thought made him more determined to stand alone in front of those dirty worms, who had locked her up, after being dragged here by rough men, she must have spent the night terrified.

Shame and guilt flood his system, feeling at a loss as he feels out of breath due to the poor ventilation in the corridors.

Choi Young breathes thinking 'Please….' Opening his eyes, he lowers the raised sword to deliberately cut the lock with a single stroke, then he sheathes the sword in his scabbard.

He then pushes the doors open the door with both hands to see that the room was wide, dark and windowless. 

The light that is filling the corner of the room seems to be on a table next to a bed positioned against the wall, where a figure of a woman lies. 

He walks quietly to the bed in the corner of the room, where he stands noticing how she is awake and looking at the ceiling. 

Eun-soo was lying on the bed contemplating what to do as she looks at the ceiling, when suddenly she hears a sound and then she sees him standing at the end of the bed.

Thinking that she is seeing things, she closes her eyes as if she has been dazzled by a sudden light and then opens them slowly to still see Choi Young standing and apparently safe.

Choi Young took a couple of steps, as she sits on the edge of the bed watching as he walked a little closer, but at the same time keeping a distance, waiting for her to make a move to him.

Still not quite believing what she sees, she stands slowly, at a loss as to what to say, she breaks the uncomfortable silence that is between them with, "It is a little late."

To then smile brightly as she feels tears well up in her eyes, to then walk towards Choi Young closing the distance he says, "I survived."

She is not complaining, she stares up at him and he says, "I live." The statement makes her raise one hand to place it on his cheek to see if what she is experiencing is real.

Choi Young doesn't move at her unexpected touch, he does not avoid her closeness, while Eun-soo can feels the warmth from his cheek that lingers on her hand, which she then removes laughing up at him to say, "The fever went down, and he survived. I saved his life. But."

She moves even closer to Choi Young, to raise herself to her toes to in an attempt to look closely into his eyes, while he is looking down. The movement makes her scent that he remembers being inhaled deeply into his being, as she the whispers to him, "I am trapped now."

Choi Young suppresses a smile as he answers simply, "I know." Eun-soo goes on to explain, "I was brought here last night. I've been locked in my room until now…"

She stops what she is saying to then peak around Choi Young's shoulder, to look behind him to see if anyone was behind him.

He noticed that she seemed not to be injured or harmed in anyway, from the way she moves. He had fully intended to confirm with her that she was okay but had been distracted with how she seemed to continue looking into his eyes, which makes him anxious, so he goes to turn away.

But as he turns away breaking eye contact, seems to trigger her to grab at the hem of Choi Young's clothes to tug it a couple of times, which seems to make him turn.

The real reason he turns around is to suddenly cover her with his body, after noticing Taiwan being pushed backwards with the momentum of the Deokseong Buwongun Ki-Cheol, with Yangsa and Hwa soo-in flanking him as they came barging into the room.

They stand face to face divided by a gap with the enemy standing blocking the doorway they entered through. 

Both sides are standing opposite each other while Taiwan stands in between them to block them from approaching Choi Young, with his arms out as bobs side to side to minimise the possibility of them dodging past him, in his attempt to protect the two behind them.

However, Choi Young notices the coldness gathering in one of Ki-Cheol's hands, in preparation to get rid of the annoying Taiwan who blocks his way, to put his plan into action.

The moment Ki-Cheol takes a step forward, which makes Taiwan move towards him to throw himself to defend, when Choi Young suddenly moves Taiwan out of the way to move him to side. 

The hand knife struck in the wall taking Eun-soo and Taiwan by surprise as their attention is drawn by the sound of it embedding into the wood where Taiwan had been standing just moments before he is pushed to the side.

Ki-Cheol stands three steps in front of Choi Young, with a smile on his face as he says in an amused way, "Long time no see, Captain Woodalchi, Choi Young."

Choi Young did not bow his head, looking steadily at the trio. Ki-Cheol steps forward a little separating him from the two that flank him, looking at Choi Young trying to calculate with his eyes at the person that he protects behind him.

Ki-Cheol is trying to calculate the possibility of Choi Young being able to protect himself and Uiseon, wondering how he will counter a pre-emptive strike. 

Scenarios of what the pre-emptive strike is going to take makes him try to predict the other person's reaction, move by move.

Choi Young had fought the other two, that flank Ki-Cheol but he has no knowledge of Ki-Cheol's strength, making the outcomes of his prediction uncertain.

Other things he has to factor in is the safety of the Heavenly Woman and his Jinki had not be gathered together yet.

Choi Young feels Uiseon moving slightly behind Choi Young's back, which also draws Ki-Cheol's focus to her, which makes the man frown saying in a low intimidating voice, "and you."

Choi Young takes a half-step and to covers Uiseon from Ki-Cheol's sight again to say, "You should be more polite to this person His Majesty has given the title of Uiseon, after all it should be reported that you were nice to her."

Ki-Cheol's gaze falls on Choi Young again as he says, "The last time we met, you also insisted on courtesy. Did you not? Are you someone who values ​​propriety more than life?"

Choi Young eyes reflect his amusement at the hidden taunt the questions, "Is that possible? Just give an example and waste some time, while you make the progress."

Ki-Cheol then asks, "What do you need time for?" Choi Young answers like it is obvious, "I plan to run away with the person behind me." The statement makes Ki-Cheol laugh, "Ha!!! Ha!!! Ha!!!" While Choi Young mentally assesses the odds to count the possible paths of success. 

The only method that he can employ is to avoid a pointless fight, to survive, after all he had heard how Ki-Cheol wants him. So, the stronger he looks the higher the price will go for him. The value of Uiseon would also be raised further.

Ki-Cheol asks as if he is happy. "Are you going to run away from me and the children behind me? Them too? Are you planning on taking that woman with you?"

Choi Young asks cheerfully, "Why not?" Ki-Cheol is clearly enjoying this exchange, he fishes for information from Choi Young, "I guess you have hidden the Woodalchi soldiers on the roof of my house?"

Choi Young states simply, "No. I came personally, so His Highness does not know that I am here. You should already know that the Woodalchi army does not move without His Majesty's orders. I came here personally." Ki-Cheol asks, "Why?"

 Ki-Cheol received an unexpected shock, stands in silence, which infiltrates the room, his facial expression has taken on a comical look, while Taiwan who has been observing, stands with his mouth open in surprise, while Yansa looks a Hwa soo-in whose eyes sparkle, with a smile on her face.

The one who is more surprised than anyone else is Eun-soo who stands hidden behind Choi Young's back. Eyes widen in shock at his words as she thinks, "What?!"

Ki-Cheol finally coming out of his shock, searching for clarification, "What did you say just now?"

Choi Young conveys every word accurately to say clearly, "A woman I love is taken away by rough men and trapped in an unfamiliar place.

What kind of man would I be to let that happen to her? So, I came running to make sure that she does not get hurt. Can you not let me take her?"

Ki-Cheol narrows his eyes even further and looks at Choi Young, whose eyes are still looking at Ki-Cheol with an unfathomable expression, that makes it impossible to guess his inner thoughts. 

Choi Young's gaze is steady as he continues to look at Ki-Cheol who has his mouth open to say Hwa soo-in, the one who can create fire, smiles and answers. "Yes."

Ki- Cheol then asks, "Today is the second time that you aimed at Izawa. How was it?" The response is, "I was not using my best. So, I do not know yet the depth of this person's martial arts skills..."

In so saying this she slowly approaches the Choi Young, "I suspect he did not give it his all also and I did not feel like it was enough to hold a test."

The Queen looks at him suspiciously, "That's not a good idea." Jang Bin answers, "Are you going to tell Ki-Cheol to hand over Captain Woodalchi and Uiseon?"

The Queen answers, ""I never asked you to criticize my thoughts. I am the Queen of this country and the princess of Yuan. I have never asked for anything, is it not possible? I know that person even went to see them to asked them."

The Queens attention is caught by her words and asks Lady Choi, "Choi Young, have you known him since he was young?"

Lady Choi answers, "With that guy, we become aunt and nephew. That's why I got him. "I know it well... A person called my aunt is a member of the same council, and a person called a colleague is the one who puts it all out there. ""Let's sit down and wait for the solution?"

Jang Bin comforts her, "Sometimes it's best to wait." The Queen is frustrated with their clear intent to stop her from going to intervene says, "Wait. You two, keep waiting."

They both say in unison, "Mama." The Queen then says, "I do not know how to do that."

The Queen moves towards the door as if she dares to hold that body of hers back as she is determined no one to stop her, so she angrily stands aside.

Choi Sang-gung had no choice but follow closely behind, while Jang Bin, walks in step to question in her ear, "When you brought Choi Young to the Queen Mama from here to the garden. What happened between the Queen and him?"

Lady Choi answers, "Choi Young, that guy doesn't do anything to shake Mama's heart." Jang Bin does not immediately understand the meaning and asks again, "By the way, what do you mean?" Only then did Jang Bin realize what she meant and looked at Choi Sang-gung again to ask, "Is that true?"

Lady Choi starts to laugh as she says, "You guessed wrong." He asks looking at the Queens back at a brisk walk, "Are you sure?"

Lady Choi then says, "You do not have to think twice. It will not happen. You heard how I know the captain well."

Palace Lady Choi glanced at Jang Bin, then called out Hana and to Eun Eun, to hurriedly stop to give them instructions, before she loses sight of the Queen, who is still making her way at a brisk pace.

The Queen then suddenly turns around, looks at the Court Lady Choi, before she approaches the Court Lady at the same speed, she has been walking to suddenly stop in front of the Lady Choi.

The Queen the challenges he Court Lady, "Do you think of me as your Queen? "Lady Choi Sang-gung is taken by surprise at the Queens approach and quickly bows her head to answer, "How dare I think differently."

The Queen then commands, "Then listen carefully to the Queen's orders. Now I will run the palace. Afterwards, I plan to go to Ki-Cheol's house in person and whether there maybe no need for you to be informed. Did you hear?"

How could even the Supreme Court disobey the Queen's solemn command? Because there was no way, the King heard a report about the Queen's movements and may be a long time before he heard.

However, Deokseong Buwongun Ki-Cheol had planted his spys inside the palace and she knows their communication network was excellent, so the Queen passed through Geumyo Gate, located on the northwest side of the palace, and then exited the palace through Yeongpyeong Gate.

By then, the news had already reached Ki-Cheol's house, making him annoyed that the Queen was leaving the palace for that new toy she has been obsessed for a while called Choi Young. 

Ki-Cheol asked angrily, "Did the Lord Sang send you?" His younger brother, Gi-won, quickly answered, "Well… His Majesty the Lord is coming secretly. Think of the favour he will give you to overlook this transgression. It looks like you will be able to ask for the captain as well."

Ki-Cheol then says, "You are so reckless. No matter what, she is the princess of Won. What should I do? I can't be rude to anyone because of my wealth, and if I were asked, I would probably refuse it."

Gi-won says, "It's disgusting..." Ki-Cheol then says, "So we have to deal with it before the request is made." Gi-won then probes says, "Are you going to handle it?"

Ki-Cheol becomes even more irritated by his younger brother's harsh reaction, "Anyway, was she not the one who was supposed to live to set once she set foot on Goryeo land?"

Gi-won then says, "Yes." Ki-Cheol than asks, "Was it that child's doing?" Gi-won questions fiercely again, "The kid who was with Choi Young?"

He suddenly stops talking when he sees his brother's expression on the verge of explosion as Ki-Cheol then says, "I told you to lead me to the pavilion. I was with a woman named Uiseon. He told me to guide him along because he would not budge unless I told him to." 

Gi-won then say, "I thought wrong." Ki-Cheol arches an eyebrow as he asks, "Yes?" Gi-won explains, "What that child wants is neither wealth nor a position. The things that he wants, are different to what I would normally use to attract. I was so mistaken in thinking that they would be thing to entice that child to our side."

Gi-won asks "uh? Ah…yes…." not really understand the origin, but I will try to give the answer anyway, "Brother?"

Ki-Cheol is unable to stand still and is pacing around, "What should I do? How can I make him completely mine?"

Gi-won then says, "You said you thought so badly of the house, so I took that woman hostage. Can I not do that?"

Ki-Cheol says in contemplation, "It seems like the girl is the Key? second one. The Kings servant came running to save the woman." Gi-won say, "Yes?""

Ki-Cheol says, "I want that child to be mine. The longer I remain here, that child will no longer be mine."

Gi-won says, "Yeah..." Ki-Cheol that demands, "What are you doing? I'm telling you to go and deal with the Princess of Won."

Even after Ki-won ran away, pounding his feet noisily, while Ki-Cheol stayed to pace the room talking to himself, "What should I do? Should I comfort him? Should I come up? Should I corner him? It's okay now. Everything is okay now because I plan to have this person is going to be his by my side." Standing in front of Choi Young, the affection is greater than that of most neighbourhood parks.

As Eun-soo walked on the path that it was obvious that Choi Young had fought his way to get to her. She forced her shaking legs to keep moving at the blood stains that spread here and there on the path, that leave a trail of as they continue. 

Eun-soo recognises the smell of blood that fills the air, which is similar to that when a scalpel cuts the body in the operating room, the smell of it is instantaneous.

It means the smell of fresh blood, is the result of the men the man walking next to her had fought were innumerable.

The evidence of the amount of blood in certain spots covers the entire area could only mean that this person effectively made his way to her. Choi Young walks slowly, matching Eun-soo's steps is unaware of her train of thought.

A man named Yangsa, who was guarding her, looked annoyed a few times at Choi Young who ignores him, focusing only on Eun-soo.

On the other side of Choi Young, a kid called Taiwan walks next to him, as he experiences a brief moment of dizziness that passes as quickly as it came.

Eun-soo glances at Choi Young looking him up and down to see if he can see any visible injuries and not so visible traces that the outer coat may hide.

She breathes a sigh of relief after not detecting any thinking 'It is good that everything is looking fine.'

A gust of wind blows past, carrying with it the smell of blood which was not from the ground but from the person walking right next to her. 

The smell makes her resist the urge to grab that guy by the collar to shake him and demand, 'What on earth have you done?' 

She cannot believe the number of people it takes to die to make the strong smell of blood to saturate everywhere they walk, and they were outside. I

t makes her wonder How on earth did that person do that and survive, without any obvious injuries?

How the hell did he get himself covered in blood like that? How the hell does it not bother him? They have reached the bridge that crosses the lake and Eun-soo stops at the steps that climb the sides, which makes Choi Young also stop walking as he has been mirroring Eun-soo's steps.

To then watch as she climbs the three stairs safely, before he looks behind him, accessing his ability to continue walking, he then proceeds to then also climb the steps. 

It seems his condition seems to be okay, and he seems to be safe for now. He glances to the person next to him making wonder what he needs to do to keep this person safe. 

Choi Young has vowed to protect her no matter what and wonders what this person would do if she knew that because of her he had to shed not only his own blook, but the blood of others. He will do anything even if it means turning the world upside down just to protect her.

Choi Young notices that before they knew it, they were on top of the pavilion where Hwa su-in had started the fight with Choi Young and he thinks, 'Damn it.'

He notices a fancy drinking table was set up and Hwa Soo-in was sitting on the other side of the table, laughing out loud as she watches Choi Young enter accompanying Eun-soo.

On the railing in a corner of the pavilion hangs a painting from Cheon Eum-ja, she indicates for them to sit down. Choi Young scans the area and notices that Ki-Cheol is nowhere to be seen.

Choi Young glances at the two that accompany him, and he knew that he could not anything. Hwa Soo-in points again to the chair on the opposite side of the table that she sits at.

Choi Young assists Eun-soo sit down first, who had been shaking the whole time while she walked.

Uiseon while coming here had been uneasy as they had made their way to the pavilion, the sight of blood on the ground as they walk, she examined the traces as they passed them.

Noticing when the colour of the face gradually, paled as it hardened, making her afraid, even though she tried not to show it. 

Choi Young also noticed how she tries to hide her fear, which reminds him of his short visit to the sky world. 

The sky people also did not carry weapons that could harm people and even their soldiers who had rushed to catch him had used a blunt short club as their weapon, rather than sharp weapons like swords, spears, arrows and knives.

It makes him wonder if the swinging of swords and the spraying of blood was probably foreign concept to a person who lived in such a world, as it was foreign concept to him to live in a world without it.

The sight that they walked through of blood all over the ground must be a shock to this person who lived in such a world.

Ki-Cheol entered the pavilion with a smile on his face, Choi Young bunches the outer robe that he wears in his hands while they rest on his crossed legs.

It makes him wonder, 'How will can I avoid a situation, where it results in the shedding of anymore blood, in front of the person next to me?' 

Ki-Cheol sits down across from Uiseon and looks at Choi Young saying, "Sit down." Choi Young hesitates for a moment, preferring to stand as the view is better than sitting.

The range of his counterattack is wide, but there is nothing he can do about it, so decides to sit next to Eun-soo.

Ki-Cheol seems satisfied, as he smiles and re-directs his gaze to looks at Eun-soo for a prolonged amount of time. To the break the silence with, "You, the one who came from Heaven."

Eun-soo looks at him frowning at the way he talks to her which makes her already bad mood worse making her wonder, 'What should I do? Should I suddenly be pleased? Well guess what? I do not like that!' to then answer Ki- Cheol belligerently, "What?! ….. Why?!"

Ki-Cheol poured the drink into a glass and pushed it in front of Eun-soo who recognises the smell of alcohol. 

She then picks it up the glass to look into it before glancing at the unpleasant man across from her in suspicion.

Eun-soo drawn to the strong smell of the alcohol has her drooling without realising it. She directs her gaze to the inside of glass to see what it holds again, swirling it to identify what it seemed like it is some type of fruit wine. 

Eun-soo's throat was burning in anticipation of drinking what the glass contains and goes to bring it to her mouth, when suddenly it is taken from her hand, which makes her follow the cups to see Choi Young who says, "I will go first." To then drink its contents in one gulp. 

The woman in red who sits across from him laughs out loud in delight as she watches the man finish the alcohol without pause in one go.

Eun-soo displeasure is clearly written on her face as she glares at the woman in red, wondering, 'Why is she smiling?'

She fists the clothes Ki-Cheol's had provided in her hands and looks at Choi Young with a displeased expression to ask, "What do you think?" His answer is, "It doesn't seem to contain any poison."

Eun-soo's eyes widen in surprise as his answer is like a cold bucket of water being thrown in her face as her question was more about what he thought about the taste of the alcohol and not about whether it contained poison or not.

She looks at Choi Young with the surprised expression to ask, "Did you drink it first to see if it was poisonous?"

Choi Young answers bluntly, "Yes." The response makes her exclaim, "Are you crazy?!! What if there was poison?"

Only then does Choi Young look back at Eun-soo, "You are Uiseon, right? You would be able to treat it."

Eun-soo looks around with a puzzled expression at the other faces that are watching their interaction with rapt attention wondering out loud, "This is a joke, right?"

Yangsa that was standing behind Ki-Cheol steps forward to intervene to confront her, "Is it not true that you were the first to pull the prank?" Eun-soo is confused with his input and asks, "What?"

Yangsa bombards her with, "So you came from the Sky? Re-attached the severed neck? And brough the dead back to life? No one here who can match your bullshit. The time is now to tell the truth. Who or what on earth are you?"

Choi Young picked up the drinking glass that had been put down, planning on covering Yangsa's mouth with it, but Eun-soo speaks first, her frustration and anger clearly reflected in her voice, "You guys are so damn good."

The way she delivers the words that left her mouth silenced both men more effectively than a glass of wine.

Eun-soo continues with, "I can swear a bit too, so will we continue this conversation by swearing at each other.

I do not think so. I think that if you could please be a little more polite than I think that a lot more will be achieved.

After all I heard that there is a patient in this house that you wanted me to treat. Bring me the patient or take me to the patient." 

Eun-soo nudges Choi Young who was sitting next to her with her elbow, which causes him to flinch. 

She then leans towards Choi Young to minimise the distance to whisper so that everyone else cannot hear to say,

"Mr Ki in front of me made a bet with the King that if I properly treat the patient in this house, it will prove that I was from Heaven. That is why the King allowed him to bring me here. Did you hear about this?"

Eun-soo is staring at Choi Young, as she tells him to watch his reaction. Choi Young feeling her expectant gaze is compelled to answer, "I did not hear about it."

Eun-soo nods her head saying in acknowledgement, "I knew that. It was all nonsense what Lady Choi said?"

She then direct what she said next to Ki-Cheol, to demands, "Hey! You had them drag me here to then lock me in that room all night!! You locked the door, so that I could not leave!!! If you have such an urgent patient, take me to the patient first!! That is the reason why you were locked up, right?!!"

A sudden though occurs to her as she then demands Ki-Cheol, "Unless it is a lie!! To bring me here saying that there is a patient, when there is no patient!!!!! You not only locked me up, you also did not give me any food or drink!! Not even a meal was served…. Maybe it is good you did not provide me with food if you are capable of putting poison in it!! Maybe I should feel more grateful …. Should I not!!! Really!!!"

Hwa soo-in was the one who interrupted as she said to Choi Young who seemed to be at a loss at the words that left Eun-soo's mouth, "I guess you did not hear that."

Hwa soo-in stood up and gently walked around the table and approached Eun-soo, which triggers Choi Young to lift one of his arms to wrap it around the back of Eun-soo's chair to ask, "What happens if the treatment fails? What if she fails?

Hwa soo-in answers, "If you kill the patient, you will be executed as a senseless monster." Eun-soo says with determination, "I will do it."

Hwa soo-in makes the motion of slitting her throat in front of Eun-soo, to threaten "I am so bloodthirsty, that is why I cannot wait to put that pretty head outside the three doors, where it will hang for all the people to see it."

Eun-soo looks at it the woman in red and laugh ironically saying, "I do not find this situation fun nor funny, where there is this type of person who has no idea what the world on earth is like."

Choi Young puts his hand on Eun-soo's shoulder to say low, "Please stay still." However, Eun-soo ignores his words to shake Choi Young's arm away, getting visibly angry. "How do I sit still now? Let us stop talking to these people." 

Eun-soo tries to stand up, to leave and is stopped when Choi Young presses her down on her shoulder again, to make her sit down, but this does not stop the words come out of his mouth.

"Look let us just go. Do not fight, with these people. If we fight, them it will make us the same type of people. I do not want to fight anymore; I just want us to leave. I am so sick of staying at this guy's house, where there seems to be eyes in every corner of this guy's house. I do not want to stay any longer...."

Choi Young whose attention has been on Ki-Cheol all this time is aware that Eun-soo is about to leave so he directs what he says in a low voice, "Just wait...

Ki-Cheol is anxiously looking at the Uiseon, he had been concerned at first with Choi Young. But before he knew it his attention had been captured by Eun-soo with how she expressed herself and redirects his attention back to Choi Young at his intervention.

Choi Young's serious eyes look at him as asks Ki-Cheol, "Are you bringing Uiseon here because there is a patient here?"

At those words, Eun-soo also looks at Ki-Cheol, waiting in anticipation of his answer. Ki-Cheol notices how she looks at him full attention and he answers, "I told the King that there is a patient?"

Eun-soo then asks, "Where is the patient?" Ki-Cheol says with a gleam in his eyes, "There is a patient... It is someone who suddenly came to my mind because you came from Heaven. The patient is not exactly here, he lives far away from here in Guman."

Choi Young has a bad feeling about this patient and asks, "Who is it?" Ki-Cheol looks at him with those calculating eyes to observe his reaction when he states with meaning, "The person you have served as your lord for the past three years."

Choi Young's eyes looks at that calculating gaze as the meaning of those words the conniving man utters makes his heart sink to be further weighted with the continuing explanation, "Gyeongchang, who is in exile on Ganghwa Island, is seriously ill. If you are truly the one who came from heaven, you can heal him." 

Eun-soo not understanding the situation that the unpleasant man is framing for them answers with, "I guess. Can you let Choi Young take me? If you say it is in Jeongin, I cannot go on such a long journey without him."

Ki-Cheol is hiding the fact that the picture he is painting is going as planned when he asks, "What happens if I refuse?"

Eun-soo answers in a diplomatic way, "It is not righteousness that refuses to treat a sick person. It is not useless at all."

Ki-Cheol provokes her with, "Would the world not benefit only when useless beings disappear from it." Eun-soo was about to say something when Choi Young pressed her shoulder trying to stay quiet.

Ki-Cheol then say to Choi Young, "A person holding the position of Woodalchi cannot leaves Gaegyeong without the permission of the chief minister.

Choi Young says simply, "That will not happen as I will obtain the chief minister's permission on your behalf. There is nothing to worry about.

Ki-Cheol says, "You will?" Choi Young answers, "Yes." Ki-Cheol says, "Maybe he will not have enough time to even worry about you." 

Choi Young can't speak for a moment, feeling the anxiety that had been pounding in my heart rapidly increased.

The road grows and grows bigger when he answers, "Nari of Deokseong Buwongun, I am listening. May I ask what you are planning to do now?"

Ki-Cheol smiles cheerfully, "A pair of birds in one fight, shall we kill two eagles with one arrow?"But if you do well, you will win three times in one game, if he sets it up right, he can catch three in a single sweep.
