Ghoul Spirit's Destruction

*30 Minutes Later*

The night then quickly withdrew just like someone opening the curtains in a room let the sun inside, the sun shone all its glory on the village.

But, the scene inside the village isn't so pure and sunny, it's full of blood and separated body parts, especially the ones that met the ghost ripper puppets their bodies were practically divided into many small pieces.

A close relative or friend might not even be able to tell that this person is a close one in their relationship.

John landed directly in the center of the village where all the villagers are caged, at this moment all the villagers fainted from fright due to the earlier scene, and the only one awake is the man inside the luxurious cage in the very middle.

The man stood up with great difficulty when he saw John as he coughed. "Thank you for saving the village, Sir Hades."

He was a bit awkward at the last part as he didn't know how to address John, John walked to him and laughed.

"You can just call me John, I'm good friends with your young master, Ishikki."

"Ah! Mr. John? The one that opened the 'Midnight Square' in the town? I always go to your restaurant to eat, the food there is so delicious." The man asked in surprise, as he told John about his favorite food on the menu.

"Stop, stop. Let's get all the villagers out of these cages first, I have some business with your young master, let's talk there by then." John quickly stopped the man as he destroyed the cage and freed him.

Then with swift movements, they quickly freed all the villagers trapped inside the cages, the villagers are still unconscious inside the cage, but they should wake up a short while before the afternoon.

"Okay, let's leave this place, no one will attack the villagers as I already scared all the nearby monsters." John said as he jumped on Dragapult.

"Come up."

The man nervously climbed up Dragapult, and when John saw that he has settled firmly on Dragapult's back, he had Dragapult fly quickly to Shirotsume Town.

"Wait, don't fly so fast. AHHHHHH!"

Along with the man's screams, he and John quickly arrived at Shirotsume Town and landed in front of the entrance of the town.

"Okay, you can go back to your home now, I still have matters to discuss with your young master." After saying that John pushed the man off Dragapult and then rode it to the Fuji clan's manor.

"Buah!" The man crawled to the side as he vomited whatever food he ate today.

The sound of Dragapult flying through the air already attracted the attention of the people inside the manor, a young teen stepped on a large eagle and let it fly out to meet John.

He laughed loudly when he saw John on Dragapults body as he quickly closed in. "John! It's been a long time, why did you think of visiting, my friend?"

"It's been a long time, Ishikki, let's talk inside your study." John smiled as he pointed to the mansion inside the manor.

Ishikki nodded as they both landed on the ground and headed for Ishikki's study while the people that gather slowly scattered again to do their respective jobs.

Inside Ishikki's study, a maid poured them hot chocolate since it's getting on the colder days of the year, they sat at a table between them as they drank the chocolate.

"So, why did you visit me this time, John?" Ishikki asked after setting down his cup.

"I'll go straight to the point Ishikki, do you know the dark guild Ghoul Spirit?" John answered the question with another question.

"Ghoul Spirit!" Ishikki shouted with anger in his voice. "Why would you ask about that guild?"

"Do you have any grudges against them?" John asked when he heard the anger in Ishikki's voice.

"The Ghoul Spirit guild has been harassing the villages around our town and kept kidnapping villagers for necromancy." He answered with deep anger over the actions of the Ghoul Spirit.

"You still didn't answer my question, why are you asking about that guild?"

"I picked the task to exterminate the guild, do you have any information about the location of that guild?"

"Extermination? Are you already that strong that you can take the task of guild extermination?" Ishikki asked in surprise.

"Yes, so do you have any information regarding Ghoul Spirit's exact Location?" John nodded at Ishikki's question.

"You made it just in time, we already pinned the area in which Ghoul Spirit has the highest chance that their base is."

"Do you want to join us in attacking Ghoul Spirit?"

"Sure."

"Then you can stay inside the house first, while we plan the course of action against them."

And just like that John spent three days inside the Fuji clan's manor. Today a maid knocked on John's room, and he quickly went out where she invited him to the meeting hall.

There was already a group of people over there when John arrived, he once again sat in one of the corners just like he did two years ago.

And just like before, the family head of the Fuji clan went up to the stadium and started to talk about the plan to attack the Ghoul Spirit guild.

After he was done explaining he led everyone to the same flying ship they used last time to attack the purgatory guild, before setting off John had a servant distribute a token carved with a red moon.

When one wears this token on their bodies, they will be able to see normally in the midnight masquerade's night domain, it only lasts for a day though.

After all, if the token is permanent, then the others can use it to counter his magic when fighting him in the future, it will be a must-have item for someone to fight him in the future.

Equipment aside, it didn't take long for them to arrive outside a big gloomy forest full of black trees with sparse back leaves and an eerie vibe radiating from the forest.

The flying ship landed a kilometer away from the forest as the mages that were responsible for attacking Ghoul Spirit alighted from the ship.

After arriving in front of the forest, John released the raven puppets and plunged the whole forest into darkness.

"The token given to you by the servant can help you inside the darkness, now go inside and exterminate the Ghoul Spirit guild."

A tall mage was about to complain when he was stopped by a female mage next to him, he looked at her in confusion as he asked.

"Why did you stop me?"

"Didn't you see that the domain that kid brought out? Don't mess with him, he's the famous Hades of Fairy Tail."

"Hades? But, he's just a kid!"

And many such discussions spread along with the mages that came this time, but John didn't care as he summoned his puppets and went along to exterminate the guild.

The other mages also followed in when they saw John entering, then a massacre ensued inside the dark forest.

With the screams of the weak members of the dark guild being ambushed by the hired mages, meanwhile, an intense clash happened between the guild leader and John.

Which ended in John winning by crushing that man with his numbers, the guild leader didn't have that much offensive capability as he put all his focus into refining corpses.

Thus, in just one day the whole dark guild, Ghoul Spirit, was destroyed by John and a few hundred or so hired mages.
