The Silver Envelope

Present Day

Someone

A ray of light touched her sweet face when I knocked. I tried to open the door. She's still asleep. She was very beautiful yet alone and empty. I left the envelope on her table and sneak quietly out of her room when someone spoke. It was her.

"What is it?" her empty voice asked but I didn't try to look. She held my hand and asked the same question.

"Something that matters to you, your last mission. You already know what I mean." She let go of my hand and I left. I really hope that she will succeed.

The Matchmaker's

Someone knocked and opened my door. I knew who is that but I pretended that I was still sleeping but when I decided to open my eyes, I saw a silver envelope with a seal.

I followed the fading footsteps and asked a question but he didn't look back. I asked the same question but the answer made all of those feelings come again.

My eyes became weary as my legs loose all of its strength. Its time and I'll be a mortal again or die. I closed my eyes and when I opened them again, the person in a white cloak already left.

When I regained my strength. I ran back into my room and opened the silver envelope. It says:

"You shall find him and make a way into her heart."

This is my last mission being a matchmaker, I hope that I'll do it right this time.

I took a deep breath and started the day like it was another day of eternity
