The Philippine Republic gave some of the European nations understandable money from the war soon it was followed by some countries that wanted to help. Only the Philippine Republic gave money to Germany.

In December of 1921, The United States sold off Alaska to the Philippine Republic for 50 million dollars gaining making it five times the price when they bought it from the Russians. This kinda hurt the Philippine Republic's budget but it still manages to gain it back through trades with other nations.

Multiple infrastructure projects have started in Alaska, including military bases, ports, airfields, and railways connecting Alaska, Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

On the other side of the world, the railway tracks that have been ongoing since 1920 have been 20% finished. It's connecting the whole island of the Philippine Republic from North to South, going to Sabah, Brunei, going around the whole island, and to Surabaya, Jakarta, Medan, and Singapore. Continue to Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Ho chi minh, Hanoi, and Hong Kong, and can go to Europe or all around China.

There's also an alternate route which is over the northeast island near the Philippine Republic's main island Luzon to Taiwan, Taipei. Which can go near Mainland China and go to Shanghai. After that, it goes to Qingdao and Beijing.

These lands and cities belong to the Philippine Republic as they still don't know what to do with these lands. Other than taking resources from it and building houses, ports, airfields, and railways.

Through Windsor's decision, the Philippine Republic started building big islands in the West Philippine Sea to expand its land. The land came from the secret magicians that just graduated from the magic academy.

Magic becomes an asset to Windsor financially, economically, or militarily. This magician is like a ghost roaming around the world without the people noticing. Windsor was appointed to become his spy and some of his bodyguards. Though some he appointed to help people with a building which makes building infrastructures become faster.

The magicians to be exact helped Europe destroy buildings to be fully restored, but of course, this was completely top secret. Even other nations' leaders don't know the existence of the Elite Magicians, even US don't know.
