6 Chapter 6: Fairy Tail (1)

Chapter 6: Fairy Tail (1)

~Silva POV~

"Wow…"

I couldn't help but be amazed and awed seeing the scene I'm in a real-life magic fantasy world like Fairy Tail.

The Magnolia Town itself is impressive to see firsthand as I couldn't help but be in awe of itself with me smirking for the first time.

Magnolia possesses a large built-up area, extending over a large, rectangular surface to the shores of Sciliora. Splitting the town vertically and horizontally is a series of large roads. The whole place is western in style, with its buildings being mildly reminiscent of neat Medieval ones.

Located almost in the middle of the town, overlooking Central Path, a horizontal road where events and parades are held, is Kardia Cathedral, one of Magnolia's most important and distinctive landmarks.

In the northernmost part of the city, sitting on the shore of Lake Scilliora, about 4-5 kilometers up the Magnolia central path is Fairy Tail's building; to the west, on a hill overlooking the built-up area, is the Guild's female dormitory, Fairy Hills.

In the southeastern section of the city is the train station, which, to the west, has the HalfCocor Hotel Bar, the Toy Store Tom, and the Magic Store Lendis; north from the station, on the town's western border, is the entrance to the park.

I feel my heart pumping in excitement of it all and listening to the sounds of the people all around the place murmurs and a sense of adventure possibly entering the troublesome but fun-loving family of Fairy Tail.

It's just something one has to at least see once.

Wandering around I remembered I still have a quest to finish up joining up a guild and there's only just one that comes to mind.

And in all honestly, I couldn't help myself as I grinned happily excited for what I'm about to do and finally I get to enjoy a new life of adventure and hardship.

No matter what happens I'll get to enjoy something new out of this new life just got to make sure I don't die because of it.

Next stop… the Fairy Tail Guild.

I'll be a Wizard Silva.

/////

Taking some time, I finally found the place I needed to find as I see the Fairy Tail Guild building for the first time as I couldn't help but breath in a relief and joy remembering this from the show so many times before.

Fairy Tail's first headquarters resided in an imposing building consisting of three floors and incorporating several architectonic styles: it took on a shape reminiscent of a pagoda, with each floor being smaller than the one below it and sitting on the latter's roof.

The roofs also bore great resemblance to those of real pagoda, consisting of extremely long, arched tiles lined up one after the other and possessing simple curved protrusions jutting upwards on the building's angles.

On the highest roof, topping the summit of the building, sat a simple, round and pointed dome, highly reminiscent of those seen on Arabian buildings, which bore a flag on its point.

The roof below the one with the dome, the middle one, housed a large banner with Fairy Tail's symbol on it, held up by a pair of vertical poles. The building's large entrance was again Arabian in design, with its shape being reminiscent of that of the dome on the summit, and above it was the guild's name, topped by a protruding, stylized heart shape and flanked by a pair of carved fairies.

Stylized heart shapes were also visible on the frames of the numerous, large pentagonal windows located on each floor, with the top floor housing smaller, arched windows partially covered by banners.

"Sigh…"

Breathing out a sigh I began to go ahead and try to enter inside as I see a whole group of Wizards and people, I recognize after some time viewing them from the show into reality but more so the Guild Building first floor interior.

The inside was similar to a large lunch hall, and mainly consisted of wood, possessing a parquet floor and a mezzanine held up by wood beams overlooking it. Several long benches and the related tables stretched across its length with a bar managed by Mirajane at the end. Several other waitresses also assisted her. The request board was located beside the bar.

And fuckkkk…

Seeing Mirajane herself is sure is something else…

The anime or manga doesn't do her justice…

Mirajane is a slim young woman of below average height. She has long, white hair which curls slightly at the ends, with two bangs framing her face and reaching down to her chest; her hairstyle's most distinctive trait is a short, upward ponytail obtained by gathering and tying the hair covering her forehead. Due to her always adopting such fashion, her hair seems to have adapted to it, with the hair on her forehead remaining pointed upwards even when not tied.

She has large blue eyes and a curvy, voluptuous body, with large breasts. Her white Fairy Tail Stamp is located on her left thigh. Mirajane is widely known for her beauty, being Fairy Tail's drawing card and having posed many times for the Sorcerer Magazine.

Mirajane's most commonly seen attire is a sleeveless, ankle-length maroon dress with a pleated skirt. The chest is adorned by a large, pink bow, and similarly colored trimmings frame the rather ample neckline, acting as straps, and circle around the waist.

Mirajane also wears high-heeled shoes that match her dress and accessorizes with a small chain necklace with a blue oval gem attached to it, and a bracelet made of white flowers circling her right wrist.

Getting close to her I got her attention as she waved at me kindly with her smile, "Oh? Hello, there stranger. You here to make a request?"

Shaking my head and calming my nerves I began to reply to the beautiful gal in front of me gathering my nerves together, "No. I'm here to actually join the Fairy Tail Guild. I'm Silva Knight and I was hoping to join here if at all possible or is there any test or requirements to join miss…?"

She places her hand on her face a bit surprised but nonetheless replied back giving me the run down on their guild operates, "Very well then Silva. Here in Fairy Tail, we treat others like our own, we fight, cry, yell, and laugh for we all share each other's grief and joy. Here's the Guild Doctrine to learn the rules."

"Took the words right out of my mouth Mirajane."

Suddenly hearing another voice pop up I see the figure who it belongs too as my eyes widen slightly feeling a bit embarrassed as I talked to him, "To think I get to meet up with Fairy Tail Guild Master. It's a real honor to meet you sir."

Genuinely replying to him only made the small old man smirk at my respect towards him. And who wouldn't after all this guy is Makarov Dreyar.

Makarov is an extremely short, elderly man. He has black eyes and is growing bald with only the outer rims of his head containing white hair. He also has a thick white mustache. He has a black stamp of the Fairy Tail guild mark that covers his entire chest area.

On his first appearance, he was shown dressed in a casual manner, with an attire consisting of a white shirt with a black Fairy Tail stamp in the middle under an orange hoodie. His attire was completed with matching orange shorts and an orange and blue striped jester hat.

As he makes his appearance Mirajane greets him happily handing him a wooden mug of either beer or ale as she replies to him, "Master didn't expect to see you drop by around here! Here I thought you would be doing paperwork again sir?"

"Shhhh…!"

Makarov made a shushing noise with his mouth telling her to be quiet as he explains to himself wearily, "Shhhh…! I don't need to be reminded of that thank you very much! Last thing I need to remember is the property damages being done!! But returning to you young man…"

Regaining his composure he began to speak to me with a kind of charisma I can't begin but be awe at as he regales a tale to me, "Do fairies have tails? Do they even exist… like them, this place is an eternal mystery… a never-ending adventure! So how about it? Would you like to join our family?"

He said it!

Oh, my god he said that thing?!!

He got the charisma to pull this off and knowing his background along with the future I just know he speaks the truth.

Nodding my head, I immediately joined their guild as I couldn't help but shake with excitement but chilled my fanboying down, "Yes!! Uh… of course sir. It would be a real pleasure to join your family."

Shaking my hand Makarov merely smiled as Mirajane brought over a Magic Stamp as she talked to me, "Since you joined our guild where will you like to have the Guild Magic Tattoo on your person."

Pointing at my backside of my left hand as I gestured for Mirajane to place it right there, "If at all possible, can you place it on the backside of my left hand?"

*Stamp*

Mirajane with her closed eyed but smiling expression responded back to me in a happy tone of her voice, "There!! Now you've officially joined as a member of Fairy Tail."

Looking at my back of my hand I couldn't help but feel at awe seeing it for the first time as I thanked the two as I took my leave to look around the place but in doing so I officially completed the quest I was given.

I could only smirk seeing the instant 4 LEVEL UPS I got from the quest as I sigh a breath of relief feeling the gains I got from this quest.

Feeling the new item, I got from the reward in my pocket and another around my waist I turned around checking it out to be a small transparent cube that can be easily concealed in one's pockets.

I seem to recall this from somewhere, but I don't know from where.

<Observe>.

----

Item: Judgement Field

Rarity Item: A

Type: Magic Tool

Description: An A-Class Secret Treasure, Judgment Field is a Magic Item that appears to be a small transparent cube that can be easily concealed in one's pockets. Inside the cube sits a dark orb that emits light when activated.

When activated, the Judgment Field creates a spherical barrier several meters wide wherein one cannot utter a lie. In addition, a person inside the barrier cannot answer questions to which they do not know the answer to as answering such questions would still count as lying.

----

Smirking at this handy item this will certainly be useful tool to use in the future. Now that I have free time the bigger question is what I should do for living conditions…

But first let's see about that magic they have here first.
