December 23 of 1899

For over 300 years the empire of Spain ruled all of the islands of the Philippines which consisted of 7,600 islands. Though people learn to resist and fight for their land, now the Spanish Empire surrendered to America and sold the Philippines.

The first Philippine republic declared war against the United States. During the first months of the war, it cost 10,000 lives including civilians and soldiers of the Philippine Republic. While the United States only lost 500 troops and a thousand injured.

Near a valley, there's a white man that is unconscious under a tree. Looking at him he looks like a noble family from England. He has dark green eyes, he has dirty blonde short hair paired with an unbelievably handsome face and well-maintained muscles.

*Cough*

The man coughed and immediately stood up. His face is confused, he checked his body looking for something though after checking his whole body he broke a little laugh and said, "So I've been given a second chance to live."

After the man finished checking his pockets and checking his surrounding he then walked without knowing where he is going and don't even where he's at. After walking into the unknown he found himself a small river and drink water from it, he then continue walking when his satisfied.

An hour later he found a village that probably consist of 150 families, they were living in a hut made of leaves, not bricks. He finds it confusing and also a tip where he is currently, so to attempt to know where he is currently at. He went to the village asking the villagers.

The villagers said to the man that he is currently in the northern part of Luzon part of the First Philippine Republic. Of course, he thought the villagers were bluffing or just pulling a prank on him, but then he saw an 1899 newspaper talking about the United States being at war with the First Philippine Republic.

This evidence crashed him, but at the same time, it gave him excitement. As in his previous life, he was an ambitious man about leading a country to become the strongest.

This man's name is Windsor Godric he was from the earth, but the thing that he doesn't know is that this isn't earth that he knows.

Fast Forward

7 months later

Windsor becomes the leader of the village. Just a day after he arrived at the villages he gather the villagers and talk about giving them choices to fight for him and become rich to have more land or fight and receive nothing from it. Of course, the villagers choose to become rich by having more land to cultivate.

After that Windsor trained the 65 men 16 years old to 30 years old to fight. Of course, Windsor taught them different martial arts and dagger arts, while the villagers taught Windsor the nation's martial arts.

Windsor introduces to the farmers the irrigation and much more modern knowledge of farms. After such technology is heard from neighboring villages they started moving to Windsor village.

It was beneficial to him as his soldiers increase and the farmers increased. Housing is not a problem as Windsor started introducing a European architecture house. Windsor started teaching his people to mine materials that they can trade to make the village wealthier.

Of course, the Americans and the First Philippine Republic noticed Windsor's successful village. As the village supplies food to both parties and raw materials. The head of the Philippine Republic met with Windsor to basically surrender the village to the Philippine Republic.

Windsor of course refused, creating a civil war. Villages and Cities started choosing side Windsor side of the First Philippine Republic. Of course, the two groups ask cease-fire with the Americans which they agree with.

Windsor announces a mandatory law for the age of 16 boys to 30 years old to join the military. Windsor people were loyal to him and very proud of him so they didn't resist or complain but rather they were proud to serve under him.

In a span of just 6 months, Windsor has 20,000 men who all know how to handle a gun and use it with a dagger. While the Philippine Republic side has only 15,000 men some didn't even know how to aim.

Windsor didn't want the people to kill each other so he want to end the civil war as fast as possible so there will be no great casualties. In the first-month hundreds died on both sides. Windsor was a military genius using guerilla tactics while flanking the enemy's camp.

Just after 4 months of the civil war, Windsor ended the civil war killing the Philippine Republic leader. Windsor becomes richer with the land that he has and stronger from his increasing military force.

After 6 months Windsor then continue to fight the Americans for 8 months until the Americans surrendered. Making the Philippine Republic the first independent sovereign state in Southeast Asia.
