1 Chapter 01

I was sitting on a bench in the park reading my favorite book, "Recipes." It said. It's been 9 months now since I was left alone and starting to learn things by myself. "Tuna pasta!" I screamed as I was biting my nails. I saw people turning their heads on me and I didn't mind what they were thinking. I started putting my attention to a nearby swing with a cranky sound. It's annoying but it lured me. I sat on it. Wandered.

It was a rainy afternoon back then. We were fighting. We were arguinh about whether should we dine in or take home a meal. I was crying, and begging for us to take home a meal. He said otherwise. "I wanted to catch my favorite series!" I yelled. "We could've ordered for a delivery?" He calmly answered. "But I want to walk and hold hands with you!" I was crying. He was a reasonable person while I was like, more of a romantic, cheesy person and he couldn't get it. I refused going home stayed at the rain instead and sat down childishly in the swing. "There you are again, being childish. Let's go home or you'll get sick." He screamed. I was not answering. Not so long. He threw the umbrella away and started walking towards me. "Let's go home babe, I hate it when you get sick." I cringed and smiled.

"No." I started walking. Put on my headset and turned the volume high. It was my favorite song.

I decided to walk instead of riding a cab. I went by a convenience store and bought my favorite chocolate bar and started heading home.

While walking, I saw butterflies flying around a sunflower. There were three butterflies. I was amazed on how beautiful they are. I was stunned for a minute. Suddenly, I heard a familiar song, a love song. That I refused to recognize and continued walking instead.

"I'm home." Empty, dark space. I headed to the bedroom right away. Took off my clothes. Got into the bathroom. Wore my pajamas.

Closed my eyes but was not sleepy at all.

I turned my body in to the left side of the bed where I can see the window. The orange skies. I survived another day.
