Reaching to the sand land of the beach that is Akane Beach viewing the sunny days and heat directing its way at me with me smiling.

Heat means nothing to <Temperature Immunity> son!

Going towards the place I made sure to use <Observe> on this place walking the shoreline to where my next job is located.

Description: Akane Beach is a town very popular among tourists located in the southern part of Fiore. Akane Beach is the most popular tourist spot in Fiore for the fun under the sun along with surfing or taking a splash of the beach. Among its many attractions is the giant amusement park, the five-star hotel, and the huge sandy beach adjacent to the sea. The hotel houses a casino in its basement where visitors can enjoy themselves.

That sounds nice right about now.

Mavis floating behind also enjoyed the sun as we visited the coastline of Akane Beach heading towards the client location.

Feeling the brush of the wind passing by me I finally see a small town with beach homes and huts around one of the people coming towards me responding, "Tell me are you the one called Silva Knights of Fairy Tail?"

Blinking a bit I nodded revealing my Guild emblem as I responded in a curious tone to who I'm talking to now, "Yeah that would be me. And you would be the client Pauletta, right?"

The person soon comes into view as a young woman clasping her hands responding to my question, "Of course. I'm one of the employees of the Akane Resort who requested one of the best guilds to deal with the Flutters."

Getting an understanding Mavis fills me in on what Flutters are with her tongue sticking out getting my interest in what type of Magical Beast I'm dealing with, "Blegh! Flutters why did it have to be those annoying birds? With their <Wind Magic> is going to be annoying in the air."

<Wind Magic>?

Returning my attention to Pauletta explaining what I need to do for the job in a professional tone, "Right to the job mister Knights. A group of Flutters consisting of 20 of them are bothering the Akane Resort with their constant use of <Wind Magic> and attacking the people at the beach and the resort. The manager would request you get rid of them as soon as you can butcher them to be preferable in his words to get rid of the bird infestation."

So a simple subdue requires exterminating some monsters huh?

Good to know.

Agreeing to the request Pauletta showed me around the small town with stones and marvels for the basis of some homes with the occasional wooden or hut-style homes shown all around making me impressed.

When we finally got near the spot, she mentioned I got a look at the group of Flutters that were causing the problem causing me to mentally raise a brow looking at them because of their appearance.

They were certainly green in color of their feathers and large wings to carry them like a hawk with eyes to match. But with the body of a chicken with a beak too oddly shaped flying around the area of the beach marking their territory.

"Caaaa!!"

They cawed at each other with Pauletta mentioning the problem seeing the group begin to use their <Wind Magic> causing a miniature whirlwind in the process, "That's the problem. They plan to expand their territory to the town near here as it would be bad for the people and business here. Can you take care of it?"

Only responding with a curt nod it was time for action.

Activating Mastema and readying Hrunting at my side I began to fly towards the Flutters as I took a careful look at their levels.

20 of them each in this group with each of them having level 20 meaning I get 20 EXP each from them to earn at least 2 level-ups from this.

Alright.

"CAAAA…!"

*Woosh*

Soon enough I got their attention as they all began to shoot at me with wind sickles as I held Hrunting remembering the times when Erza cut through the air against Aria following close attention with Spectator mimicking her sword movements.

Phew…

Taking in a deep breath activating my <Breathing> with the wind sickles coming closer…

<Stab>.

*Shiing*

*Wooosh*

Cutting through with a strong piercing attack cutting their wind sickles into pieces swinging Hrunting grinning at the frightened birds, "Sorry but this ain't going to look good for you. Time to hunt. Shroud of Shadows."

Soon I turned invisible as my cape expanded keeping me covered causing the Flutters to panic as I go in for the attack taking care of them while they can't lock their eyes on me.

"CAAAA…!!!"

Killing up about 4 of the Flutters that were caught by the <Slash> attack holding both my hands onto Hrunting conducting it I see the notifications popping up earning me some EXP in the process as Hrunting began to absorb the blood from the Magical Birds.

Smirking at this with Hrunting absorbing the blood gaining a red hue feeling from the magic sword it grew a bit stronger with me talking out loud impressed, "Interesting. The more you feed on blood the stronger you temporarily get Hrunting. Good to know."

*Wooosh*

Not letting my guard down the remaining Flutters began to use spells at me or at least the area I would be in I thought when my eyes widened with the notifications popping up warning me.

[Flutters cast <Tailwind>!]

[Flutters are guaranteed first hit!]

Oh no!

*Woosh*

Quickly getting away from a Wind condensed blast from the birds now I see why this quest is difficult with these bird brains being coordinated and upset how I dealt with their little friends huh?

*Ssssssh*

This will blow my cover but I have to stop them in their track right now.

Using my <Cryokinesis> caused the air around me to turn cold using <Freeze> causing ice to form as I began to use my <Ice Make> into action with the cold rush of the air condensing to form into an animal skeleton head figure with a chilling aura radiating from it as I call out my signature motion creation, "<Ice Make: Gaster Blasters>!"

Five of them appeared catching the Flutter's attention as they began to attack them but with a snap of my fingers…

*Snap*

They all came to life with them moving away along with my <Cryokinesis> commanding them to follow gathering the Mana in the air with prewritten runes on them to act on gathering Mana to fuel their attacks with ice.

The Flutters soon all began to get near as I began to use the rotating Gaster Blasters charged up with me pointing at the annoying birds with a confident grin, "Did some call an Ice Beam? Tell me if this is super effective?"

*Pew*

Releasing 3 shots from my G.B. at the Flutters flying up in the air using <Wind Magic> to form a barrier of protection only to see they are being encased in ice with me rushing ahead with protect in case anything came to harm me.

"Caaaa…!"

The Flutters tried to break their way from the ice with me holding my hand then only to close condensing the caged ice they were trapped within with the sounds of banging could be heard trying to break out of their ice cage.

*Brrr*

Not taking any chances I began to use my <Pyrokinesis> bringing out a simple fireball but condensed flames within radiating with power trying out, "Time to see how these Flutters like a nice steam explosion!"

*Woosh*

*BOOM*

*SHIIII*

Launching the ring of literal fireball at the ice cage as the explosion caused the Flutters that were caught inside to squawk loudly in agonizing pain with me hearing some notifications in the process along with a few level-ups.

Getting two level-ups and some item drops I immediately went to check out to see how much I progressed along with my saved Stats from my daily quest.

Smirking at this I checked the remains of the Flutters as they all dropped dead into the sea with Mavis appearing shaking her head and lecturing me about my puns, "Good work Silva. Glad to see your training is paying off but I suggest you get better remark material. Those remarks are just… cold?"

Ugh…

Mentally groaning at an ice or cold pun I grab the dead Flutters to report back for the job.

Eww…

Why did I have to touch the corpse though…

Finishing up the conversation with Pauletta about the dead corpses of the Flutters she rewarded me with my Jewels for a job well done and thanked God that I didn't destroy property damages like every Fairy Tail member.

Not that I blame her for thinking that.

Just leaving 75,000J much richer I saw and heard the notification with me smiling as I earned myself a new gear to have on hand now.

While smiling at this Mavis talked to me about staying here a bit with me listening to her idea with a bemused smile, "Say Silva since we have the time how about we check Akane Beach out some more? I'm interested to hear how things have been and wondering if you want to watch that play Mirajane mentioned that Team Natsu is doing. Might want to meet up with them?"

Oh, fuck the hell yes.

I want to see this theater myself and meet up with some good friends…

Probably tomorrow though as I finally get to enjoy the beach under the sun. My friends suffering in the theater can wait one more day, right?
