23 A Chat? (I)
"I can't believe you two did that while I was knocked out!" Namaikina screeched while glaring at me and Yoruichi, but instead of becoming angry, Yoruichi simply smirked at the younger girl while I decided to ignore her whining. She had been whining since she woke up, but I was mature enough to ignore her whining.
"Why, you feeling jealous?" Yoruichi asked with a grin and Namaikina lit up like a Christmas tree at the insinuation.
"Why- Why- You pervert!!" Namaikina screeched, making both of us screech. "Both of you are perverts!!" She screeched glaring at us. Thankfully, Yoruichi decided not to poke any more fun at her, and the rest of their journey back to the village was completely silent.
Namaikina was the first one to leave after the three of them reached the village, which was both good and bad at the same time. Firstly, I wanted to have a chat with Yoruichi, so it was a good thing she left, but I also needed to have a chat with Namaikina and clear the bad air between them.
Then again, there was a good chance that Namaikina was going to babble to Mira, which meant I needed to deal with Mira too, but I wasn't sure how the timid girl was going to react. After all, I didn't want to destroy my friendship with either of them…
"So, you wanna come to my apartment?" Yoruichi offered with a grin and I decided that the chat could wait for later and I could deal with Namaikina on a later date too… after she calmed down. "By the way, you will have to deal with her" Yoruichi added grimly.
"Don't worry, I will deal with her… After she calms down" I answered stiffly before following Yoruichi back to her apartment…
~~POV (3rd Person)~~
Namaikina returned to her apartment annoyed and frustrated… While fuming in anger, she threw herself onto the bed and screamed into her pillow while beating the pillow with her hands. 'Yoruichi… That slag!!' Namaikina screamed inside her mind. She liked Raijin too… She wanted to be his first, but the slag stole him from her.
She wanted to scream and rage, but after some time, she finally started to calm down… Yoruichi might have taken his first time, but she realized that it wasn't completely their fault… She might have liked Raijin, but she never expressed her true feelings. Namaikina finally rolled over the bed and sniffed loudly… What was done was done.
There was no crying over spilled milk… She might have failed to become his first, but she vowed that she wasn't going to lose to Yoruichi any more… With her mind made up, she finally decided to make her move… soon… as soon as she managed to muster her courage to express her feelings…
However, before that, she needed to decide if she wanted to tell Mira anything or not… She knew that Mira also liked him, but she wasn't sure how her sister from another mother was going to react, so for the time being, she decided to keep the incident to herself…
~~Timeskip~~ (The next day)
~~POV (Raijin)~~
"I had to admit, yesterday was amazing…" Yoruichi sighed with a content smile on her face as she plopped over my chest. We only woke up a few seconds ago and Yoruichi was already all over me… Well, considering the fact that she was completely draped over me when we fell asleep, I wasn't surprised and I had to admit, yesterday was amazing. It was going to be the most memorable day of my life.
Now, I could die with a smile on my face…
"You have completely ruined me for any other man…" Yoruichi pouted and I was going to take that as a massive win. "How are you going to take responsibility for that?" Yoruichi asked petulantly.
"Hmm… How about I give you this special treatment every day?" I asked, playing along with her.
Yoruichi immediately seemed to brighten up at my suggestion… "I like the sound of that" Yoruichi agreed with a nod of her head. "By the way, what are you planning to do with Namaikina? If you didn't know, she kind of likes you" Yoruichi pointed out as she raised her head and stared straight into my eyes.
I ran my fingers through my hair in frustration… "I will have a chat with her today" I answered after thinking for a bit.
"Maybe, I shouldn't have started…" Yoruichi began to speak with a frown on her face, but I stopped her with a kiss on her lips.
"There is no need to play the blame game… I could have stopped you too, but I also wanted it and I don't regret what happened. Do you?" I asked as I stared straight into her eyes and Yoruichi immediately shook her head.
"No, I don't" Yoruichi admitted and I simply smiled at her.
"Then there is no reason to blame yourself. Namaikina is one of my best friends, but she is just that, my best friend. By the way, do you mind getting up?" I asked as I tried to sit up.
"Why? Already bored of me?" She asked jokingly.
"No, but I need to pee and after that, I need to go… We still have a mission to complete and I want to see if I can catch Namaikina before that" I explained and Yoruichi immediately moved aside, allowing me to sit up. I pecked her on the lips before I rushed into the washroom, and after relieving my bladder, I started to get dressed. "Meet you at the usual spot?" I asked as I made my way toward the open window.
"Yes" Yoruichi simply gave me a nod as she sat up too and after giving her a last look, I jumped out of the window and started to head toward my apartment. It only took me a couple of minutes to reach my apartment and after taking a nice, but quick shower, I started to head toward Namaikina's apartment. Her apartment wasn't that far from mine, so it only took me a minute to reach hers.
"Namaikina, can we talk?" I called out as I knocked on the door and when the said girl finally opened the door, my jaw dropped on the floor…
