Chapter 24: Fairy Tail Zero (12)

Chapter 24: Fairy Tail Zero (12)

~Third POV~

Returning with the group of Mavis and Rou sighing in relief hearing from Precht that Yuri didn't fuck up much to the protest of the background their eyes now wander towards Geoffery with glares shown.

Geoffery sweat bullets seeing the glares as he gritted his teeth pushing his hand forward trying to use his magic, "Damn it! I will crush this cage and kill you both!!!"

*Wooosh*

Pushing his hand forward Geoffery tried to use his Telekinesis Spell to choke them out or lift the cage he was in…

Silence…

For the next few seconds Geoffery sweats pushing his hand forward trying to use multiple spells or his Dispel Spell canceling what was holding him.

Nothing happened.

Trying more and more he shakes up feeling powerless landing on his butt on the ground, "How, how… how did you block my m-magic…"

At this Rou grins ferally at the frightened Blue Skull Guild Master causing him to move back of his cage, "How indeed? It might be due to the fact that my runes and enchants are doing their work."

His eyes dilate as it widens with a fish out of water as Rou touches the ground as he used his Alchemy.

*Zzzz*

Using his Lance Transmutation to create a lance Geoffery tries to plead for his life seeing where this was going to the two, "Wait…! No! You can't do this?! You already defeated and captured me!! If you want my Magic Spells, I'll talk! Just let me live…!"

Hearing the offer Mavis remained silent as Rou was interested with false smile on his face interested, "Oh? In that case come here and say what spells?"

Just as Geoffery does so he comes close –

*Woosh*

Quickly dragging his hand over his head Rou glares at the man as he used his Archive Magic to forcibly download any spells, he had with Geoffery's eyes widen as Warrod comes around.

Seeing Geoffery in a cage Warrod asks Mavis in a curious tone uncaring about Geoffery treatment, "So… what exactly is the kid doing?"

At this Mavis replies to Warrod what Rou's going to do next as he takes the spells from Geoffery in a neutral tone, "His taking everything he can from their leader. And after that he intends to only kill him. He alone for killing off our people and his family. He was the one that responsible ordering the massacre. It's the only closure for him to move on… Do you think we're in the wrong here doing something like this? Please be honest…"

Warrod crosses his arms gazing at Rou's actions in an uncaring tone as he replies honestly what he thought, "Honestly? I think it depends on you guys. Your people were killed by them and yet you both only want the leader death and not the grunts. That alone says you aren't like them and never will be just by harming everyone connected to them... Although Rou might do just that ending them all. But with you by his side he won't go down that path."

Mavis remains quiet as Rou took the Telekinesis and Dispel Spell from him pushing him to the ground with Rou replying to him, "Thanks for the Magic… but I'm afraid that this is as far as you go… You will die here and now. You killed my parents, and the Elder… the only real people that get me till you burned everything that day 7 years ago…"

Shaking as tears fall out from his eyes as Geoffery backs away as Rou wipes the tear off his face with a cold glare at him, "Like you said last time… I should've aim for the head."

"No wait –"

*WOOSH*

*PSSSSH*

The lance was thrown as it pierced through the head ending Geoffery immediately with Rou quietly mumbling to himself trying to find relief, "Mom… dad… Elder… and everyone… you all have been avenged and please look after us from beyond…"

Taking the moment to close his eyes in silence as Mavis comes close gently placing her arm around him ensuring he won't be alone as she spoke, "No worries. Your family, and the elder… they are all in your heart. They won't ever go away like the fairies in my heart won't. You won't ever be alone not while I have anything to do about it…"

Listening to her words Rou froze a bit before opening his eyes as he thanked Mavis, "Thanks… you really are the greatest person I met in my life…"

Mavis merely smiled happily knowing her place in Rou's heart the person she was under his spell along with Rou falling under her spell.

For once in a long while the sounds of the screaming for Rou's head lessened greatly as it became white noises around Mavis feeling relief of his weight and guilt wash over.

Warrod seeing this tear up thinking to himself at this heartful moment scene his seeing, 'Sniff… sniff… this is really the definition of love showing! Don't cry Warrod you are manly enough to handle this…!'

Like that the day was soon ending with the adventures of two Fairies leaving their home only for a new adventure to begin….

"You want to form a Wizard Guild?!"

In the next day after everyone reunited together Mavis suggested the idea of forming a Wizard Guild with Rou next to her as Yuri explaining to Mavis confused, "But… we're treasure hunters… and although it's true that we've learned a little bit of magic… weren't we going off on a quest to find fairies?"

At this Rou sighs recalling what they did to the Tenrou Jade as he places his hand over his forehead, "Sigh… but remember Yuri in the end the bet was off because of how much evil energy it had. It was her call to destroy the damn thing as it was our treasure but also thanks for taking her."

Rou smiled at that with Mavis agreeing as she smiled thinking of a different partner to search around to find fairies, "Right. It was our call what to do with the Tenrou Jade and it was best to destroy it before it could harm anyone else. And besides the point is we need a home to come back afterwards of our adventures… and maybe someone else more willing…"

Mavis blushed a bit away as did Rou with Yuri seeing this but smirks at the two giving them a thumbs up of approval, "My man! So… when's the wedding –Ack!"

*BAM*

Suddenly got gut punched by Precht replying to Yuri as the two blushes harder, "Just shut up Yuri."

Rou agreeing with Mavis following her momentum talks as well with a smile on his face, "Yup! And if were forming a guild… then it has to be in this town!!"

Warrod for his part looked confused as Mavis opens the window of their choice, "Here? Not Tenrou Island?"

Mavis replied to his question the reason why they choose Magnolia in a respectful tone, "Well… I had thought of that, but… this town has suffered under Blue Skull for a very long time. And it's nice for them to be freed from their domination…"

Nodding his head at this Rou sighs also addressing another problem that their Guild can help with the town, "Sigh… and because they were freed from them it also led to their economy falling into chaos. After all, despite being a Dark Guild they had a place in society here to make it work."

Precht understanding what the two were saying nods as he replies in a serious tone, "I see. Perhaps they were tyrants, but they also provided at least a rudimentary economic system in town."

Warrod looks up in wonder realizing the problem as well as he places his hand on his chin thinking about the problem out loud, "And sure, they were bad guys, but without the backing of a guild, then the town would decay… hmm…"

Mavis nods in agreement as she voices out that despite getting rid of Blue Skull a Guild is needed still, "Unfortunately, a guild has a huge influence on towns and their surrounding region these days. I wanted to save this town but saving this town doesn't mean releasing them from the grip of Blue Skull. It also means saving the people who live there. We have to plan in conjunction with them… walk beside them… and try to build a flourishing town. I think if we're all together… we can make that a reality!!"

Warrod and Precht were shocked hearing the words out of Mavis mouth as Rou chimes in as he looks at the ceiling about their old home, "Yup! We can even use Tenrou Island as our guild's sacred ground for future members to view one day. Now that's something the folks above would love to see."

Agreeing with his words Mavis smiles seeing the positive change in Rou as she voices her words waiting for a response from her friends, "So… maybe we could all… do this together? How about it you 3 game for a new adventure?"

Listening to their words the 3 treasure hunters couldn't help but smile at this giving their response to them.

"Sounds like fun!"

"A Wizard's Guild huh?"

"I have a name for it! The Precht Brothers!"

"Don't tell jokes with a straight face!"

"No… this time, I was serious…"

Mavis hearing this simply decided to call her fated Guild in the future replying to them with a innocent smile on her face, "The Guild's name… will be Fairy Tail."

At this the 3 treasure hunters were confused as they pointed to each other of how they could be described as fairies?

"Fairy Tale?"

"What kind of fancy name is that?!"

"Hey! In what way do the 3 of us resembles fairies!"

At this Mavis begins to quote a famous line that Rou knows of his past life as she says to their group, "The question, do fairies have tails or not? Or even the more basic one: Do fairies exist…? It's an eternal mystery, and an eternal adventure. That was how I came up with the name. Fairy Tail."

Like that this was the start of how the beginning of Fairy Tail began…

After that the founding members of Fairy Tail submitted the official application for a new guild to the council.

And joined by the community of the neighboring guilds, as well as a league of regional guilds.

But the most important part was gaining the approval of the town which was easier done thanks to Rou rescuing the Elder in those few weeks back from when Blue Skull was around already more than determined that Magnolia needed them and will be doing their best to protect them.

Because working as friends and walking hand in hand with the townspeople was vital.

Later in life Yuri, Warrod, and Precht officially resigned as members of Sylph Labyrinth so they could be free to form Fairy Tail with Mavis and Rou.

And as the days and months passed…

Standing in the middle of Magnolia Warrod took in the view feeling the brush of wind at his face as Yuri tries to get his attention, "Warrod, get a move on! It's over here! You are spacing, out again."

Precht stands by and smiles seeing the work done to their Guild building, "Just look! It's complete!"

Warrod took the moment to look on their guild as he blushes a bit happily responding to his allies, "Ohh!! Look at that… that's our guild…"

All three of them view the first Fairy Tail building after putting work in building it…

Fairy Tail's first headquarters resided in an imposing building consisting of three floors and incorporating several architectonic styles: it took on a shape reminiscent of a pagoda, with each floor being smaller than the one below it and sitting on the latter's roof.

The roofs also bore great resemblance to those of real pagoda, consisting of extremely long, arched tiles lined up one after the other and possessing simple curved protrusions jutting upwards on the building's angles. On the highest roof, topping the summit of the building, sat a simple, round and pointed dome, highly reminiscent of those seen on Arabian buildings, which bore a flag on its point.

The roof below the one with the dome, the middle one, housed a large banner with Fairy Tail's symbol on it, held up by a pair of vertical poles. The building's large entrance was again Arabian in design, with its shape being reminiscent of that of the dome on the summit, and above it was the guild's name, topped by a protruding, stylized heart shape and flanked by a pair of carved fairies.

Stylized heart shapes were also visible on the frames of the numerous, large pentagonal windows located on each floor, with the top floor housing smaller, arched windows partially covered by banners.

Mavis and Rou both come towards the group as she began to talk to her friends, "Let's commemorate this! It's the birth of Fairy Tail!"

That was when Rou closes his eyes as he smirks talking to Mavis being the first Master of Fairy Tail officially, "Alright the Master, would you like to say a few words?"

Mavis gets caught surprised being called Master as she mumbles surprised, "What? Master…?"

Warrod with his arms cross agrees as he points out to Mavis it was her idea, "Well, this was your idea, Mavis."

Precht nods his head in agreement as Mavis would fit more of a fairy, "And the 'Fairy' image doesn't suit any of us."

Her cheeks gets a bit red embarrassed as she coughs into her fist beginning with a speech to commemorate her being the first Master, "Very well… Ahem! I want this guild to be like a family, one that honors peace above all else. We'll be friends and comrades, but in just labels alone! Friends means heart! To trust each other unconditionally! And I'd like you all to rely on me… the same way I, too, may one day come to rely on you."

All of them took the chance to view the wind rushing past them as Mavis thinks to herself the guild she wants to make, 'I can see a future where lots of people gather at this guild. Eternal adventures but with a place to come home to. That's the kind of guild I want Fairy Tail to be…'

Feeling great and raised her fist up high Mavis gets a head start of their new adventure with Rou, Warrod, and Yuri following behind as Precht stands as guard for their guild, "Now let's go off on an adventure!"

"Yeah!!"

Like that the beginning of Fairy Tail has begun, with a new chapter of their lives merely beginning with fate changed for all as the future untold adventures yet to be heard…

And yet this short-lived peace won't last long as the call to arms of a War is on the horizon…

In the far distance away of the view a God was viewing the actions happening of Rou's interaction of the past to the future changing as the God of Time Chronos mumbles seeing the changes, "Hmm… this mortal shouldn't exist and yet… fate doesn't bind to him of this world? How intriguing? The Goddess Klotho isn't going to like him one bit."

Viewing the timeline of the future seeing the dark skies of a once bright future dark with dragons plaguing the land Chronos glares at the Black Dragon Acnologia, "I hate lizards… too prideful for their own good. Just this once… I'll ignore the changes if it's to spite that overgrown gecko for killing a future God Slayer of mine."

Chronos views his future Time God Slayer dying trusted enough with his soul to perform God Oversoul died by the dragons, hands seeing the future changes ever so lightly.
