Chapter 90: Royal Meeting?!

With that, the group began to take the rest of the day to unwind with Erza and her friends trying to enjoy their time together for Jellal's sake trying to convince the guy to stay with them.
He won't relent though determined to turn himself in but his at least going to give them the best time of their lives.
I won't argue any longer or bother them letting them have their own day off since they are all disguised as enjoying the free pass and expenses paid with my ticket.
But now that I have my alone time with Juvia already leaving ahead to join the guild with our words supporting her to join.
Now then time to see my new items~
Other than the Heavenly Body Lacrima being the same as the others I already have the new equipment I have are certainly great to have…
The first one Now is a Castle of Distant Ideas – Lord Camelot is a giant shield that can shield a whole person with a cross design with two crystals on the front, but it gives off a protective sensation along with curative properties.
The best part are inscribed runes written on the front of the shield. I'm going to have fun analyzing it later.
Next is the newest Teigu I have giving it a good look along with the suitcase filled with instructions of what parts go where.
I just know this bad boy Pumpkin would be a great addition to my Archer arsenal of guns since I won't have to spend ammo anymore and just enchant it with runes for elemental effects.
The next one I have is the weapon called the Brilliant Beheader of the Fallen Spirit – Arifar a Magic Long Sword with an interesting design along with a red gem that seems to produce wind magic of a gentle breeze when I hold it in one hand and light.
After that, the new weapon, I got from a former assassin dove taught me much in the way of the blade, Mugetsu-Ryu.
It has a good feel for it.
Mugetsu-Ryu is different from its anime counterpart as this katana looks like a normal katana with an extremely long blade, reminiscent of a nodachi, with a decorated handguard, and traditional hilt-wrapping and pommel.
Observing these items, I decided to check them out to see how they function and what they can give me during a fight.

Description: Raises STR and VIT by 15. Increases damage dealt when attacking 5 or more characters at once by 10%.
Item: Roman Artillery – Pumpkin
Rarity Item: S
Type: Rifle/Machine Gun/Sniper Forms
Description: Roman Artillery: Pumpkin a rifle-type Teigu. It had a case with different parts in it, which could be detached and attached to modify Pumpkin. It takes the form of a long barrel for power or a lethal melee weapon, a sniper barrel for distance, and a machine gun barrel for multi-shot. It is capable of rapid-fire burst shots of spirit energy and has a detachable, high-tech scouter in a compartment that fits around the user's eye. It also had a scope for sniping.
-Spiritual Energy Blast: Pumpkin uses spiritual energy as its ammunition and fires it in a concentrated shockwave. No ammunition is needed to load the Pumpkin.
-Danger Induced Power: One of its main properties is that its power and range increased in proportion to the level of danger its user was in
-Trump Card: High Output Blast Blade – Pumpkin's trump card is a blasting beam so overwhelming that it could act like a giant blade, cutting anything in its path, but only in long barrel mode could it be used to its maximum capabilities.
This power was unleashed according to how passionate the emotions of its user were, but it could overheat Pumpkin, rendering it unusable for a while. However, with proper maintenance of Pumpkin, this trump card can be repeatedly used without overheating the Teigu.
Item: Brilliant Beheader of the Fallen Spirit – Arifar

Type: Long Sword
Description: Viralt, (Dragonic Tools), also called Dragonic Weapons, are the sacred weapons that were created by the deceased Dragons that contain various elemental powers. Arifal, Viralt (Dragon Tool) of the Air element.
As an air-type weapon, Arifar can generate any type of wind as it pleases, from a gentle breeze to a violent tornado. It is a lightweight long sword that can be carried to almost withstand all kinds of weapons anywhere and even in battle.
-Wind Generation/Manipulation: Can generate any type of wind and control or manipulate the air currents. From air barriers to air projectiles, Arifar can control any kind of wind it wishes depending on its user's mood.
-Veda (Dragon Arts) – Ley Adimos (Cleave the Wind): Arifar summons the winds and gathers as much wind to create a tornado and/or a sphere of wind and shoots it to the user target, then the target is lifted to mid-air and the wind sphere slices it into pieces.
-Veda (Dragon Arts) – Verni (Shadow Wind): Arifar helps its user to jump very high. It also provides wind support with which its user can float in mid-air and an additional property also increases the user's sprint speed and even allows the user or others to float while controlling the wind.

Description: Lord Camelot is a shield made from the Round Table possessed by Galahad and Mash Kyrielight. It is an "ultimate protection" employing the Round Table, where the Knights of the Round Table sat at the center of the Castle of White Walls, Camelot, in the form of a shield.
-Poison Immunity: Lord Camelot can grant immunity to poisons healing the user of the poison afflicted even if they so long as they equip to this shield. Merely touching the shield can dispel any poison of the host body.
-Reflection: Lord Camelot can send the enemy's attack back at them.
-Noble Phantasm – Lord Camelot: With intent and by uttering the name of this shield "Lord Camelot" it will materialize the walls of Camelot protecting the user from any attacks as it can. Its strength is proportionate to the willpower of the user, and it is said that "so long as the heart doesn't break, those castle walls too shall never crumble."
-Cooldown: 24 Hours when Nobel Phantasm is used.
Item: Mugetsu-Ryu
Rarity Item: A
Type: Long Katana
Description: Mugetsu-Ryu is a sword style that is used to hit very quickly with Magic flash Sword Magic. Due to its fearsome cutting ability, it can even cut through space by a mastered user of the <Mugetsu-Style >.
-50% boost to Sword Skills EXP.
-When used with the <Mugetsu-Style > it increases the Sword Damage, and Speed by 75%.

Looking at these items these are extremely powerful in their own right!
Especially that Viralt!
That weapon was made from the dead body of a dragon that could be extremely useful against draconic foes in the future and…

How do I explain this to Wendy…?
I mean it was made from a wind dragon and she's a sky dragon slayer…

You know what I'll keep my mouth shut about that one and let future me handle it.
But the Lord Camelot with a built-in Poison Immunity, Attack Reflection, and basically a fuck you defend all skills?!!
Man do I feel prepared against the Oración Seis Poison Dragon Slayer now.
Or any poison user in general…
And if I get Murasame Teigu in the future with Little War Horn and add this shield for a boost eliminating the poison effects…
Damn, it would be OP as hell depending on if I actually get it.
I'll use these items later for now though I should take this time to enjoy myself before things get crazy for tomorrow since it would be a while for me to have any chance to rest again.
For now, I should take this chance to rest my body instead of training. Resting is just as important as grinding.

I tried to reason with him and the others, but Jellal was adamant about turning himself to undo his sins.
I gave them a hand if they ever wanted to join Fairy Tail but they all replied that they wanted to see what the world has out there.
I sympathize with what they want to go out in the world and find their loved ones or search for what the world has in store.
We gave each other Communication Lacrima's to call to keep ourselves up to date on things. It just feels like forever parting with them again, but they don't need their big sis to look after them again.
Natsu and the rest are staying at the hotel at Akane Beach recovering as I felt a pang of guilt not helping much in their endeavors against the other assassins and Jellal.
If only that stupid owl didn't transport me into a literal death cage match where only one victor leaves and one dies abusing his Jet Magic to his advantage.
Sad to say for him I have quite the experience handling someone who similarly uses that type of Magic in the form of a certain someone's Mana Burst propelling himself to similar speeds like the owl.
In the end, it was I who was left standing as I let my emotions get the better of me instead of simply finishing the bird off and letting my anger prevail.
Although I learned from talks with Silva the winner goes the spoils. At the very least his jetpack will be put to better use helping people than killing.
Currently, we are walking down the streets of Crocus with Jellal handcuffed with Silva making our way and hopefully Jellal get some help from our testimonies of the events that transpired as well as an explanation of using Etherion.
To think that everything Jellal planned while being controlled was all thwarted by his actions can be quite a scary surprise. Not everyone can keep their cool levelheaded head in a tense situation like that.
It makes me think his almost worth as a candidate for the S-Class Trials coming soon. I can vouch for him that Silva's quick-witted thinking and planning are one of the makings to be an S-Class Wizard.
Yet he lacks real experience in the field or combat to make it work. But that can be resolved with time on his side.
Although it does make me curious if he was always this tactical or had a mentor teaching him to keep a level head.
It makes my heart flutter thinking about how much Silva has done for me. Despite how things were going he didn't hesitate to save me in a second and try to help my friends in need.
Still, everyone is looking at us just awe-struck as we take Jellal in cuffs we soon enter the Rune Knights office as Silva declares to Jellal surrendering himself, "Yo! We're here to turn in the former Wizard Saint?"
Jellal merely lifted his cuffs just asking to be taken away as the Rune Knight looked at the scene blinking before trying to understand such a turn of events.
The Rune Knights stationed around looked surprised by the turn of events but finally reacted just taking Jellal voicing out in a defeated tone, "I won't struggle. I completely surrender to the crimes I've done. I merely wish to repent them."
Despite his tone, his calm expression made the Rune Knights uneasy but seeing him taken away hurts after all the trouble to save him perhaps this is his own way of repenting and just maybe finding peace one day…
Returning my attention to the Rune Knight in charge of the front office I voiced out to them in a determined tone, "Would you like us to explain the events that transpired and how we brought the former Wizard Saint to report?"
The Rune Knight nodded as he cleared his throat to us to wait a bit before going to the back with the other Rune Knights about the news.
It wasn't till a little more than an hour of waiting we got annoyed before the Captain of the Rune Knights soon appeared along with a platoon of Knights and talked to him in a serious tone, "Ah! Ahem…! Erza Scarlet and Silva Knights of Fairy Tail, you both have been summoned by his Majesty, Toma E. Fiore, to the Magic Council."

Both our eyes widen at the claims as we simply follow the Captain of the Rune Knights' words leading us to this royal calling that the King wants to meet us.
Such a twist!
