7 Finding the culprit III

I strode out of my position and kept wondering about what those students said just now, I don't who they are or what they meant but am gonna find out they might come up handy in this case then I noticed that scott walked off hurriedly from the the detective and I saw the detective stare at his direction in as very questionable manner, I slipped away and stealthily followed Scott on two conditions; one out off curiosity and two I need to confirm what those strange students said.

Eve gently followed Scott and noticed that he was at a strange place which was half dark during the day which means you could catch a glimpse of what or who is there, Scott got there then first scanned his environment to check if he was being followed then nodded to someone in the half dark place eve could seethe person face and she did a very ridiculous thing she took her phone to get the culprit's face and she forgot to turn of the flash as took the picture of the culprit both the man and Scott turned and she ran almost immediately not looking back to whether she was being chased.

I ran for a long time almost getting out the school then I felt myself hit something that made me stop, looked up to see what I had colluded with and saw the man standing there looking down on me ready to tear me into shreds, I had to take a good look at him. He had a scar on the left of his face and was putting the exact clothing I expected"the cloak" the remaining parts of the piece of clothing was on his body, I noticed his eyes glow and his fingers widen with something that looked like claws growing out of it.

Suddenly I heard a loud bang that was the sound of a gunshot and I took a few steps back from the strange or being. I didn't what to classify him as but I stepped back from him/it before turning to check where the shot came from and I saw the trio and they had a strange like they were ready to fight this thing or man, I noticed the boy hand his hand out just like the man when he was becoming but nothing came of his fingers only that his eyes glowed for a moment and stopped the he looked at me and shouted for me to run.

"run" he yelled at me and that's when I started moving I wasn't sure that the man who was now half man half whatever he is noticed me or the trio cause he was now focused on finding who shot the gun in the air, the boy moved towards me once he noticed that the half man was no longer noticing me but was attracted to the shots

Nathan dragged eve away with the two following being behind, they only looked a few times and noticed the detective step out of his hiding and they stopped for some seconds and heard the detective telling the being to freeze and the being was now fully man when the detective stepped out of his hiding and ready to flee the moment the detective came out, they converse for some seconds with the detective pointing the gun at him and him trying to escape, all of sudden the man attacked detective Ryan and sent him flying in the air.

They moment we saw the detective flying we took as a signal and continued running, we ran for a long period when we were sure we no longer around the strange man, we stooped and that's when I noticed that i was still holding to the boy's hand tightly and I immediately shook him off and took some steps from them but for some reasons I was not afraid of them,

"who are you"I yelled at them

"Am Nathan and they are stella and Nelly" the boy said as he said as he introduced himself and his friends

"what was that"eve asked

Nathan half smiled "don't worry he won't come after you now and we are here to protect you" Nathan assured eve

"he's right about that" stella said in accordance with Nathan

"what are you people? "eve asked another question "and what do you mean he won't come after me now?, what does want from me?" eve asked at once

"take it slow eve one question at a time we will answer your questions" Nelly speaking up for the first time since they stopped running

"how do you know my name" eve asked

" you don't know?, you are already popular though it was caused by some rumors but that aside we should probably give her answers to her questions"stella responded

"okay first of all you might be wanting to know if we are like him, he we are but he's bad and was sent to either to scare you or kill you we don't know yet ultimately he's goal is you that's all we know for now"Nathan said

"ohh and the question about what we are Nelly it's best you tell her, she might believe you"Nathan chipped in

"umm okay first we are called or know as supernatural beings or extraordinary humans"she said and looked at me waiting for me to digest what she just said
